My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

I stayed here twice and absolutely loved this hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, everything is clean, nice scent in the lobby as you enter. The location is great, right beside the central train station and all possible public transport. There is a big shopping mall across the road, shops, restaurants, 24-hour grocery store. Any time I happen to be in Warsaw I'll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rooms with a tastefully done decor. I was told rooms are sound proof, and we actually couldn't hear a thing so had a very comfortable stay. There's a kitchen area with everything required for basic cooking and heating. Breakfast is top notch and location is in downtown Warsaw. Only drawback is their high tech lift which can be a bit confusing. But not really an issue once you figure it out...

I would have been very satisfied with the stay and the room if it hadn’t been for the low temperature in the room. Despite turning the heating up, it was still cold. There were also no slippers in the room, which is unusual for a hotel, and although I asked for them right after check-in, I had to ask three more times before the staff finally brought them in the middle of the night. The stay was on point and localized near important amenities

This was my second time staying here. The location is good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, it was a bit noisy this time, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

Nice, large rooms with a great location. The breakfast deserves special mention. The buffet is excellent, even offering honey in the set menus. A minor drawback is the weak shower pressure, which is related to water conservation.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. Very well organised breakfast, food is structured by product groups, amazing range of breakfast options, delicious 😻personal is friendly. Spa zone access is provided for 1h/day, but it’s a plus, cause it’s not crowded then. Lobby is perfectly decorated, the smell is fantastic near the Christmas tree 🎄🫶💥

Hotel is very smart choice for travelers who think about price ratio to the quality. I'm happy for a stay and I was planning to stay longer but there was no availability so I changed hotel. The only disadvantage was temperature controller that didn't work as it should

modern 4 star hotel that has the feel of a 5 star and all this at very fair price. Next time I will again prefer to stay with them, unless the pricing changes dramatically. Great location, you don't even need to leave the central station to get into the hotel. It's right next to the largest building in Europe. The top sheet/blanket was a bit short, and the soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear every door slamming in the hallway. Breakfast was very good though!

Right by the harbor, with cruise ships everywhere, an amusement park and an ancient warship museum next to it. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The sea view from the room is great. The breakfast is a rich breakfast by white standards, a good choice.

Amazing service lovely leisure facilities champion stay

Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). You can get a new shaving kit. Bit of a waste... Cons: Maybe we had a bit of an unlucky experience...

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. A very good place to stay if you are flying the next day or have an overnight transfer in Warsaw. Frequent transfers to and from the airport making this hotel the best choice out of all airport hotels in Warsaw.

Pretty decent hotel close to airport and the best part is the cab service . I had lots of luggage and it was big enough to accommodate it plus the driver helped me in loading the luggage which was helpful
