It is my second time at Gromada and I am equally satisfied. The position is excellent, the facilities are good, the breakfast is great and the personnel at the counter are always ready to assist.

Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even welcomed us with smiles when we checked in in the middle of the night. It's also excellent value for money, at around 200 per person per night. Highly recommend!

It is a solid, reliable Hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent—just steps from the main train station and close to shops and attractions. Great location and a modern facility. Management of the bar/lobby venues is a bit unusual. I never had maid service for the four days I was there and there was no postings about "call for service" needs. Front desk personnel were great!

We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our city break to Poznan, it took around 15-20 mins in a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel costing £6 so it was easy to get to. Negative : why upsell a room (423) with a "city view" , when the only thing you can see are the windows of the next door building, blocking everything else. This was very disappointing. I stayed 5 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience. The breakfasts are amazing. I was happy to visit the gym over though it's quite small. The room was clean, warm (in December). This is second time I've stayed here, the tram and bus stop are right outside to go most places like train station and shopping centre 5mins on tram. Most of the staff were great only bad I seen was the day I checked in the bar staff were moody, not just to me but other people. The AC worked pretty poorly, the hotel really wasn't anything special, it's stuffy, the food isn't like super great to justify some fo the prices. It honestly felt like 2007 summer camp with all the kids playing table tennis basically in the middle of the reception. I was hit with a ping pong ball while I went down to get some wine... It's a good location tho. So that was a huge plus

We had a family gathering to celebrate our mum's surprise 70's birthday in Sadova hotel, and spent there 4 nights. The whole reception team was involved to keep the surprise alive and they were amazing. We had a blast, and most amazing Easter we could ever imagine.

Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

Everyone that worked here was super friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. 5 minutes from the airport and a short journey into the centre of Warsaw. The rooms were incredibly clean and large, with a small gym and sauna room that had a good amount of new equipment. Having a nice restaurant downstairs was also very convenient!

I had the best stay at St. Lukas! I cant wait to go back!! Big, spacious and clean hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped us to rent e-bikes.
