Loud music played late into the night at the molo bar with crouds of yongsters at the beach singing and shouting. Noisy bathroom. Well kept facility. Parking lot almost nonexistent. Other that, great people and location.

We only visited the cafe part of the hotel. It really has wonderful views of the pier and the beach. We stayed for over an hour enjoying the view. My wife would highly recommend the mulled wine. (glühwein).

Excellent service, awesome food and gorges view. Hours of beach walking everyday - we love this place and visit every year! Along the beach there is pathway with plenty of artists showing, some even making on spot their art!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanatorium Augustow Medical Spa. We enjoyed great location, tasty food and the variety of medical treatments. The Staff is brilliant and always happy to go one mile extra to meet guests needs. Nevertheless, the room would benefit from a second pillow, and a mattress cover - or at least - a fitted sheet to properly cover the mattress, which otherwise was very comfortable....

I stayed at the "Energetyk" sanatorium in Krynica Zdrój for treatment covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ) at the turn of January and February 2026. I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). Overall reception service excellent but the hotel itself not so great - plus breakfast is too pricy - 100 PLN per day.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. The hotel is nice, good location with friendly staff. However they have very noisy party on Saturday night, I couldn’t sleep till the party ended at 2am By the way, don’t use the downstairs ATM, which transaction charge is super high!

AC didn't really work. Even after complaining at the reception and them promising to send an engineer the temp in the room didn't drop below 23 or so.

Ok, we booked an apartment which apparently it’s a private owned but in the same hotel (a bit strange but anyway) the apartment was great and the communication with the owner was also great. We had underground parking spot for 60 PLN/day, we had access to the beach and few restaurants around. Plenty of stuff to do with a toddler, no time to get bored so...
