The hotel was good The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, The location was convenient and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were polite, although the check-in process took longer than expected. It’s a decent place to stay for a short visit.

I stayed queen room. It was so big and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights, was given room much earlier than 3pm, thankful for that but wooden floor was quite dirty, seems no vacuuming was done. Shower gel, toilet paper not replenished. Have to ask recept to contact housekeeping. Can't call recept, no dial number available. Misread the housekeeping message, after 1st night, nothing was cleared but that is ok, no big deal. Overall it was good though.

The noise with the window open was too much, but closing it made the air stuffy. The location wasn't great; it was quite a distance to the station, and taking the bus required crossing the street.

Really comfortable and peaceful place. It might seem like a big clunky typical "bussines hotel" but in fact it's a nature-station with all the pros that comes with it. Main road leading to it is not sooo good but the place is worth it.

If you are looking for relaxation using Sauna/Pool, this place is recommended. Very clean and we loved so much. InterConti has a nicer view but they limit the visit to 1 hour. This place is unlimited use allowed. The restaurants were pricy though.

My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). Overall reception service excellent but the hotel itself not so great - plus breakfast is too pricy - 100 PLN per day.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

Fantastic rooms with a tastefully done decor. I was told rooms are sound proof, and we actually couldn't hear a thing so had a very comfortable stay. There's a kitchen area with everything required for basic cooking and heating. Breakfast is top notch and location is in downtown Warsaw. Only drawback is their high tech lift which can be a bit confusing. But not really an issue once you figure it out...

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. There is no comparison to what was here even 3-4 years ago...

This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. It's child friendly, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and you'll find nothing to complain about. The breakfast is truly memorable and overwhelming worth the investment. Don't miss it.

The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. To top it all off parking is limited and you have to pay, it's not cheap or reasonably...

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Lubicz! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared — thank you to Ewelina and Patryk for making it feel so welcoming. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. The hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Clean hotel, staff was friendly, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and quiet. easy, secure parking on-site was a huge bonus for our trip. We most likely select this hotel next time

Very well organised breakfast, food is structured by product groups, amazing range of breakfast options, delicious 😻personal is friendly. Spa zone access is provided for 1h/day, but it’s a plus, cause it’s not crowded then. Lobby is perfectly decorated, the smell is fantastic near the Christmas tree 🎄🫶💥

Very scientific place and scientific location, old town with old architecture. Gdansk Golovny is very 10 minutes from hotel.

This building is subdivided and rented out to different hotel managements, and they share the sauna area. So, the sauna isn't free; its availability depends on whether your specific room package includes it. Also, the room was a bit small – not great, but not terrible either.

If only i could live here forever! It is a dream room, i love every inch of it. Great service.

Hotel is very smart choice for travelers who think about price ratio to the quality. I'm happy for a stay and I was planning to stay longer but there was no availability so I changed hotel. The only disadvantage was temperature controller that didn't work as it should

Nice place in a very vibrant and diverse part of Warsaw. Located conveniently 10min from the airport. Service was good, breakfast dicious and room with enough space for 3 adults staying together. Nearby "U Jakuba" with dicious food, Łopuszańska Mlall and 30 min to the Centre. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you.
