Bathroom is large with a view but has no place to hang your towels. Not a big deal but odd and not practical. Great space and seating options. Tasty food in the evening with plenty to choose for beverages as well

If you are looking for relaxation using Sauna/Pool, this place is recommended. Very clean and we loved so much. InterConti has a nicer view but they limit the visit to 1 hour. This place is unlimited use allowed

The restaurants were pricy though

The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Warsaw. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and truly comfortable

The gym facilities are excellent for a proper workout, and the sauna and jacuzzi are a real plus – though they were unavailable for a couple of days during my stay

(+) There’s plenty of space in the hall to relax, to work or to drink something at the bar. (+) The pool & spa area is really a nice treat, open till 10 PM

The wellness area was equally impressive – a lovely pool, relaxing sauna, and a well-equipped gym, all kept in pristine condition

Staff brought up extra when we requested it. I mentioned on booking that it was our anniversary and when we entered the room we found a bottle of champagne and a cake

The concierge service was impeccable as any time I rang (for an adapter or bath robe for the spa) they were attentive and quick to deliver to the room with a smile

The hotel is right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a large shopping mall right outside where you can eat and shop, and the old town is within walking distance

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights at the Novotel Poznań Centrum. It is in a good location to get into the old center of town and to do some shopping. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable

The rooms are standard and clean. I was surprised they had slippers! The location is right in front of a famous mall and 20 min walk to Old Market Sq. 5mins away from convenience store

I want to shout out to Jolanta, who works at the hotel restaurant on the 1st floor! She is super helpful and patient with our food order. We were a big group that wanted room service

Moreover, the sauna itself had no towels available at all, which I found surprising, as I have stayed in other hotels with saunas that were not even 5 star, and this is usually standard

And to the commenter who felt that breakfast wasn’t “5-star quality”: I’ve stayed in boutique 5-star hotels in Germany and France, and aside from barista-made coffee (here you make it yourself at the machine) and maybe steak tartare prepared to order, the selection is very comparable — eggs in all forms, fish, meats, pastries, breads, and so on

When I asked for a bathrobe for the sauna, I was told to use the towel from my room, which felt completely inappropriate for a hotel of this category

Excellent! The hotel is a bit older, but it's an old A8, which means it's still spacious, soft, and comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

Here’s a simple idea: if you want guaranteed, top-tier, true 5-star luxury, then pay €500–600 per night — that’s just basic economics. You can stay at the Bristol or the Raffles in Warsaw if that’s the level you expect

For the price you pay here, I think this hotel is a solid choice. The rooms are large by European standards. Yes, the interior is a bit dated, but overall it offers very good value

- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD - And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it

Really central location, we were able to visit Warsaw by foot. Room was large and we really enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool

My parents were scheduled to arrive in Warsaw on the 19th, with their flight landing at 07:30 AM. As my father holds a Classic membership, we fully understood that early check-in would not be guaranteed

We had to change rooms, bu service related to this was a bit of a hassle and no proper communication. Otherwise, the pool and breakfast were nice

There are many highly-rated hotels nearby, with Red** just 100 meters away. The hotel is about 2 km from Warsaw's Old Town, a pleasant 25-minute walk that allows you to take in the sights

Already have been few times in this hotel and I love to come back here. The rooms are great and the breakfast is like heaven. Perfect spot with lot of thins to do around the hotel

The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight

There's a swimming pool, but there's no information on how to get to the saltwater pool. Generally, it's okay if you like large hotels

This hotel/resort/spa has everything you didn't know you needed. You can visit a spa, dance, drink at a well stocked bar, dine at multiple restaurants, and even bowl

It's child friendly, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and you'll find nothing to complain about. The breakfast is truly memorable and overwhelming worth the investment

Everything was beyond expectations, we came by bike and had indoor parking for it and also for our luggage when our train was later than check out, so we had time in between to visit sopot The staff were nice and very helpful, the interior is so beautiful the designer did an amazing job

The room was fine, the bed comfortable, bathroom was clean and the whole suite have been cleaned every day. Armosphere at the hotel was good, receptionists were kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were also tasty

The only disadvantage was cool water at the swimming pool and sleeping in the family suite might be claustrofobic for persons sleeping upstairs on antresola ( mezzanine)

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets

Pro: Location, staff Con: entrance is an unimpressive side door; air conditioning is poor

Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area

The hotel was close to the train station and old town, so I was easy to access by walk

Also, I just had the best New York Cheesecake ever, and I had one in New York! This cheesecake is absolutely fantastic! Also, the people working here are absolutely great! They made me feel at home the minute I stepped in

Right by the harbor, with cruise ships everywhere, an amusement park and an ancient warship museum next to it. The hotel has an underground parking lot. The sea view from the room is great

The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well

this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle

The breakfast was the best , highly recommended! If you would chose this hotel because of the swimming pool - not recommended at all , full and the working time isn’t convenient , location is great , trams are close

The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water

it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. There's like a well fitness gym close by

Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Despite those issues, the service from the staff was good

Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much

We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete

I had a great time staying here.

Also the water was very cold (we were there during January). One morning we woke up with water leaking from the false roof. The towels are very low quality (feeling like plastic)

What's disappointing is that does the egg station doesn't do anything else but scrambled eggs. Another disappointment would be the sauna and the swimming pool

Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future
