An amazing stay with a wonderful river view. Great food and great activities for the kids. SPA and pool nicely equipped.

It is 4 star but feels like 3 star, breakfast and lunch were ok , self serviced (kind of all inclusive concept). Ale carte restaurants are a bit pricey but good. My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

If you are looking for relaxation using Sauna/Pool, this place is recommended. Very clean and we loved so much. InterConti has a nicer view but they limit the visit to 1 hour. This place is unlimited use allowed. The restaurants were pricy though.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. Great location, you don't even need to leave the central station to get into the hotel. It's right next to the largest building in Europe. The top sheet/blanket was a bit short, and the soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear every door slamming in the hallway. Breakfast was very good though!

Nice hotel with modern design but unlucky the room was too warm for us and AC seems not working. Asked the front desk to check, but no one came and they asked us to wait since they will adjust it from the system but nothing’s changed.

I stayed here twice and absolutely loved this hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, everything is clean, nice scent in the lobby as you enter. I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. The rooms are clean, carpets stained only occasionally, and in general, the breakfasts are awesome, withh a wide variety of vegan stuff as well as substitutes for allergic people. A very good place to stay if you are flying the next day or have an overnight transfer in Warsaw. Frequent transfers to and from the airport making this hotel the best choice out of all airport hotels in Warsaw.

Pretty decent hotel close to airport and the best part is the cab service . I had lots of luggage and it was big enough to accommodate it plus the driver helped me in loading the luggage which was helpful

I booked a room at a higher rate so it allows cancellation. Then my son got sick and I tried to cancel but they got me with a fine print which said cancellation was only possible the day after I booked. I had not come across such ridiculous, policy entrapping customers. Will not consider Marriott again.

Fantastic rooms with a tastefully done decor. I was told rooms are sound proof, and we actually couldn't hear a thing so had a very comfortable stay. There's a kitchen area with everything required for basic cooking and heating. Breakfast is top notch and location is in downtown Warsaw. The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.
