Clean, small and cheap rooms. The location is great, near the city-centre. Not many services are included, such us heating during a day with constant raining at 8 degrees Celsius.

Overall a nice hotel, for location, conditions and service. Receptionist could be more friendly though.

Very good, located in the middle of P Street, the most prosperous street in Lodz, with convenient transportation, clean and sanitary. My friend and I booked 7 days together and felt it was worth it

The room is too small and too crowded, uncomfortable to live in

We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel, location was perfect and amenities okay. The only thing that let them down is guests allowed to smoke within the premises

General cleanliness is good, room size and usability and equipment are very good, the view is open area and beautiful, having coffee and tea set up in the room is great (free), there is also a cold water (sparkling water if desired) machine on the floor which is very kind

I don't stay at the hotel, but I'm partaking in a conference there, and I'm really impressed by the service of the staff and the quality of the facilities we're using! I loved the wide selection of fish products and the vegetable stew at breakfast. Winestone Restaurant in the hotel did not offer pirog, but I found a restaurant a block from the hotel specialized to this Polish specialty

Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel

The pools are a bit smaller and can get busy at times, but they are always very clean. The food in the restaurants is also delicious

I stayed at this 4-star hotel with a spa and swimming pool, but the experience was disappointing. There was no drying rack or any option to dry clothes in the room — only a paid laundry service

The hair dryer is not suitable for swimsuits or clothes after the pool. The pool water was quite cold, and several lanes were constantly reserved for training, so guests had limited space

I couldn’t get a good sleep that night, the mattresses are very soft, pillow is not comfortable, I could hear everything and everyone from the corridor. Also the free parking is not very big, there were 1-2 left places

Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly

Lovely big windows so you can look out over the city. Quite warm (August) and no air con, but not too noisy with the windows open to sleep

There was a complimentary breakfast every morning that had a spread of meats, cheeses, fruits and veggies, as well as coffee. The location is great, close to Pietrkowska Street and other city attractions

The only thing that worried me was that I was able to open the room windows wide, even though I was on the eleventh floor, which would be a cause for concern if I was traveling with children or some of my clumsier friends

The Swiatowit Hotel is pretty much par for the course as it comes to hotels. The room was clean, if a bit dated in terms of appearance

Free parking, convenient to the airport, next to bus 300 directly to the airport, rich breakfast, satisfactory room service, my backpack strap broke, ran to the front desk to ask if there is needle and thread, unfortunately they can't provide, the hotel dinner is also very good, worth the price

Other drawbacks included the view, which isn’t great and isn’t accurately represented in the photos on Booking. The TV also frequently struggled to stream or cast from my phone via YouTube, which became a bit frustrating

We stayed in a top-floor suite, and again, compared to the suite we had in Gdańsk just a few days earlier, it was underwhelming. The room was very small with limited cupboard and hanging space

My friend and I were very impressed with the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant served delicious meals, beautifully displayed buffet. The staff were always helpful and courteous

Very pleasant staff nothing was to much trouble. Hotel was clean and amenities ie swimming pool/sauna a good free extra food was very good and varied. Overall would highly rate this hotel

This is a budget hotel and you don't get the carpets in your room but you do get decent vinyl flooring. The shower isn't as good as the normal Ibis hotels but it's perfectly good enough. It's warm, fast and I loved mine

You getting the idea? If I was with my partner I would have chosen the standard hotel. I would still take the budget one though if I was alone. You pay your money and make your choice

You don't get a kettle (or at least I didn't) and I must admit I missed it. What you do get is a comfy bed, not so good pillows but again, good enough

Good size shower but needs more space for hanging your clothes. Breakfast was poor by other ibis hotels. Location is a good 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and old town

One thing I will say though is the staff are every bit as good in both hotels

This was a really nice budget hotel that was very well priced. Service was friendly and efficient with the staff speaking great English. It's not the Ritz, but you're not paying Ritz prices either

It's easier and faster to get to the hotel this way rather than walking through the train station, shopping mall and then the street to get there

You can easily access it from the train station by going to the north end of the platforms and accessing the underground passageway

The room was simple but clean and functional. The soundproofing is excellent as you won't hear the trains or traffic at all

We popped in to see friends who were staying here and the wait staff in the hotel are very friendly and prompt. We had coffees and good conversation. As for the hotel rooms our friends seemed to like them

The room was definitely sparse as far as a place to put your clothes. The closet was open to the room. The bed pillows were very lumpy. On the upside, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating

When we asked a few extra items to our room, they were delivered immediately. It was my first experience with IBIS hotels, and I'll definitely think about this network in our next trips

The spa was really enjoyable and is included but unfortunately there is no fitness room/ gym at this hotel. The location was peaceful around 10-12 mins drive from Lublin in the countryside

Yes yes yes! 5* I will definitely recommend it! The staff were excellent and it was so nice how Tetiana from reception got the spa open early for me to use before departure and after a 4 night stay she allowed me to check out at 13

The hotel bar is nice and it’s open until 10 daily , they serve nice beer like Carlsberg at a very reasonable price and the staff also speak English at the bar

The breakfast was delicious ai enjoyed salmon paste, pate, blue cheese and eggs with different fillings. The scrambled eggs were done how I like them

The bed was hard and no A/C in the room. There were some plumbing issues when I first arrived. The hotel is near a busy street so it's noisy with the window open. The price was very good for an average place to stay

Breakfast not tried, across the street there is a cafe IKEA, that brightened every morning what leaving the hotel to go to the gas station ( pedestrian paths are generally not thought)
