When I checked in, I was confused about how to get to the front desk. To enter the building, you need a room key, which is given to you at check-in, but when I first arrived, I didn't have it yet, so other travelers helped me out.

This is a hotel located right in the heart of Kraków’s old town District. You are a stones throw away from immeasurable restaurants, and only a short walk to the main central Square with a bustling market. The location is absolutely incredible, the beds comfortable, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Its location is unbeatable, as it's only a minute from the main square. The room was perfectly clean, there was lots of space, I actually got a twin room for the price of a single. Overall, it’s clean and the location is good about a 7–10 minute walk straight to the Old Town, and Jabka is nearby. But somehow it doesn’t feel very cozy; I would consider staying only for 1–2 days next time. However, given the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. The price matches the quality, though of course it’s better to pay a bit more for a cozy place.

It's pretty much a standard, cheap hostel, but everything was well-organized, and I had no issues during my stay. I'd say it's good value for the price.

It is a guesthouse and has 7 rooms only (as the name mentions) clean and tidy . 15 minutes far form the train station by walk and 7 minutes to Auschwitz’s museum ..Not a big room but enough for 2 people . The only problem can be , if your check in time is after 8 pm. ( no any staff stay after this time ) . They have some other way if you check in after 8 pm . It was nice to be able to walk to Auschwitz. It's quiet and clean. There were a few good restaurants not far away, so I had a satisfactory night's stay. I couldn't use the kitchen, but when I went in, it was clean and nice. The refrigerator was not in the room, but in the common area.

The Apartment is very clean! And the buffet  breakfast is sumptuous. Staff are very friendly and speak fluent English. Around 15min Bus ride going to Old Town. Super worth your money!

This building is subdivided and rented out to different hotel managements, and they share the sauna area. So, the sauna isn't free; its availability depends on whether your specific room package includes it. Also, the room was a bit small – not great, but not terrible either.

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. The building is quite old, probably over a hundred years old. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel has underground parking, which is also convenient.

Amongst all the hotels of similar class I've stayed in, this is one of the best. We stayed in RBH for a family Xmas stay. We received overall an excellent service from the hotel staff. We steyed in a spacious rooms with enormous sized, comfy beds. We choose half board and every day we had a selection of fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. There is also really good spa center, which for most of days was empty so we had it almost sole use of it. Our aged parents felt appreciated...

Second time staying at this location and still love it. If you’re traveling to Ustka, I highly recommend.

Great breakfast choices! Very nice & spacious room! Great spa :)

Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms. Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square.

Lovely hotel I accidentally booked one day short for my other hotel had to check in here. Arrived at 11am requested to drop off my bag they actually had our room ready. Very nicely decorated with personalized towels. Only negative the lighting OMG emergy lighting means make-up in the. Dimmest light. Water cooler in the hall. Glass jug provided fantastic shower gel. Had a great sleep was only there...

It was ok.  Shower was good and room space enough big.  Hotel has free sparkling water machine

Booked a 2-night-stay at this hotel. Feels more like a Hostel than a 4 star hotel. Staff was nice and the hotel is just a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The room was small and appeared really dark. At night you could hear every sound and the refridgerator made unbearable loud noises, which made it really hard to fall asleep at times.

A lovely little boutique hotel if you're looking to be far away enough from the noise of Krakow centre but close enough for a lovely stroll into the old town. We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely, there doesn't seem to be a general food menu but there are so many options to chose from and Uber eats is much cheaper than the UK. The room was one of the smaller ones but it had plenty of space...
