Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but there are several areas that could be improved to provide a better guest experience.
The room was quite small considering the price, and the in-room facilities and amenities were rather basic and did not reflect the cost of the stay. In addition, some expected bathroom essentials, such as a dental kit, comb, and other basic personal care items, were not provided.
The breakfast buffet was also quite expensive compared to the limited variety offered. The selection was rather poor for the price, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in both variety and overall value.
Overall, improving these details and offering a better balance between price, quality, and service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location! The highlight is definitely the rooftop area, offering fantastic panoramic views over Muscat. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Overall, the room is spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved and management might need strengthening. Additionally, the breakfast selection is limited.

I booked this for a friend who was on a business trip, and they specifically asked me to leave a good review. The hotel lobby is very stylish, the room layout is well-designed, and the desk is large with lighting perfect for working on a computer. The most important thing is the excellent soundproofing; even though it's in a busy downtown area, the room was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hygiene details were also well-handled. As the person who made the booking, I feel really reassured getting this kind of feedback. I'll choose this place again next time I need to.

Went on Friday evening to eat biryani and kebabs but the place sucks. Couldn't eat any mutton Kebabs because of its hardness and kerosene smell. Friend ordered paneer curry and same review came from him. The ambience and food both are bad.

Good food. Reasonably priced. Has upstairs for families. Often stink outside the restaurant from over flowing sewage.
