I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable. The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay. Nice stay! Location nicely between new/old towns. Our room had an issue with AC which made loud noise on two mornings which woke us up. We had to change rooms, bu service related to this was a bit of a hassle and no proper communication. Otherwise, the pool and breakfast were nice.

The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. I booked a room at a higher rate so it allows cancellation. Then my son got sick and I tried to cancel but they got me with a fine print which said cancellation was only possible the day after I booked. I had not come across such ridiculous, policy entrapping customers. Will not consider Marriott again.

The hotel requires a complete renovation - lots of room interior elements needs replacement and also during my stay there was a problem with sewers (pump bursted out I was told). Therefore I had to change my room (but the reception staff was kind and helpful to arrange). Overall reception service excellent but the hotel itself not so great - plus breakfast is too pricy - 100 PLN per day.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

AC didn't really work. Even after complaining at the reception and them promising to send an engineer the temp in the room didn't drop below 23 or so.

Ok, we booked an apartment which apparently it’s a private owned but in the same hotel (a bit strange but anyway) the apartment was great and the communication with the owner was also great. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. I was very disappointed during my last visit in Grand Lubicz Hotel. As a frequent guest I counted on good quality service but this time I was disaponted a bit.
