Late review, stayed here in March 2025 during the shoulder season between Winter & Spring. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and had variety. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious and the hotel location was indeed strategic in the business district of Warsaw. It’s about a 5-10 minute bus ride to the Old Town & Central Station

Another amazing experience at Leonardo Royal, after Nuremberg location. The room was smaller but same level.of quality, free watter, free coffee and overall amazing sleeping quality. My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

It is convenient for business trips. It is only 1km away from the train station and the exhibition hall. There is a large shopping mall next to it. The breakfast is also quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant, and the second floor is for breakfast. There is also a gym shared with ibis. It is a well located hotel, relatively close to the airport. The staff is kind, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is varied, with many options to choose from. I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. In our room there was literally birds shit on the curtain, wallpaper is basically falling off the walls and with no AC was super hard to stand in the room. So if choosing, best take best rooms or non as they do need a renovation for some time already....

We really enjoyed our stay: cozy historical surroundings, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, relaxing visit to two swimming pools and sauna area, pleasant and helpful staff. We definitely recommend a visit.

Fun and pleasurable hotel and fully modern inside an ancient castle. Staff can work a little better on customer service. overall, a good experience and would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Kraków Old Town. The location is super convenient just a few minutes from the main train station and within walking distance to the Old Town, so it was easy to get everywhere. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated how quiet it was. Breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh options...

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. The stay in Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto was nice with big room. Front Service is great with good check in / check out experience. Didn't dine in the hotel, however, the restaurant environment is great and comfortable

Very nice hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, nice lobby, and nice rooms. The check in and check out process were super simple. The rooms were also very nicely designed. They have a tasty restaurant in the lobby and the breakfast was great. It’s located almost directly across from the railway station. So if you’re traveling by train, it’s very convenient.

Beautifully and smartly decorated. Very friendly staff, especially our waiter Dior and his manager. They made our stay extra special. As an English-speaking tourist, their fluent English and friendly greetings were much appreciated. Food and wine was top notch. Terrific location, walking distance to so many sights. Krakow is wonderful and a stay here will add to the experience.

I loved my stay here! Fantastic bed and superior service. Kings the waitress was thoughtful and pleasant- all the front desk staff I spoke with were just happy as well. The food - breakfast buffet and dinners were convenient and excellent. We have an office nearby- I hope to be back again and again, perhaps even bring my wife along next time. & so convenient next to the mall with train platforms to...

Location was perfect , highly recommend. Rooms were spotless, lovely and modern. The shower I miss already . Staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother .  Will definitely visit Poland again and 100% will stay at this hotel.

Room is large but cleanliness is average. Swimming pool is crowded as the pool is also used by non hotel guests who join the hotel club house to use facilities

Good location and reasonable price considering the standard. Many amenities for hotel guest. However, remember don’t take away food, the hotel has no microwave for heating up the food even they have bar&restaurant but none of the people are willing to help.
