Amazing location right in the busy, main square yet the hotel is quiet and idyllic. Excellent service, a nice welcome with tea and cookies and a brief tour. Good rooftop buffet breakfast. Room was clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay again.

I am very impressed to be staying in the Medina and to have such quiet in my room and comfort. I’m staying in a King suite and it is perfect for my overnight layover.

The bed is small and has wheels so it moves with you. I went to the third floor and saw that there was no swimming pool as shown in the pictures, but someone was cleaning it, perhaps changing the water. It's located next to the Sleepless Square and is locked during the day, making it difficult to find.

Have a wonderful long weekend here, everything great. Weather was fabulous, we were very lucky and a balloon trip over the Atlas Mountains was incredible. The breakfasts were decent, but the selection was limited. There were some issues with toiletries; initially, there was only liquid soap, which they decided not to refill during room cleaning. There was no shampoo, etc. I had to ask reception, and they gave me everything I needed, which is great, but the fact that I had to ask for such things personally somewhat spoiled the experience.
