Big shoutout the waiter gentleman in the restaurant during the evenings. The restaurant food overall was good, but very pricey (ordering from menu). And the plesniak dessert was so sweet we barely could finish it

Few things we didn’t like in our stay. The pool area has a limited opening availability. We would enjoy a late night unsupervised Jacuzzi at the pool area or even in the garden if it would be available

Nice view , lots of fun for children on the street , good food

I took my girlfriend here for 2 nights. Room looked a bit old, but it had its charm and it was clean and tidy. If only they’d also have napkins in the room, it would be even better

Making us rely on taxi, which is 8pln per km (the taxi companies say they charge 4pln per km, but end up charging double because “they need to cover their trip to pick us up”)

The receptionist could have also warned us that nothing is open in the city during November (its a ghost town and there is no reason to visit it), and could have advised us to not take the super expensive taxi for no reason that he eagerly called for us knowing of our plan to visit the city

Lovely seaside hotel with large and breezy rooms. We had view towards the sea which was excellent. Our rooms had balconies and it was nice to sit outside and cat h the breeze

Perfect location, just a few meters from the public beach. Very friendly and efficient service team at the bar/restaurant (thank you, Patryk!). Very convenient underground parking (120 PLN per night)

Great place to stay in Sopot! Very comfortable hotel right on the beach within walking distance from the main pedestrian street and wharf.

Came here to say for a 2 day conference and stayed on for a couple of days of relaxation. The hotel is located right on the beach with amazing sea views. It also has great spa facilities and a rooftop pool / terrace

Ideal for a business stay in a larger group or holiday. Sandy beaches and freely accessible

Wonderful Spa Experience I booked a few treatments – mainly massages – and was very happy with the quality and care provided. An added bonus was that I could enjoy the spa area (pool, sauna, etc

We especially want to mention Paulina, one of the staff members. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and service minded. Her warm attitude made a great impression on us

I did not take advantage of the spa or pool, but hope to when I have an opportunity to return. It is a short walk to the beach, making it convenient to go out and watch the sunrise

Room and bathroom very clean, with mini fridge and safe in the room. All staff that I encountered from front desk, housekeepers and dining room were extremely professional, friendly and helpful

The hotel was very clean and cozy, with a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the restaurant and garden made the stay even more enjoyable.

I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance. I made a reservation right away. I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view

We booked a room with the sea view, which was partially obstructed by trees as we got a room on the first floor - which was a tad disappointing. Downside of the room was the A/C which sounded like a dishwasher when on

The cheese selection was mediocre at best not to mention that the cheese was stale. Also no sliced tomatoes, and pretty basic stuff. Definitely could upgrade the food quality and up the choices

The spa area - very nice pool, and loved the saunas even though one was broken. The hammam and finish sauna did the trick. Also added bonus for the snow machine outside the Finnish sauna

We stayed for 2 nights in Sheraton in the heart of Sopot. The hotels location is spot on and one could not have asked for more

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and a serene atmosphere throughout. We also visited the restaurant and were very pleased with the quality of the food and the attentive service

We were there before 3pm check in time on a Sunday, but they let my wife use the sauna when she asked when the room wasn't ready. Excellent breakfast included

The lake and forests around the hotel are a real treasure and a paradise for lovers of fishing, water sports and mushroom picking

We stayed at Przystań Hotel&Spa in late June 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. We chose the Aqua Apartment, which was comfortable and spacious, with a large terrace balcony overlooking the lake

I had three plates! I’m mad at myself for wasting valuable stomach room on eggs and bacon (which were good but still) I will return for a proper 1 week stay. Great great great hotel!!! Hidden gem, 60 stars!

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes

The staff were excellent, they spoke both English and Polish and we're very happy to help in anyway, including ordering taxi's and giving us an umbrella when the weather turned! Probably the most gorgeous hotel I've ever been to, we we're very happy during our stay!

The hotel itself is gorgeous, some of the hallway was being refurbished while we were there but it was easy to get around the hotel to our room and get to reception when needed

Perfect location for a hotel, only place in Sopot with direct access to sandy beach (no way between hotel and beach). But very old and poor rooms :-/ Chabby carpets, dirty walls. for this prices not good enough

When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot

Nice hotel with good location, friendly staff and close to the light rail station and beach. A little bit dated - needs a stronger fan in a bathroom, in-room safe and larger bed. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, public transport, and shops. The staff is very friendly, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is good and served as a buffet

A wonder walk through old woodland down steps to the sandy beach and the Baltic, Hotel Aqua is in a terrific location. It is also a few minutes walk away from a railway station for trains to Gdañsk or Gdynia

We had a great stay in the hotel, we felt very welcomed by Adam at the reception, he helped us with all the things we needed and was very friendly! We ate twice at the hotel restaurant was really good, the rooms were kind of small otherwise everything else was good

It was a late book room because of friend's 50 years party in the hotel for my son and myself, the room was perfectly cleaned and tidy, the staff was very kind at all the time, and when I woke up this morning at 5

The front desk to get to the pool supplied clean towels, and you can buy goggles and armbands at a reasonable price. There is a spa, although I did not check it out, it seemed good. The breakfast buffet was outstanding

This hotel is so close to the beach and has a shop on a camping site about 5 minutes walk, with some drinks and some food. Will be coming back next year for a longer stay! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 3 full days as a couple. Hotel has amazing territory with your own beach where you can swim in a lake, rent bikes, volleyball etc

Just loved the experience from all aspect, but mostly was very calm and perfect for relaxing. The staff was A1 and the place is beautiful. Would certainly go back.

It was so peaceful and quiet even when there was a wedding downstairs. There was only one minus - the road from city is not suitable for cars with low suspension

So, I suggested to go there only by car which will be good for wild roads. However, apart that (and maybe therefore) - you will spend very peaceful time there

Location was very good, a short walk to Sopot and seconds to the beach. The food was varied and good, ample parking available.

The on-site restaurant served a delightful breakfast buffet with fresh options like eggs, vegetables, hams, cheeses, and breads. We also enjoyed a very good lunch there

I really really recommend it 😍 I stayed with my mum who has walking difficulties and used the walker and the hotel is in 100% ready for people with disabilities. Well done to all staff and the owner

The spa part is just amazing and so relaxed, the rooms are modern and cosy. The place is located in the centre of Krynica Morska and the staff is super nice. You just feel so good like at home

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, even setting up the sofa couch for the kids and checking in to be sure everything was just right with extra blankets and pillows

Graduation towers also not working. Many areas roped off, or completely empty, giving sense of tiredness to venue. No towels provided for changing & only one lifeguard seemed active

We didn't stay at the hotel however went just for the water park! 10/10. Very clean, free lockers included. Age appropriate for all kids and adults. Was not crowded! Will go back again!

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park

But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous

The Aquapark was so much fun. The surprise was going under water to see the fishes. Lovednit here

Dated and needing a serious amount of maintenance. The grey slide was clearly closed for long-term, but meant one less thing for younger children to do. Only one waterfall was on, & many other water jets not working

I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air

Dinner in hotel restaurant was very good.   Breakfast was a buffet offering scrambled eggs,  meats, breads, salads, fresh fruit,  cold cereals, yogurt.   Lighting in the room was very good, better than most hotels

Beautiful grounds with many play facilities for children, elegant interior, somewhat dated but very charming. Our son enjoyed a lot the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms with lake views are of course recommended.

  Located just across small body of water from main town,  only took 10-15 minutes to walk to restaurants and souvenir shops.   Hotel  does not have an elevator but most rooms just one level up on first floor

We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect

Perfect location to the beach. Very good location , when coming out of hotel , you see the beach , so it’s just a mins walk. Very good service from reception , did not try the breakfast , next time I will certainly try

Sure, the building is older, but the rooms are big and comfortable and the bathrooms are big, newish and clean. The breakfast is great, has everything and more. The beach is so close by, the location is awesome

A bit run down but good staff and close to the beach and the centre

Water cooker in the room , but with just 4 teabags ( we stayed 3 nights) , perfect if there were a bar or restaurant in the hotel premises , we had to go looking for a restaurant, there are a few within walking distance

A local grocery store right across the street ( SKELP) in yellow signboard , selling everything from liquor to oranges and everything in between , so no need to walk 10 mins to the nearest ZABKA ( like 7-11 stores)

I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future

To sum up - you can go to przystan and pay 3 times the price. If you are on budget, Omega is your safe bet. Rooms were decent - 5* for great value for money

Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price. If they'll provide some slippers for rooms it'll be perfect

The location is a great asset - right on the beach and close to the harbour. The hotel also offers an aquapark, saunas and a wellness area, which are great after a day outdoors. Breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty

Hotel Jan in Darłówek is the perfect place for a quiet seaside holiday at any time of the year. The rooms are clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly, professional and supportive
