Hotels All-inclusive in Poland

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Our stay was really good and relaxing. Delicious food in the buffet restaurant and lobby bar. Species rooms, however slightly disappointing as not good as advertised on pictures

After meeting the hotel animators, they always came back with a smile and were eager to return to the classes throughout the stay, thanks to which we, as parents, were able to use other attractions of the hotel and enjoy the spa

Our looked different but that didn't spoiled our stay. Great Location and fantastic saunas and relaxing area. Overall stay was really good and we definitely will be back

I would definitely recommend to go to massage, it was one of the best massage I’ve ever been. The hotel offers lot of stuff, it is also great for kids. We have one year old baby and she loved the stay too

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

Brand new hotel in a great location, great view. The place is great in every way and the service is always nice and helpful. The interior of the hotel and rooms is very impressive

Everything was clean and nicely done. Inside spa had warm water which was perfect. Breakfast was very good. There are also many trails to go along and explore around. Nothing bad to say.

I have observed him being very friendly towards polish people and very rude to me even when I have been nothing but nice and polite to him, I think he just doesn't like foreigners and he is in the wrong business if that's the case! In all fairness when I complained to reception about his attitude they apologised but it was a really bad experience and he made me feel unwelcome there and to be honest...

I ordered an apple juice for my wee one and he charged me for an apple pie and when I questioned him about it he was very rude. Then the next night they stated the bar was open until 10pm

Nice hotel and nicely fitted out rooms. Good facilities and entertainment for young ones. Low ranting is given due to the rude barman on duty while I was there

When I went in the evening just before they closed at 10pm the rude bar man said they were closed

Overall, it’s clean and the location is good about a 7–10 minute walk straight to the Old Town, and Jabka is nearby. But somehow it doesn’t feel very cozy; I would consider staying only for 1–2 days next time

However, given the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. The price matches the quality, though of course it’s better to pay a bit more for a cozy place

The room is clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The hostel is next to tourist spots and convenient store. However, the bathroom and pantry can be cleaner.
