We used an occasion to spend some time with our close fiends and kids at this wonderful place with a lot of attractions and possibilities with tasty breakfast and nice service. We fully enjoyed and hope to come back some other day

A great place for families with kids. Friendly and hopeful staff. Great location. Far from the city center but the tranquility of the forest where the hotel is located makes up for the distance. Swimming pools and indoor soft play make it an ideal place for kids.

Great for everyone, families & couples. Just stayed for 3 days in this hotel and enjoyed very much. Rooms are good, on each floor there are some sofas and table to relax. The hotel is more than 3 strars, I think. Everything is perfect, the room, the bathroom, the air condition, the parking place, the cleaness, the swimming pool and the many sport facilities!

Great location! From the airport, bus line 300 gets you directly to the hotel. We had a spatious room with a view to the castle. The places to visit are in walking distance. Wonderful and varied breakfast, smiling staff ready to help, big bed and comfortable room. What more you can need?

The hotel offers a pleasant stay about 2 km from the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the view of Wawel Castle from the top floor is a highlight. Breakfast is decent. Dining options nearby are limited, and parking is either paid on the street or available at the hotel for 70 PLN.

Well, it felt like stepping back in time! 😂 The room was small, but very clean. Someone automatically came to tidy the room and change the towels every day, unlike some hotels these days where they assume you don't need them unless you specifically request them. That was great. The company I work for booked me 2 weeks in this hotel to make my relocation process easier. It was lovely! Booked a couple of nights here earlier in the week. Any Brits reading, think of it as an older style Premier Inn. It definitely it better than most 2 star hotels, that star rating seems very unfair. This building is subdivided and rented out to different hotel managements, and they share the sauna area. So, the sauna isn't free; its availability depends on whether your specific room package includes it. Also, the room was a bit small – not great, but not terrible either.

Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. Quality hotel situated perfectly between the centre and the train station. The downstairs room was huge, well kept and warm with a big wardrobe also. Cute hotel located a few minutes walk from the tram station. The entrance is tucked away on the side of the building. It’s possible to store luggage with the staff at the reception, that is manned 24/7. Clean facilities, comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is so nice. It was a very comfortable location to go to the center of the city and the old town. The staff guided me to the room when I checked in due to a breakdown in the elevator, but I was really exhausted when I checked out.

Great hotel! We were surprised that the hot tub and sauna included in price and you could just book them in advance and enjoy.
