Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly

Lovely big windows so you can look out over the city. Quite warm (August) and no air con, but not too noisy with the windows open to sleep

Hotel Gaja is a great experience if you're visiting Poznan. It's a bit out of the center area, but it's quiet, discreet and still has great places nearby, like the old Zoo, worth a visit

The stay was perfect, the hotel is situated in a good location, as well as in an interesting old building. Check-in was very easy, the room was clean and comfortable. I ordered breakfast and that was good

A very classic and elegant hotel with a quiet surroundings. For this price, it's really great value for a three-star hotel! The bed was clean and soft, but the toilet had an odor issue

Since it's an older hotel, some facilities are a bit dated, and they didn't provide Wi-Fi login details; I guess you'd have to ask at the front desk. Overall, it's still pretty good

Very nice service, large, clean room on the 6th floor, with a huge terrace, nice restaurant with delicious food, the location of the hotel is also a plus, close to everything, we are very pleased with our stay :) we will be happy to come back :)

Very nice, professional and polite service. The hotel is located in a great place in Szczawnica - in the very center, it is on a slight elevation, which gives a great view of Palenica and the church

The hotel has a great spa area - swimming pool and saunas. My mother used the massages and was delighted. Dog and cat friendly facility :) I recommend coming here to those who are undecided ❤️

All in all if you don’t mind spending a des nights in a worse quality hotel or if you have a tighter budget this is a place for you

The hotel is (at time of writing this) a mess. The floors are dirty, and I wouldn’t trust the showers as well. But among other things I can always appriciate a good staff

Very unique type of accommodation. One of the best wellnesses, included in a price, one can get! Kitchen like a homade style of cooking. I would suggest to put more emphasis on cleaning

Staffs are friendly.Breakfast was good.(We didn't eat the dinner at hotel because we were walking around the town) The room where we stayed also clean and comfortable.

Decent place with decent pool and good breakfast. Walls have some moist and need to be renovated but apart from that is a super retreat

Bathroom was slightly older, but no big deal. Parking lot right next to the hotel. 30 zl fee for our pretty dog was decent. There would have also been a spot where to leave our luggage, but we didn't need to use it

The only weird thing is that I never managed to find a hair dryer in any of the rooms I rented, which is an essential thing for a hotel room

Quiet hotel, in a beautiful village. The staff is kind and helpful. And the value for money is really, really good. But there's one great point about this hotel : It's located close to the "Wolf's lair"

This place is one of the major locations in the history of WW2. If you go to that hotel, I definitely recommend you visit this touristic place

Very nice hotel outside of city center but close to the lakes. Very friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Rooms were big enough but i wish it would be cleaned more (especially the bathroom)

Despite an old building it was a nice stay and clean. Most staff very helpful and kind. Parking included in price of hotel stay. Breakfast decent - eggs over cooked and over boiled. Coffee machine needs upgrading.

Not a bad pkace to stay. Very close to Lazienki Park and other attractions. However, there is a prpblem to find a parking space and the main & noisy road is very close. Service and staff is v. good. Thanks

Room was clean, breakfast was acceptable. There were no conditioning, so had to ooen windows. But it was very noisy outside, could not sleep well.

We were surprised how luxury Lival is. Nice hotel staff and in restaurant is very good food. And reservation, comunication was good I dont have a problem with them. Its really good place and I felt like home there

It's right there on the beach, walk out the door and you're there! Has a pub but also located near excellent restaurants on the beach and the street

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of traditional Polish delights. We came from USA to Stargard for a family wedding party. People at the front desk were extremely helpful understanding and speaking English

They got taxis for us, suggested restaurants and nearby shopping. Hotel Grodski arranged to affordably launder our clothes. What a wonderful lodging experience!

Staff all very helpful, nice place, good breakfast buffet. Had a few teething problems with the booking when we arrived but they were mostly my fault for having no grasp of polish. Would certainly visit again.

It is a really budget hotel, quite cheap and quite bad. Internet connection is constantly dropping, there were no electric sockets near bed, toilet seat was broken, no shelf in the shower and many more minor stuff

Good location but hotel is kinda old. Pretty cheap room, but i do not reccommend breakfast cause there is almost nothing to eat.

Hotel *** in the north of Kraków, big guarded car park (for free) , buffet breakfast continental (pro: many different meats and cheeses, con: coffee in powder, few bakery), reception 24h, good location for visiting the old city by public transportation, modern looking building, fast wireless internet, access with lift for upper floors

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and tidy the room was great with aircon a modern TV and a comfortable bed.

If you enjoy walking, you may go to IKEA and a huge shopping complex next to it. I did so as I like taking a walk after dinner and it took about 20min to get there from the hotel

Spacious room & bathroom, clean, decent breakfast. They provide 2 complementary bottles of sparkling water in the room(I could not find the bottle opener in the room though)

Cute place, very close to Gubałówka and Krupówki. It got cold and the owner made sure that we stayed warm. Huge plus was breakfast. It was delicious and there was a lot of variety so anyone could find something.

The building is beautiful and old, and the Christmas decor was great :) The rooms (and the whole place) is perfectly clean, it has a rustic feel to it, for me the perfect balance of old and new

There was a mix up with the rooms but was quickly resolved. one, the shower door was mounted on the outside of the shower so all the water poured onto the bathroom floor

Cons: Rooms could use a kettle. Sanitizer smell in the bathroom reminded me of hospitals. Area in front of the building looks like intended to be a garden, but this being Poland, is an ugly parking lot
