We had a wonderful stay in Sanatorium Augustow Medical Spa. We enjoyed great location, tasty food and the variety of medical treatments. The Staff is brilliant and always happy to go one mile extra to meet guests needs. Nevertheless, the room would benefit from a second pillow, and a mattress cover - or at least - a fitted sheet to properly cover the mattress, which otherwise was very comfortable....

Amazing place. The swimming pool area is surrounded by the nice views of the forest, loved the saunas as well (you can choose between two - dry and wet, that was amazing). Loud music played late into the night at the molo bar with crouds of yongsters at the beach singing and shouting. Noisy bathroom. Well kept facility. Parking lot almost nonexistent. Other that, great people and location.

We only visited the cafe part of the hotel. It really has wonderful views of the pier and the beach. We stayed for over an hour enjoying the view. My wife would highly recommend the mulled wine. (glühwein).

Excellent service, awesome food and gorges view. Hours of beach walking everyday - we love this place and visit every year! Along the beach there is pathway with plenty of artists showing, some even making on spot their art!

In November, I visited the beautician at SPA Budowlani twice. I liked both the treatments and the beautician very much, nice girl and pleasant atmosphere. We wanted to rest with my boyfriend for a few days outside the city, our choice fell on the town from my childhood, i.e. Szczawnica in the Hotel & SPA Budowlani. An out-of-date playground, dangerous, frightening and not encouraging to play, one plastic house on the terrace. A big disadvantage is that when the weather is nice, the child has nowhere to play outside. Inside, the playroom is very nice, equipped, even too much, it gets tight when there are several children. I am currently in this hotel. We are staying here from Nov. 9 to Nov. 16, 2024. The food is good and the ladies working at the place where we eat are the best. In September, I stayed in the sanatorium with my husband. The room and bathroom were modest, but everything worked and clean. Cleaning twice a week was sufficient. Replacing hands, baths once every 3 weeks is not enough. As part of the NHF dietary rate, luxury cannot be expected. Lunch Ok, but breakfast and dinner a bit monotonous and definitely not enough vegetables, and no fruit at all. helpful....

At first I was devastated but after a while it turned out that the wolf is not as scary as it is painted. I am very pleased with my stay. The room was tidy with a toilet and shower, cleaned regularly. Ladies at the reception very nice. Treatments were organized in such a way that there was as much free time as possible for walks and trips. I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. The arrival, rather than being a smooth introduction to excellence, felt unwelcoming... an experience that sharply contrasted with the caliber of a five-star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient especially for business travellers but staying closer to Old Town would be better for tourists. Receptionists ignored guests standing right in front of him. He looked like a supervisor (clothes). Not one of the 4 receptionists behind the frontdesk lifted their eyes from the what they were doing (writing on paper and typing on computer etc.). As a guest I almost felt like I was interrupting their work. On the plus side: the waiter whom welcomed us in the breakfastcafe was smiling and very accomodating...

It is a luxurious hotel, very clean and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is large and clean with a bathtub. It contains shampoo, shower gel and all the necessary things. There is an iron in the room.There is a hot water machine and many varieties of coffee and tea. The breakfast is very rich and the food is wonderful and delicious.

Location was very convenient, easy parking, and easy to get around to see the city from this location. Room was very clean and quiet for a peaceful night. Bathroom facilities were clean and worked very well. Breakfast was excellent we a lot of variety. We had a very nice stay with the kids. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and quiet even though they were overlooking the square. The swimming pool is nice however some toys for the kids are missing but it's not a big disadvantage. It was definitely a great stay and we will come back again. Clean and nice, pretty near the airport which was perfect for our layover. The shuttle buses to and from the airport are frequent and that helped a lot. The swings in front of the hotel were cute too.

Electric iron and ironing board provided. Good shower gel and shampoo provided. The bathtub entry for the shower is pretty high, so one needs to be careful when exiting! I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. Where do I start....its certainly not a 5 star hotel. The hotel and rooms are dated and tired. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. Carpet in the bedroom didn't look clean and the bed was just two singles pushed together and not comfortable. To top it all off parking is limited and you have to pay, it's not cheap or reasonably...

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I couldn't be happier! Everything was top-notch, from the impeccable cleanliness to the incredibly polite and friendly staff. The facilities for children are fantastic, featuring two indoor playgrounds, swimingpool and one outdoor playground, which kept my kids entertained for hours. We had a lovely quiet room on the 4th floor, there are 2 lifts and stairs. The room staff were very good and nothing was missed. A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. The chair cushion slipped out when getting up and there were food crumbs galore underneath! Needs better cleaning, but otherwise, everything else was fine.

We used the spa as non-quest visitors. Parking space in front of the reception is free to use when you visit hotel’s services. 60zln per person 2h, we took the relaxation zone package - I recommend this for couples, the first area is filled with kids and has much more traffic. I've been here since 2016 several times when I lived in Krakow. The quality of the hotel has given worse, probably it is because the hotel has been excluded from the Mercure hotel network. E.g. food quality, pool was under repairman, roads still look like from Soviet times.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. Location, location, location! A stone throw away from the city main attractions/ center. Nice room with a very good shower and comfy bed. Plenty of choice at breakfast buffet. We stayed at the hotel for one night. The room was relatively large, well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the Vistula River. The room as well as the entire hotel were very clean. The service was outstanding and the food at breakfast was excellent. The old town of Torun is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Copernicus Hotel as an attendee of an astronomy conference that was organized in the hotel. Torun itself is a lovely place and Copernicus Hotel made the stay all the better. I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

Lovely location by the lake. Did not realise on booking would have to walk up a steep incline to get to/from castle for breakfast and other facilities. Had an issue with our air conditioning but staff worked with us to reach an agreeable solution. Breakfast, pool and spa facilities were very good. Fire show was impressive.
