Uncomfortable and synthetic only pillows. Fridge in the room didn’t work and wasn’t repaired when reported. Good location, pleasant pool and sauna (although the temp was only 72deg C), steam room and jacuzzi.

Things I enjoyed most from my RED experience: I had a great stay over Easter Monday! The sound proofing of the room was so on point! So quiet, had a great night sleep! Loved the linens and big fluffy bath towels! Slept like a baby, loved the bathroom free standing soaking tub and the amenities, which smelled great and we're high quality

Great lighting and the functionality of switches and electric sockets and charging options were so thoughtful and comfortable! Really appreciated the surprisingly silent air conditioning, and since I prefer my room mild to cozy warm than an ice box, it was simply to regulate the temp and switch it off

Many options to sit in the room, big comfy arm chair, plush wall window to sit above floor lever was especially fun with morning coffee! Really enjoyed the Julius Meinl coffee and tea offerings and complimentary water

The staff member Julia at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, especially with the shoe sponge mission and laughs handling. Made me feel I'd like to come back

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it’s a very well run hotel. The breakfast menu is spectacular. An incredibly wide variety of choices. The food is very fresh and well presented

Close to the central area and yet also close to larger transit ways, so moving around is easy. Rooms are reasonably dimensioned and equipped

Nice bathroom with Rituals care products. Free indoor pool with sauna and whirlpool (only open in the late afternoon and evening, not in the morning). Good restaurant in the evenings

Well located and decorated, staff is soso except one man at reception desk and swimming pool is really small, especially it's shared with the other 3* hotel. Hotel gym you can hardly call a gym.

Beautiful hotel, nice location close to krupowki, service by the reception is very friendly and was very helpful when our airconditioning didn't work. The following day the mechanic came and fixed it already

Great location within walking distance to Krupówki—no car needed! Consider booking a room with breakfast included. Parking costs an additional 50 zloty per day. Highly recommended!

Note that rooms with a beach view only offer a view of trees. For more sunlight, choose a room away from the beach on the upper floors. Also, the hotel doesn't provide sunbeds at the beach

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, great ambience and decor, fabulous spa and treatments, tasty breakfast with plenty of options. Location is great, right beside the beach in a quiet part of the town.

We recently stayed at the Shuum Hotel, a lovely 4-star hotel just 30 seconds by walk from the beach

When we wanted to visit we were told that it is not possible to visit the wellness at all, because it is fully booked?! We asked again because it seemed weird as previously they told us the pool and sauna is always open and this time we were “allowed” to enter

Also a lot of confusion around the SPA/pool opening and fees - it is not clear which area can you visit free of charge as in the hotel room materials it is clearly stated, that visiting sauna and pool is subjected to a fee 100pln/person

It's quite an upmarket Hotel, we were jealous for them to have the stay here! They even got upgraded to a better room👌 There is also a pool here, so you can have and early morning dip or a relaxing swim after your day😀 The staff were very friendly and welcoming, they even said we could join in with the Hotel facilities as their guests

If you look at hotel Rysy's webpage, you'd expect a mountian resort, not a hotel in a semi residential area. It is still a 40+ minute bus ride to the Tatra Mountains. They uses creative and good photography

-We stayed at 10th floor so we had a nice view. -they have a spa+pool we did not use, but it looked ok

Opening times are only from late afternoon from 4:00 p. and the whirlpool was out of order. Also, only one sauna was in operation and the relaxation area only had one lounge chair, or the second one was broken

Excellent breakfast, not good, EXCELLENT. -The location is far from the city center(you are close to the exit of the city), we where just transiting Katowice so it didn’t matter. -Rooms small but ok for one night or two

We payed 58€/night(breakfast included) Tip: if you come by car they have a private parking at an extra cost, BUT you can park exactly near the hotel for free. 10€ for parking… come on just go and buy an ice cream

I stayed at the hotel for business travel reasons. The hotel is a nice botique hotel, with nice rooms. The breakfast offers a huge variety of food, add it to your booking if you stay here.

Room is spacious with good size of bed. TV was big, fit nicely with the room size. Breakfast was good too.

It is a great place for short and long stay in Rzeszów. Beatuful place with delicous food and great music (music played live on the piano). I recommend this hotel!

There is a lovely spa/pool area which looked tranquil. We wish we could have used but hadn't got swimwear. If I was returning to Rzeszow I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again

There is a coffee shop to the front offering some delicious looking cakes. Further inside are the Tapas restaurant and the Patio restaurant. We chose to eat at the patio restaurant and the food was outstanding

All the staff, from reception to waitresses and bar staff are very pleasant and professional. Nothing being to much trouble. The room was spacious enough and extremely clean, with fabulous Ritual toiletries

The staff at this facility was not super friendly. The resort is nice the pool is great. The hot tub outside is very small and was a medium warm temperature

It would have been great to have a shuttle bus running so you could get to the base of the trails or the train station more easily (it was about a 30 min walk) especially with the price paid for the room

The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food was from weekend and didn't look fresh

Nice hotel, several things to do inside. The strongest points are: the excellent breakfast and professional catering staff, the proximity of the mountains and walking paths, the powerful sauna and warm swimming pool

Bad sides are: the slow internet connection, the neighbours burning plastic in their chimneys causing an unpleasant smell which comes almost in the rooms. The sauna is very powerful and the swimming pool is lovely

A plus for the pool, but it was strange that you have to go to the outside corridor and pass the bar to get to the saunas instead of going through the direct passage

It's great that there's bowling, air hockey, billiards, and table football. At breakfast, the small spaces between the tables made it difficult to maneuver with food. The mountain views are fantastic

Breakfast was good, as always. Welcome Hostels help with everything you need. It is close to the train station and the bus station, so it is easy to get there. Would definitely recommend the hotel

The breakfast in the morning was amazing & the food was fresh, there is tea & coffee available in urns but if you ask at the bar you can order barista style coffees included in the price of the breakfast, I can wholeheartedly recommend the flat white

Nice hotel, they made us veggie breakfast boxes when we were on a guided tour that left at 5:50am. Breakfast is good for veggies too.. They serve prosecco at breakfast, which seemed odd, but when in Rome...

I asked them to go ahead n transfer my things into the new room, in a haste, I had forgotten I left my cash n passports in the safe! When I reached Zakopan, I reached out to the hotel, wanting to inform them to wait for me to go back to Hotel asap n open the safe to retrieve my belongings, but to my horrors, they had already opened the safe without seeking my consent n took the items n transferred...

Great hotel with a very hospitable manager available for almost all time of your stay. Might be a bit tough to get the shortest route during winter so get prepared

Since we changed our jobs, we don't have access to job benefit system anymore - if they hadn't taken money earlier, now it won't be possible and we would have to pay in cash, losing few hundred PLN because of that mistake

Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned! Unfortunately, I have to remove 1 star because of confusion regarding payment caused by staff member

Great location just inside Golden Gate of old city. Saturday night can be disruptive as music until early hours. Restaurant offers a cosy atmosphere and is a popular eatery. Food is good and staff attentive

Cute hotel located a few minutes walk from the tram station. The entrance is tucked away on the side of the building. It’s possible to store luggage with the staff at the reception, that is manned 24/7

The staff is friendly, and the cookies at the reception (fresh and different every day) are delightful, especially after spending seven and a half hours at the airport :)) The room was cozy and warm

We choose half board and every day we had a selection of fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. There is also really good spa center, which for most of days was empty so we had it almost sole use of it

We stayed in RBH for a family Xmas stay. We received overall an excellent service from the hotel staff. We steyed in a spacious rooms with enormous sized, comfy beds

it's not the same hotel as last year. After the expansion, I heard from one Englishman in the canteen morning 'it's overcrowded here. the price for a dog is expensive. the price for a dog is expensive

It is such a beautiful hotel- we just love the decor. Everything is perfect, so tasteful. We really enjoyed the swimming pool with its powerful water jets and relaxing massage chairs

Wonderful as ever! We returned to Bohema for our fourth (or possibly fifth!) visit and again we absolutely loved it -so comfortable, so tasteful- and this time, I would like to focus on the excellent food- we ate in another restaurant in Bydgoszc which was considered to be very good but nowhere had food as good as Bohema

A beautiful hotel close to the city centre with very friendly and hospitable staff. The front office of Victoria, Agnieska, Aneta, Karolina were super helpful. Bydgoszcz is an undiscovered gem

Nice hotel with really nice facilities However my wife had allergic reaction in the room we have stayed I assumed that animals were staying there We definitely coming back though Good dinner

Unfortunately I couldn't try out the amenities, I could see they were very well maintained and taken care of. Would recommend staying here and will be my go to if I revisit Bydgoszcz

The hotel is ok, the service is very good,however maintenance is below average, for example, the towel rail was broken, towels are very small and shower doesn’t seal properly so bathroom is flooded after taking a shower

The hotel is okay. It just doesn't live up to the reviews. Mildew stains on the silicone seals in the shower. The towel rail is bent. The toilet brush is broken.

Had a lovely stay in room 603, the decor is modern, the bathroom floor heated , the view was over the outside space. Comfy beds and tea and coffee facilities , I bought my open herbal teas thou

Also we were able to walk down to the river in 5 mins and stroll in the sunshine. Our room was a little small but had a large bathroom (with underfloor heating). Our daughter had a larger room but smaller bathroom

Well worth the money, that said I found the bed a little soft but the shower OMG. The old town is a ten minute walk with a taxi rank at the end of the street
