Loud music played late into the night at the molo bar with crouds of yongsters at the beach singing and shouting. Noisy bathroom. Well kept facility. Parking lot almost nonexistent. Other that, great people and location.

We only visited the cafe part of the hotel. It really has wonderful views of the pier and the beach. We stayed for over an hour enjoying the view. My wife would highly recommend the mulled wine. (glühwein).

Excellent service, awesome food and gorges view. Hours of beach walking everyday - we love this place and visit every year! Along the beach there is pathway with plenty of artists showing, some even making on spot their art!

We are here for the 10th time, we are coming back for a reason. The rooms are clean and modernizations are also made (we like the new carpets, curtains and finally the smart TV). We had a wonderful stay in Sanatorium Augustow Medical Spa. We enjoyed great location, tasty food and the variety of medical treatments. The Staff is brilliant and always happy to go one mile extra to meet guests needs. Nevertheless, the room would benefit from a second pillow, and a mattress cover - or at least - a fitted sheet to properly cover the mattress, which otherwise was very comfortable....

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). Overall reception service excellent but the hotel itself not so great - plus breakfast is too pricy - 100 PLN per day.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit. The room I was in, did not have a balcony and was facing working site. The workers were quite loud during the day. And the food is gradually getting worse and worse every time I visit. This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl. The furniture in the room was not great all dark wood and gives the impression of not being fresh and modern. AC didn't really work. Even after complaining at the reception and them promising to send an engineer the temp in the room didn't drop below 23 or so.

We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. Very nice hotel, but with a strange maze like configuration. It's almost like one of those breakout rooms. Lots of corridors, staircases and atriums in all directions. Certainly keeps it interesting. Great location, very nice decor, luxurious spa, excellent service and comfortable bed however cannot give rooms 5 stars due to lack of proper lighting and no normal sockets in bathrooms. Most Women do their hair in bathrooms rather than bedrooms and we need sockets to plug in our hair curlers, straighteners, etc. We do make up in front of bathroom mirrors and for that we need good lighting. Located near the bridge to the Old Town and Bus Terminal. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent for the price range. Water server machine is available in the hallway. The receptionists and clerks are kind and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room were empty and the sound proof is weak and I always heard the heavy banging noise...

great facilities Amazing facilities for families, kids club 10/10 and gym also top notch! Pool offered amazing views. Restaurant in ground floor good but very pricy. Paid 190 EUR for a dinner including be wine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Only minus was that the over all feel outside is very dated. Dirty room Everything was nice and aervice minded staff, reason its not getting higher is that when coming into our room their was food and a bracelet on the floor showing they really havent cleaned the room at all.

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. The chair cushion slipped out when getting up and there were food crumbs galore underneath! Needs better cleaning, but otherwise, everything else was fine.

I took my girlfriend here for 2 nights. Room looked a bit old, but it had its charm and it was clean and tidy. Great value for money. If only they’d also have napkins in the room, it would be even better. I saw some people here complain about the service from the staff, we were very pleased with the attitude of the staff, and most of them spoke english on our stay.
