The hotel is right next to Toruń's old town, within walking distance. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the hotel was very clean; the bathrooms were spacious. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the breakfast was excellent.

The check-in staff seemed rather uniterested in doing their job, otherwise the hotel is good and got a mild refresh this year.

This hotel maybe friendly to people with dog, because our room smells not good, when the door has been opened, the bad smell run out. Some people with asthma be careful.

The only negative I have for this hotel is that there wasn’t a refrigerator. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Very close to old town Toruń. Must go to Manekin for breakfast!! So delicious!

Adequate. Clean but tired brown decor was a bit depressing & could do with a refresh.. Didn't order breakfast but was overpriced compared to lovely place I stayed in the night before. (Only stayed here as had to extend stay in Lodz & everywhere else booked out with a rock concert in town). Night reception was helpful when bedside lamps didn't work. Wouldn't bother returning.

Poznan is very easy to get around using buses and trams for very little. The Platinum Residence Hotel has a good restaurant. The room however felt like we were staying in the Attic. My wife bumped her head on the sloping ceiling more than once. The bathroom had a walk in shower, but the water tended to go every where

Location is TOP!!! The room is cozy and has everything you need. It was warm in early December, and you can adjust the heating in the room. Everything is clean and comfortable, there is a kettle, tea, and drinking water. We had a comfortable double bed. And most importantly, there is good sound insulation.

Nice modern hotel. Standard double was a good size. Small double could be an issue for some. Beds were comfortable but we were on the first floor and heard music from the bar below. Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties). However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland.

A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there.

Great place built, made and kept with passion and warmth by the passionate owners. Very good food and fine dining during lunch and dinner. Spa area is well kept with a great outdoor sauna hut that has one glass wall overlooking the garden. The rooms are taken care of and the overall quality is very good. The hotel is conveniently located near the Manufaktura shopping centre and Piotrkowska street. Lodz Fabryczna station is closer than Lodz Kaliska station. The room is clean and quiet, bed is comfortable. The reception clerk is kind. The hotel entrance from the street was not easy to find as it doesn't have any light in the night time. For the price range I am satisfied to the stay.
