To be honest I was very skeptical after looking at the negative reviews however our experience was more than fantastic. Water park, pool were well maintained and staffed. Main pool was heated and aqua Park with multiple slides was so thrilling for the kids. Bar has constant service for drinks throughout the day. There was so much food variety for kids to pick and choose. Staff at the restaurants and...
Here now , staff very friendly , beds comfy, cleaners everyday, food something for everyone, need to actually walk around the grounds, adult only pool which is gorgeous , pool with music and activities, plus other pools , always very clean, it is getting updated which will take time, but can't fault for the price, there are also different restaurants on site to try , yes the odd birds come into the...
We booked all inclusive for a short winter break at the Valeria Madina Club Resort and had a very enjoyable stay. From arrival, the staff were very helpful. We were kindly escorted to our room with our luggage and shown key facilities. The rooms themselves are very comfortable and spacious, ours had a super king bed and sofa bed option. It was very clean and the bathroom was adequate with a good...
Good big hotel. The staff are friendly. We had booked an adjoining room, but we're given two in the same corridor. Took 2 days to get this changed as reception staff forgot. They had some on an upper level. Big pool is massively busy. Its easier to sit near the kids pool and have a dip to cool down. Food is hit and miss. Lots of the same dishes every lunch and dinner time. The entertainment is all...
I just wanted to start this review by saying that I choose this hotel due to an incredibly good package deal (easyJet holidays) with excellent value for money for 5 people during the first week of UK half term holiday. Did we have a good holiday. Yes. Do I regret booking it? No. Would I come back. Absolutely not. Would I recommend it to others. Yes, but only if you get a cheap deal and appreciate...
Do not go if you are English. Easyjet shouldn't even be advertising this hotel to English people. Everything is aimed at French people only. The animation team speak French. Everything is written in French. The music is French. I have attached images of the first room we were given. We asked for another room which was a little better. On the plus side the staff are friendly and the pool area is very...

Amazing riad the people that work here are amazing and friendly nothing to much trouble The rooms were beautiful the outdoor space is a great Area
A disappointing stay overall. We booked a junior suite and found ourselves in a small room without heating in either the bedroom or bathroom which is an issue on cold nights and mornings in March. The room was on the top floor which was noisy in the morning as it was next to the breakfast kitchen and also completely lacking in privacy. The furnishings and decor have all seen better days. The meal...
Just wanted to thank Ibrahim, Ayoub and Ashraf for their hospitality. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights, and the room was very comfortable, beautiful decor, and the staff including the room attendants were great. I would recommend it to anyone looking to experience the old part of town.
Loved this Riad. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Happy to let us have a later checkout. Lovely rooms, very quirky! Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
Great location and very welcoming. Really helpful advice for Marrakesh. The plunge pool was so refreshing. The bar is non-alcoholic which is not specified in the details.
The manager (owner?) of the property really takes charge of every element, from waiting to escort us to the hotel from our arranged car service, to providing us a detailed orientation including recommendations for dining and activities, to following up on general affairs of the hotel. All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, would recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech.

This was my eighth time visiting Morocco, and my 4th time staying at the Tempoo Hotel. Apart from the great location, the staff are simply amazing. On my last stay, I had my brother and son travelling with me, my brother's first time visiting Morocco. Amira the manager is very accommodating, and very professional, and the night desk manager Abderrazak, when they're on duty you get the feel that...
The hotel is in a good location, quiet and surrounded by amenities. The center of Marrakech is easily reached on foot in less than 40 minutes. The staff was always available and ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was good.
It's a decent hotel; the rooms are a decent size, the beds large and comfortable. It's clean. A bit noisy when you look out onto the street. The hotel has a restaurant, the meals are average. The breakfast is good. Good hotel, 10 minutes by taxi from the center.
We stayed 6 days , The Hotel is very clean. Room is big enough as well the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful.( big thanks to everyone especially zahra and aba baker) The location is very close to everything and you can reach downtown and train stations by walking. We strongly recommend it.
I would stay here again! Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. The...
It is equivalent to a hotel in China. The yellowed bath towels are disgusting, and the lack of a hair dryer makes people wonder if the people here have natural curls after washing their hair, so they don’t need to dry it? The room is small, the service at the front desk is warm, and there are professional luggage carriers. The front desk is fully enclosed, and then they climb the counter when they...

**Title: A Breath of Green After the Red — My Peaceful Escape to the Ourika Valley** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marrakech had been exciting, yes — but noisy, fast, overwhelming. I loved the maze of the souks, the calls of vendors, the hum of scooters that never seemed to stop. But after three days, I realized I was craving quiet. I wanted to hear birds instead of horns, to see trees instead of terracotta walls. So...
We enjoyed our stay at Riad Shaloma. The people were very nice. They give us free water and if we needed anything they didn't hesitate to help. Our room was very nice and cool thabks to the AC. The bathroom looked good and the shower was very big. They offer a good breakfast and optional dinner for €15. On the roof there's a nice terrace with a place to lay down in the sun or sit in the shadow. If...
Our stay at this Riad was simply unforgettable, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of Omar. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect (even meeting our taxi at 1am to personally escort us to the Riad when we arrived for the first time). Owner of the Riad very helpful and kind. The location is a bit inconvenient
We could not recommend this Riad more. Omar was the most welcoming host and was so helpful. It really made a big difference to our stay, making us feel really safe and really comfortable. I stayed at Hotel Imperial Plaza Marrakesh from 2nd February to 4th February and had a good experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
Good hotel, a bit old but clean. The staff are welcoming and the breakfast offers a great variety. The heating in my room wasn't working on the first day. I was moved to another room on the second day, but the heating there wasn't working properly either. The maintenance staff fixed it the next day, and it was fine after that. Some things I didn't like: - You're not allowed to bring food or drinks...
I booked this hotel especially as a keen fitness enthusiast, I liked the photos of the gym on the trip.com site and wanted to keep up with my running and weight training. Amazing riad tucked away in the old medina of Marrakech. Ideally located, it lets you experience authentic medina life while still being just a 10-minute walk from the more touristy areas (so evenings & nights remain wonderfully peaceful) A big plus: taxis can drop you less than 50 meters from the entrance, and the team will come meet you and carry your luggage (super convenient in the medina!) ...
(In English et en Francais ci-dessous) We stayed with good friends in Riad Ayni, taking over this beautiful 5 bedroom riad for a weekend. It was the perfect hideaway, located within the medina and about 10 minute walk from the souks. WELCOMING - From the moment we stepped through the door (down a quiet cul de sac) a warm smile and welcome awaited us. Both Simohammad and Abdessamad were super lovely...
Overall decent place to stay if you want to be close To the Médina.
The Riad Ayni is a lovely hideaway very close to the heart of the Marrakech Medina. The team at the riad is so welcoming, extremely helpful and very nice. The rooms are very clean and modern, the AC works well and the roof top terrace with a small pool is very nice. The location just outside of the medina makes the riad a perfect place for exploring the Red City. Finding the place is a bit tricky...
the hotel was great in price / performance. The only thing I can complain about is that people do not get to the hotel with the key to the front door during their stay. it is necessary to constantly ring and the bedding on the sofas on the roof did not come to me clean.
Hi, me & partner stayed here at hotel riad ayni, staff were great, food lovely, room fab, roof terrace & pool fab, my only downside is the steps on outside/inside the pool & main step to the pool they were open needs coverage so you don't fall through for me especially. I would definitely give this hotel a thumbs up 🙂

Fantastic hotel with all friendly staff and smiling faces. On check-in, was welcomed with such sincerity, was allotted a good view room on the first floor. I didn't stay here. I'm writing this review because I couldn't find any recommendations for the restaurant at the Akabar Hotel. The food is excellent. The tagine with pieces of meat is very affordable and delicious. It melts in your mouth and is very juicy. We had mint tea and local Moroccan beer, both delicious. The service was very good. I highly recommend the restaurant at the Akabar Hotel.
The location was nice everything was around the Conner really enjoyed my stay, but the bathroom was an issue you can’t able to flush but everything was okay
The location was great accesible t trainstation and airport. the hotel staff are nice specialy the bar guys are so nice with a smile on. room was clean and evrething provided. matching the price i paid. will stay here once back in marrakech
Not a bad hotel clean and comfortable. However they don't allow you to bring in your own food or drink you can only buy this in the hotel and take it to your room which is a bit expensive. Would need a taxi to get about from the hotels location as its a bit far out. Staff were very friendly.
The room was cleaned everyday. Fresh towels and toiletries provided. Decent location enjoyed my stay here for the price I paid. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place. A quiet area with an old fashioned quirky feel about it. Excellent food and all of the staff were great especially the girls in the restaurant and Youssef at Reception. Yousseff went out of his way to help us by arranging early and late meals and helping us with bookings and the printing of boarding passes. The free shuttle from the hotel to town and back was great too.
First time in Morocco and certainly won't be our last. From the outside of the hotel, you don't know what to expect, but the minute you enter, you realise you made the right decision staying here. Tradition inside, the rooms are great, just what you need as a base. The food was great, and drinks were well priced. Lovely and quiet away from the busy old town. We absolutely loved our stay at Le Relais De Marrakech. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We immediately felt right at home. We loved all the animals pottering about and there was just a wonderful energy to the whole place. The staff were really helpful with booking taxis or any other questions we had. We were so grateful to discover this little slice of paradise.
Appreciative Modest, clean, super friendly and courteous staff. Campground a little bit away from city center, but worthwhile peace and quiet, family friendly, pet friendly, campground local cats well taken care off, thank you.
This is an ideal property for kids, but the conveyance to the main city everyday will cost around £20 one way. We didn’t get a tissue refill for our 3 days stay and since we were out the whole day, we couldn’t ask at the reception too. I felt the food options in the restaurant is limited too.
We took a day-pass to relax by (and in) the pool, plus have some lunch. Nice venue, away from the bustle of the city. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good value too, particularly compared with the other day-pass offerings in Marrakech. We enjoyed our lunch there too.
Good location to be used as a base if you have your own transport. It is quite far from the centre or any restaurants/attractions. We stayed in the deluxe tent for 6, it was very basic but worked for just sleeping in (we did not eat at the site or use any of the facilities). Firstly the location is fantastic if you are on a weekend break and concentrating on the sites of the Medina etc. I would recommend you organise the airport transfer via the hotel as this was perfect otherwise you could get lost. This is a nice riad. It is more expensive than others that are higher quality. The rooms are traditional and tasteful but there has been no updating or renovation for many years. Solo trip and my first time in Marrakesh and I’m so glad to chose to stay here. The riad is very centrally located and perfect for the souks and the sights. Spectacular riad, excellent value for money. Exceptional service, they were very attentive to us at all times. We'll definitely be back!
Everything was amazing. The staff are very very nice, rooms are beautiful, pool is small but clean and cool, lovely terrace on roof with sun loungers. Quiet street, 1 minute walk to the main street
An authentic villa! From the moment you arrive, you're immersed in the Moroccan atmosphere! An unforgettable welcome from Mohamed and the famous mint tea accompanied by delicious Moroccan pastries that I later sought out to bring back home. The riad is very close to the famous square; you can walk everywhere.
If you're reading this you're probably wondering if the Riad Amira is the right choice for when you visit Marrakech - which can a tough question considering how many options for accommodation are on offer! While I'm sure there are many great options in and around the area, I can only say that we'll definitely stay here when we visit again in the future, considering the Riad Amira's location, price...
My two friends and I stayed at the Villa Harmonie for our spring break during study abroad. The hospitality was truly incredible. We had a beautiful room and the riad itself is gorgeous. After a long travel day we were met with Moroccan tea and sweets. Each morning they prepare breakfast. Special shout out to Youssef- he helped us find restaurants, activities, and even walked us to the hamam. The kindness...
Amazing hotel. Very reasonable price and the staff are so friendly. Breakfast is always filling. Can be a bit noisy outside during the day but it does tend to quieten down at night. Would recommend for anyone staying in Marrakech.

Good hotel very clean has hot water. Service is great. The wifi may be slow at times and the breakfast was lacking. Not the best selection of food.
Very clean, nicely located. Kind staff and has a good vibe. Beds are very small though, even the double bed is small. And there can be better amenities overall. Lady at breakfeast is very kind.
Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Room is relatively basic and cold during the winter months. The property is, however, beautiful.
I have high praise to Soufiah who helped me when I arrived in the riad. His hospitality and kindness made a big difference on my stay. Breakfast is okay, they could probably use a better glass for the juice next time. 🫣 The riad itself is quiet and around 10 mins from Medina square. The riad is good for families I should say or traveler who wants peace and quiet.
Not only was the room cute and clean, but the service was excellent. They helped us store our luggage after we checked out and offered us delicious Moroccan tea and cookies. It was a very good stay. Thank you very much.
Wonderful location walking distance to most of attractions in Marrarkech 10 minutes from Jewish Quarter, Palais Badi, Bab Agnaou, 10 - 15 minutes to La Koutoubia, Le Jardin Secret. However we got lost looking for the Riad when arriving the first day. It would have been helpful if more clear and detailed directions were given (not just a map) with the booking confirmation. The Riad is very clean...

Wonderful Riad in the Spice Souk. I would stay there again! Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The staff was amazing. Any request I made was fulfilled. Breakfast was delicious. The host actually took me on his motorcycle the first night to obtain the local currency, treated me to tea and assisted me with any directions I needed. I would highly recommend them.
Great stay with lovely hosts and wonderful service. The breakfast was yummy too.
Lovely place, great staff! Lovely Riad close enough to everything! Great attention by the staff in particular by Anke that was friendly and really helpful. This was a Riad to repeat! We surely will recommend it!!!
Nice place to stay at a good price , friendly people there too
The meals I had there were delicious and home cooked. The service was excellent. I actually rolled my ankle and I was stuck in bed for a while during my visit, and the team there took care of me and brought me ice packs for my ankle.
