Comfort

The hotel is in a great location by the sea in a beautiful area of Muscat. Another advantage is the bar with alcoholic drinks. However, the hotel needs a facelift. There is a lack of cleanliness both in the rooms and around the hotel, the windows are dirty, there is dust in the rooms. The selection of breakfast food is not large, but sufficient. Surprisingly, payment is only possible in cash.

Amr

Tiny space in bathroom to get into the shower. Breakfast buffet is below std. I can make better coffee in my room. Asked to change the kettle in my room because it is rusty got a better one but with broken lid.
The staff is really friendly and try to help.

It is a very good place ambiance is amazing I was going there every weekend and I feel good , until I start feeling that there staff member is getting rude , he simply throw the plates on table at the time of serving , I don’t know what problem he has but they either have to give him training or move him somewhere else , this is my 3rd or 4th experience with him.
And me and my wife plans no more to go to that place !!!!
BTW his name is “HAMDA”
