Comfortable beds. Good room. Friendly reception. The lady kindly recommended various restaurants across town to try. Breakfast is poor in variety, but it is satisfactory.

Amazing atmosphere , friendly people who always try to help and you can ask for any advice about mountains/ town etc.

Cool. Quarter clean and tidy, very large balcony. Delicious breakfasts varied daily. Mega location, park and playground at hand, and to Krupówki or cinema the so-called a stone's throw.

Well worth the money for an affordable 3 star hotel. Very clean with comfortable beds and a high standard of accomodation. With the added benifit of serving a great breakfast and being close to the centre.

A great place to rest. Housing clean rooms with lazieknami. Common kitchen is also super-equipped. Very nice owners. Nothing but to come. I recommend it to everyone. Even winter nice and warm in the rooms. Regards.

The room as in the photos. Pretty on the eye, modern, clean and fragrant. The beds, although two joined together, did not move apart and there was no palpable break - ok for a couple. The mattress, unfortunately, at the cost, on poor springs, but sufficient for sleeping. It's nice and practical that there is also a sofa and an armchair in the room. Lots of space to store things (wardrobe + komkda)...

Great pension. Dear host with good knowledge of German. The breakfast was manageable but very tasty and sufficient. Very clean, but very noisy if you sleep facing the street. The beds are also uncomfortable, but it's bearable for a few nights. Highly recommended for the price.

Lovely campsite, nice size pitches with hedges separating pitches, plenty of electrical hook-ups. Toilets tidy, showers clean. Dish washing area has a fridge in it. Loads of space for clothes washing, tumble dryers and washing machines available. Chemical disposal point very handy. Very secure, barrier to get in and out. Next to miniature train tracks, so lovely to hear it chugging past on the weekends...

Amazing location from Lake Malta and Poznan. But campsite very simple with no electricity and also standard bathrooms and facilities. Very expensive for what you get

Good location at the Malta Lake, not too expensive. Clean and good toilets and kitchen, but not very good showers (no hooks where to hang your clothes when showering). We were staying in tents. Poznaň is beautiful.

Great place and lovely facilities. Perfect mall the other side of the lake. Really enjoyed our short stay here. Lake looks lovely in the night with the water features.

Everything is great. The room is large, there is a microwave, the bathroom is little dirty from previous guests. on the second day, there was no cleaning and no shower gel. I asked the receptionist about the shower gel, but they just shrugged their shoulders Gdansk is a beautiful city.

Very good prices, breakfast buffet was incredible. The room was a nice size with a huge window from the 10th floor. The bathroom had a nice big shower and there was free tea and water.

Right in the centre of town. Ample parking if you go at the right time of day. Rooms are delightful and the beds are very comfortable.

Really great location, there is plenty of places to go see around, zoo, shops, shopping center, interesting architecture within 25 mins of walk. Most of them are even closer. Hotel staff talks in english, rooms are a bit dark but fine. Did not order breakfast, so can't comment on that. Did not hear noise even with windows to the street. Everything was fine. Great place at the price and location point. Rooms ok. But no noise isolation if your window goes to busy street. Stuff ifs a bit tired. Restaurant actually is not working. Even rating is good. Sum smell in the hotel. To much chlorophyll in the water .

This is an amazing hotel. One of my top places to be. Beautifully decorated, spacious room with a huge terrace, extra super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and most of all: extra friendly staff. Located near or rather in the very centre of Bialystok with good parking opportunities right in front of the hotel. I had a room with a fantastic view over a park. We recently stayed at the Shuum Hotel, a lovely 4-star hotel just 30 seconds by walk from the beach. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can rent bicycles for 3 euros per hour, which is great for exploring (no need for e-bike). The hotel is super nice and clean, location suberb, but quite overpriced for what you’re getting. For this price it would be nice if for example parking was already included. We were disappointed when we were served overpriced VOSS bottle when we asked for a carafe of still water in the restaurant. It was an excellent experience in all respects: the design and atmosphere of the room and amenities fitting perfectly the lovely location by the Baltic sea. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and spa options. The food was awesome - delicious and healthy. Breakfast was superb- impressive variety for every taste. Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Very nicely decorated with personalized towels. Only negative the lighting OMG emergy lighting means make-up in the. Dimmest light. Water cooler in the hall. Glass jug provided fantastic shower gel. Location is excellent- 10 minute walk to the main square. Quite a long walk for locations south of the river, but for most attractions, excellent location. Room was average. Average size, no safe, lacking some toiletries and facial tissues. Also charges me for breakfast although I'm fairly certain i prepaid for this.

Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark. At night you could hear every sound and the refridgerator made unbearable loud noises, which made it really hard to fall asleep at times.

A lovely little boutique hotel if you're looking to be far away enough from the noise of Krakow centre but close enough for a lovely stroll into the old town. We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely, there doesn't seem to be a general food menu but there are so many options to chose from and Uber eats is much cheaper than the UK. A most enjoyable 3 night stay here, and just a short walk from the main shopping street. A comfortable room, good breakfasts and the bonus of a jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor, free during the day. Very helpful reception staff too. Recommended.

If you look at hotel Rysy's webpage, you'd expect a mountian resort, not a hotel in a semi residential area. It is still a 40+ minute bus ride to the Tatra Mountains. They uses creative and good photography. The hotel is nice. I paid for breakfast with my booking but had to pay again at the hotel, and it was $20 USD per person, which is a bit crazy for Poland. They have a nice amount of selection...

This was my second stay in this hotel after about 2-3 year gap. Before parking and breakfast were included. Both these charges are excessive in my opinion.

Nice location in the center of town, parking, five star hotel, etc., so it had to have also 5* from me. However, we got room without option to open a window, plus electric devices were working according some strange algorythms (hair dryer, air conditionong, lighting), so i put only 4*.

Polite & helpful staff at the reception & in the dining area, excellent choice of good quality food and clean and comfortable room. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel is located near a busy road and so the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue at times.

I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. The hotel was clean enough for my needs. Staff was friendly and polite. I did not have any particular issues.

When I walked in, there was nobody working at the counter. Tried calling for someone, nobody showed up. After a while the blonde lady finally came out and got me checked in. The room was perfectly fine for just one night, no complaints about that.

We booked last minute for 3 nights & this hotel was excellent it’s in a great position with all of the local sightseeing locations very close by. Trains buses trams are near and easy to use. The room was spotless, just as it appeared in the photos. Everything from the iron to the blow dryer was included. It's a 15-20-minute walk from Kazimers and Wavel Castle. You can also take the tram from Krakow Glowny in 20 minutes. There are markets and restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel was excellent for the price and amenities.

I wish I'd read more reviews on other platforms as what I experienced was common and longstanding. It looked good on paper and was affordable. The first room 107 was at the back with a blocked view and air con that didn't work. After 5 hours a/c at 18 but still at 27 in the room I felt like I was suffocating and got moved (3am). Second room 403 great view but curtains cream. Lit up all night. Then...
