Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile...

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. The arrival, rather than being a smooth introduction to excellence, felt unwelcoming... an experience that sharply contrasted with the caliber of a five-star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long....

The stay was quite successful, after submitting a complaint about too much noise coming from the ventilation devices located above the occupied room, we were moved to another of a higher standard. Breakfast very good with a lot of variety. You can have reservations about the small pool. Service at the reception without reservations.

A lovely hotel that we stayed at for multiple nights on the extended Poland leg of our Viking cruise. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic part of town with the university park across the street and Wawel castle up the hill. My wife and I adored walking in the peaceful surroundings and green spaces. I must say that the food served in the lounge was some of the best food that we had on our trip from Germany...

Probably my favourite Radisson in Europe. As a VIP member, I’m allocated a room on the VIP floor, with a dedicated area of the restaurant for breakfast. Staff are all so helpful, approachable and friendly, especially Magdalena Mnich in reservations who ensured our group celebrating a 40th birthday were extremely well looked after.

The service here is excellent. Because I had some issues with my room I was upgraded. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh offerings reflecting local and international tastes. You can't beat the location, right near Old Town facing a park. The side street offers markets and an array of foreign restaurants.

Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Mattress felt new. Minor qualm is breakfast not open earlier, an issue for booking early tours. Also personally I prefer a shower stall and not a tub-shower. But on whole this is an excellent hotel.

Comfortable, spacious and good rooms. Very nice staff. Room service menu is not the best. Can be definitely improved. Decent bar with very nice decoration in the lobby. Very rich and good breakfast. Quality ingredients.

Very nice short stay in the heart of the city center. Excellent facilities, the staff from the front of house, very helpful. We could not find any fault, amazing cocktails in the bar, efficient service and wonderful relaxing atmosphere, We are planning another trip back in Kraków soon and will definitely stay here again 10/10
