I had a very poor experience with the Wi-Fi in our room. The connection was extremely slow and unstable, especially in the evenings when it often felt more offline than online. I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. A hotel which is run very well. I would ideally give 4,5 stars because the furniture is old-fashioned but other than that everything is pretty flawless, especially the service and the food.

Really nice Hotel. Very clean rooms. Corridors are really well maintained, they smell so good and very clean! The buffet breakfast and dinner are divine. The aquapark under it is very nice, with lots of hot tubes inside and outside. Really entertaining. The restaurants are regionally thematic and really pleasant.

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar....

We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile...

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. Late review, stayed here in March 2025 during the shoulder season between Winter & Spring. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and had variety. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and the hotel location was indeed strategic in the business district of Warsaw. It’s about a 5-10 minute bus ride to the Old Town & Central Station

Another amazing experience at Leonardo Royal, after Nuremberg location. The room was smaller but same level.of quality, free watter, free coffee and overall amazing sleeping quality. The breakfast was excellent and overall stay was top. Also good location (bus 175 from airport and nice 20-30 minutes walk to Old Town). Thank you for the stay!

My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

The circumstances of my stay are unusual as it wasn't pre-planned stay, it was last minute booking due to severely delayed flight (payed for by the airline). We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights at the Novotel Poznań Centrum. It is in a good location to get into the old center of town and to do some shopping. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. They even had a dedicated storage room for our bicycles. It is convenient for business trips. It is only 1km away from the train station and the exhibition hall. There is a large shopping mall next to it. The breakfast is also quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant, and the second floor is for breakfast. There is also a gym shared with ibis. You can also book ibis in the same building, but Novotel is on the upper floors. Recommended

We had a great time a the Novotel Poznan Centrum. The room was perfect, as well as the location. Many choice for the breakfast, more than I have expected. Moreover, we have received a wonderful welcoming by the team and a personalized attention in our room and this was highly appreciated. We stayed at this hotel one night due to transfer . Room was clean, especially I like bed, linen was perfect, very clean and comfortable, no smells, the reception persons were very friendly, answered all questions, buffet was open only until 10 a m , that was not enough time, the polish old woman who stayed at the omelet station was awfully rude, she doesn’t like me and my son because we talked Ukrainian...

Rooms are very clean, but the food options are very limited and it’s partially uncooked. There is a gym and a spa which is great.

The room is nice, but there is a heating problem. I stayed there for 1 night thinking it was manageable. There are shopping and restaurants nearby. I think it can be improved further.

It is a well located hotel, relatively close to the airport. The staff is kind, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is varied, with many options to choose from. You can also serve dinner at the restaurant. The only remark would be the fact that the room where I stayed was on the street side and the noise produced by the tram bothered me a bit.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. The arrival, rather than being a smooth introduction to excellence, felt unwelcoming... an experience that sharply contrasted with the caliber of a five-star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. The hotel is next to a mall which was most convenient. Room, comfort, cleanliness is good except two way lighting switches combination can be better. Service at Downtown for breakfast was 👍🏻

It is a very nice hotel, but we experienced some issues. Nice room and bathroom, very spacious. Tasty breakfast. Mostly extremely friendly staff. Good gym. But it seems like there is not enough staff for a five star hotel... one morning in the breakfast room the staff struggled tending for the guests, serving coffee, and cleaning up the tables. Quiet, clean, friendly. Situated in the old town belt, perfect for those on foot. Very good breakfast, leaves nothing to be desired. One thing regarding parking: there's no special hotel tariff, prices are public, 100zl per day.

I just realized that I’ve never left a review despite staying at this location for almost 70 nights in total in 2 years! Receptionists ignored guests standing right in front of him. He looked like a supervisor (clothes). Not one of the 4 receptionists behind the frontdesk lifted their eyes from the what they were doing (writing on paper and typing on computer etc.). Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

Hidden additional costs everywhere. 45 złoty for parking, 25 złoty for a bathrobe, 6 złoty for a fruit. I was afraid of doing anything and being charged for it.

Location was very convenient, easy parking, and easy to get around to see the city from this location. Room was very clean and quiet for a peaceful night. Bathroom facilities were clean and worked very well. Breakfast was excellent we a lot of variety. There were choices of cold breakfast, cereals, fruit, sweets, Hot savoury breakfast - eggs, meats, vegetables. Was a wonderful stay and recommend it

Less than 10 minutes' walk to the 2 nearest metro stations and about 15 minutes' walk to the Central Train Station.

Located on the edge of the business district, and well connected to public transportation. Since the area is quite busy and building more and more new buildings are being built closeby, the hotelroom was pretty noisy. Gym access is not provided, only the guests from Crowne Plaza, which isnlocated in the same building can go there. Breakfast selection was also rather limited :(

We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. Pretty decent hotel close to airport and the best part is the cab service . I had lots of luggage and it was big enough to accommodate it plus the driver helped me in loading the luggage which was helpful

Clean and nice, pretty near the airport which was perfect for our layover. The shuttle buses to and from the airport are frequent and that helped a lot. The swings in front of the hotel were cute too.

Excellent airport hotel. Clean and pretty quiet (my window faced the airport). Black out curtains worked very well. Water kettle for tea or coffee (Nescafe and black and green tea provided). Electric iron and ironing board provided. Good shower gel and shampoo provided. The bathtub entry for the shower is pretty high, so one needs to be careful when exiting! I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

Very advantageous central location, cosy rooms and welcoming service. The only annoying item is extremely small choice of channels on the TV, neither local nor international. Breakfast is OK, though not the best in the city by far.

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

The place doesn't deserve 5 stars imho. Looks like it was rushed during the building phase. Not too many attractions for kids, and the Gaming area is there to take your money ( 30 sec games for almost 1 euro). Nice swimming pool. Good Swedish table for breakfast. 3 stars from me over all:)

Holiday Inn is a standard hotel with nice facilities and nice staff. Neat and clean area. It is located on famous Motława river walk. From room you can have a view of river. It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.
