Big shoutout the waiter gentleman in the restaurant during the evenings. The restaurant food overall was good, but very pricey (ordering from menu). And the plesniak dessert was so sweet we barely could finish it

Few things we didn’t like in our stay. The pool area has a limited opening availability. We would enjoy a late night unsupervised Jacuzzi at the pool area or even in the garden if it would be available

Nice view , lots of fun for children on the street , good food

I took my girlfriend here for 2 nights. Room looked a bit old, but it had its charm and it was clean and tidy. If only they’d also have napkins in the room, it would be even better

Making us rely on taxi, which is 8pln per km (the taxi companies say they charge 4pln per km, but end up charging double because “they need to cover their trip to pick us up”)

The receptionist could have also warned us that nothing is open in the city during November (its a ghost town and there is no reason to visit it), and could have advised us to not take the super expensive taxi for no reason that he eagerly called for us knowing of our plan to visit the city

An excellent place for a vacation. The hotel team knows how to run a business)). Room, restaurant, massage - all at a high professional level. Great place for walking along the lake. I recommend this hotel to visit!

We had a 3rd floor lakeside room. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a small fridge, though no microwave (seems to be common in European hotels). The pool and sauna are excellent

The gym is one multi position weight machine, stationary bike and an elliptical, but no dumbbells or bench so weight lifting is extremely limited

Perfect place to spend a night. For slightly over 100 euros you get a room for 4 people, spa access and fair breakfast. Dinner in restaurant was just magnificent. Very good experience!

The walkway and bike lanes along the lake is a pleasant walk all the way to town if your up for it

We were there before 3pm check in time on a Sunday, but they let my wife use the sauna when she asked when the room wasn't ready. Excellent breakfast included

Awesome location! Beautiful beachfront view, 3 minute walk to beach. The four-star hotel is located in the middle of the extremely picturesque region of Masuria. The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Czos, in Mrągowo

And for youngest they created a playroom! They do organize: training, events, weddings, conferences, wedding anniversaries and other small family and special occasions. The rooms are also stylishly furnished

An indoor & outdoor tennis court, indoor swimming pool with a sauna, a gym, bookshelfs literally behind every single corner create ideal conditions for relaxation

The lake and forests around the hotel are a real treasure and a paradise for lovers of fishing, water sports and mushroom picking

It is a perfect hotel for the perfect location; it is all about the location; it is in the heart of the town;everything is very close by ; all locations are almost walking distance including the main train station and the shopping Center ; the hotel has a sea view rooms and you can walk to the beach and enjoy the view

And rather thab find out, they ignore you or direct you to someone else, who probably also does not know the answer. Location is excellent and right at the beach, surrounded by many restaurants

Everything is at the highest level. I like this hotel because I always feel like a premium guest. I am always treated like that

In addition, the hotel is in the very center of Sopot, so it is close to the pier or Monciak

We tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super)

I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air

Dinner in hotel restaurant was very good.   Breakfast was a buffet offering scrambled eggs,  meats, breads, salads, fresh fruit,  cold cereals, yogurt.   Lighting in the room was very good, better than most hotels

Beautiful grounds with many play facilities for children, elegant interior, somewhat dated but very charming. Our son enjoyed a lot the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms with lake views are of course recommended.

  Located just across small body of water from main town,  only took 10-15 minutes to walk to restaurants and souvenir shops.   Hotel  does not have an elevator but most rooms just one level up on first floor

What an amazing hotel with amazing facilities and Staff.We are booking for summer now. So much better than Hotel Golebieski next door!! Thank you for our short break. See you during the summer

Wi-fi was strong and reliable. Lots of storage space in the bathroom, under sink drawers and counter space!  Definitely recommend it

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at the Sofitel Grand Sopot. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well-furnished, combining classic charm with modern comfort

It would have been nice to have advance notice so we could decide if we wanted the impact. It is obviously older and every though it is clean, it just looks older. The staff are really friendly

The couples massage with Ewa and Ania was the best massage I ever had. I will definitely go back to this hotel. I liked everything it has to offer. The location was a bit away from the beach but not too far

Nice and quiet, close to the beach and woods. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great place to relax. Again, try the couple massage in the SPA. Kate and Ewa you are the best.

Had some parking. Could walk to beach and shopping if you weren't mobility impaired.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Haffner. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special highlight for us was the pool area, which was relaxing and well managed

We especially want to mention Paulina, one of the staff members. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and service minded. Her warm attitude made a great impression on us

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, even setting up the sofa couch for the kids and checking in to be sure everything was just right with extra blankets and pillows

Really cosy hotel! Very convenient location to get there. Surrounding is beautiful, lots of green and beautiful Marina. Lakes themselves are very nice. In the hotel rooms are fresh and modern

We stayed at Przystań Hotel&Spa in late June 2025 and had a very pleasant experience. We chose the Aqua Apartment, which was comfortable and spacious, with a large terrace balcony overlooking the lake

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes

The hotel is in a nice location by the water, offering a quiet environment while still providing easy access to the hotel’s amenities. The facilities overall were in good condition

Staff were helpful and polite, and the service met our expectations. The hotel itself has a modern look, and everything was clean and in order during our stay

Overall, it was a enjoyable visit, and the Aqua Apartment with its lake view made it even more worthwhile

We stayed here for 3 full days as a couple. Hotel has amazing territory with your own beach where you can swim in a lake, rent bikes, volleyball etc

It was so peaceful and quiet even when there was a wedding downstairs. There was only one minus - the road from city is not suitable for cars with low suspension

So, I suggested to go there only by car which will be good for wild roads. However, apart that (and maybe therefore) - you will spend very peaceful time there

We had a great time 😀. Traveled in the autumn and it was beautiful! Great spa, great facilities for kids and everyone was delightful

Very nice place, friendly atmosphere.

Rooms are old, they have see better times better to get one with balcony. WiFi was also bad in our room during the most time of the day. Location is 10km from Mikolajki so far is a need

The front desk to get to the pool supplied clean towels, and you can buy goggles and armbands at a reasonable price. There is a spa, although I did not check it out, it seemed good. The breakfast buffet was outstanding

This hotel is so close to the beach and has a shop on a camping site about 5 minutes walk, with some drinks and some food. Will be coming back next year for a longer stay! Highly recommended!

Room service supplied us with new towels and kept the room from becoming a beach after we came back from the sea

This hotel is amazing! The perfect beach holiday hotel like what you would get in Spain, or even better. We had a late flight so checked in at 2am and the service was great

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and it is just a few meters from the beach. The staff was friendly and everything was fine. Most employees speak German and some speak German and English too

Friendly staff, nice food, relaxing moments in Wellness area. Lady at wellness reception was really kind and found always a solution for our massages. It's close to the beach and Promenade

The place is pet and family friendly and includes 3 elevators. The breakfast is good; they also offer dinner buffet. The beach was just amazing!!

Nice hotel very near to the Baltic Sea shore. Clean and modern rooms, great buffets for breakfast and dinner. Very family friendly.

First of all, they don’t speak English or German or at least not great. And on top of it, they are really rude and show they don’t care about you at all. I have never experienced this in another 5 stars hotel before

As always, we are happy that we selected Leda Spa. Check in was fast and professional. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities. The balcony is an added plus. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Spa area: all you need to relax is there! The only thing that caused headache was the parking issue. I did not reserve fot it, so no free space was available. No garage only parking around the hotel is available

During high season this is not enough. But I managed it with support from the hotel. So overall rating well deserved 5 out of 5

Very nice staff everywhere! What lowers the rating from a five is the food service on the second floor where the four-course dinners that were included in the hotel package were served

I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future

To sum up - you can go to przystan and pay 3 times the price. If you are on budget, Omega is your safe bet. Rooms were decent - 5* for great value for money

It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful

So good my spoiled doughter had 3 time in a row their seafood pasta. Location is great due to being right at the beach of beautiful lake. We really enjoyed our stay and was one highlights of our round trip of Poland

Graduation towers also not working. Many areas roped off, or completely empty, giving sense of tiredness to venue. No towels provided for changing & only one lifeguard seemed active

We didn't stay at the hotel however went just for the water park! 10/10. Very clean, free lockers included. Age appropriate for all kids and adults. Was not crowded! Will go back again!

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park

But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous

The Aquapark was so much fun. The surprise was going under water to see the fishes. Lovednit here

Dated and needing a serious amount of maintenance. The grey slide was clearly closed for long-term, but meant one less thing for younger children to do. Only one waterfall was on, & many other water jets not working

In general the hotel is fine according to the price. It's clean, has additional entertainment for free (bikes, water bikes, boat), small beach, very serious attitude towards breakfast

Greate potential for this Hottel - excelent place near lake with private beach, but could be in a little better technical condition.

It's just that we got soviet times room (though I know they got modern too), with broken glass window and cleaning ladies as an alarm clock knocking door at 8 :D Staff is very helpful and kind, had no problem with English :)

With a clear consience I can highly recommend it. Hotel based on a great atmospher and place.

Hotel is very cozy overall, away from the hustle and bustle of central sopot, but within a very close proximity. Close to the beach and beautiful forest nearby. If you are looking for some proper rest, look no further

Clean, soft, white towels and nice crisp white bedding add up to the nice 3 star impression. The breakfast plentiful, fresh, very tasty and really nicely presented

Excellent, reasonable priced, medium size hotel. Great location, very near to the beautiful beach. Secure underground car park available for 30pln a day

The staff very good and very helpful, nice location too not far from beach. About 20 min walk to main square. Would definitely stay there again

The food is amazing, but we haven’t been spoiled for choice unfortunately… I am sure if there would be a buffet dinner available, most of the hotel quests would use it and pay extra… We will definitely get back

Lovely location at the beach, close to the longest wooden pier in Europe.

The staff were excellent, they spoke both English and Polish and we're very happy to help in anyway, including ordering taxi's and giving us an umbrella when the weather turned! Probably the most gorgeous hotel I've ever been to, we we're very happy during our stay!

The hotel itself is gorgeous, some of the hallway was being refurbished while we were there but it was easy to get around the hotel to our room and get to reception when needed

Perfect location for a hotel, only place in Sopot with direct access to sandy beach (no way between hotel and beach). But very old and poor rooms :-/ Chabby carpets, dirty walls. for this prices not good enough

When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot

Great hotel... quite ... Beautiful privet Beach... great reasturant and really good food... outdoor and indoor playground for the kids.... perfect

Overall its fantastic place for weekend gateway. I can not praise enough the stuff. Young friendly and suprisengly knowledgeable about the region

Let me put it that way, the hotel itself it's by the biggest lake in the city

And you can't even use the beach or take a bath on the lake

Delicious food with plenty on the plates however menu designed to hide real cost of mains which are not including any sides. Place is also design to accommodate day visitors so there is quite a traffic

Gorgeous place for shorter or longer stay. Unique architecture, wooden,natural and natural looking like style

Pros: love the premises and the decoration in the building. Cons: paying 10zl per person to get in the premises is quite expensive, or at least they should give it back or make it free if you eat in the restaurant
