Krakow, Dluga Street 35 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very comfortable stay within walking distance of the old town.
The rooms were clean with comfortable beds tea and coffee provided. A good shower unit and towels provided. Good location with a 20/30 minute walk to main square.
The room in photo and in real was completely different. It should be like 2 separate areas with 2 double beds. In reality, the room was an attic room, completely different from the photos — with a low ceiling and separate beds. The room was on the very top floor, on the fifth floor, and we had to carry our suitcases all the way up, which was very difficult and inconvenient.
The room was quite spacious and very clean. It's just over 1 km from the train station, and the price was very affordable.
Very good hotel, everything is clean, beautiful view, cozy and warm. There is a garden convenient in summer) the only thing is that there is no elevator, but it's not critical for me)
The location is great, near to the city centre. There is water machine provided each floor.

Excellent room, everything worked. Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes. There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre. We arrived early but the lady at reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and we got our room at...
This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to Krakow's Technical University. The rating was good, as were the reviews. The welcome was friendly. The room was pleasant, but the bathroom was tiny. They must have few customers outside of Poland because the television didn't have a single channel other than Polish! The breakfast was poor, with few options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was...
Not a very good hotel according to the price.
The hotel is cosy and the staff was nice, BUT, the rooms are in dire need of renovation, even if the bathrooms have apparently already been renovated. Breakfast was terrible, it was my 3rd time in Krakow and the first in this hotel and it was so much worse than the other two, I felt like I was for sure not at a 4 star hotel, breakfast was 2 star at most, I've had way better at small b&b's. My room...
Nice room with comfortable beds :) Only a few minutes walk to the nearest tram stop and right next to a beautiful park. I will definitely visit again!
Excellent arrangements Good breakfast, nice hospitality by staff, rooms are very good with all facilities. Beautiful location , Like hotel the best !!

The hotel is (at time of writing this) a mess. The floors are dirty, and I wouldn’t trust the showers as well. But among other things I can always appriciate a good staff. All in all if you don’t mind spending a des nights in a worse quality hotel or if you have a tighter budget this is a place for you

great location, near the old town and the mall. big bed. i like that they provide a bottle and water refilling station at each floor.
Everything was wonderful, with very clean and comfortable rooms! What was especially pleasant for us was that the staff were kind and welcomed us with a smile. Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing. If I manage to visit the area again in the spring, I would definitely stay there again.
Good location for us to visit customer. Also near old town. We can find several nice restaurants within 10 min walk
Overall this was one of our favorite hotels! The rooms were small, but very fresh, clean, and modern. The breakfasts were perhaps the very best we ever had. With warm entrees including delicious egg and mushroom dishes, creative salads, and wonderful pastries, our family felt like royal guests. The only downside was train noise, (we were on the back side and our window looked out at the tracks) but...
Everything was nice – the staff, the room, and the breakfast 🍳. It's very comfortable and convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a mall! I stayed in a single room, which was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! There are several convenience stores and shopping malls nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended!
Absolutely fabulous hotel. Everything is very clean and staff were lovely. Great location. Highly recommend!

There are several streets in Kazimierz district with "Józefa" prefix and luckily a Polish gentleman (while walking his dog) led us to the right place. Very friendly and helpful hotel manager and staff. Breakfast is a highlight - sumptuous...
Great location in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of maintenance work currently going on so there are some issues with workmen using the lift. We stayed in a refurbished room which we could not fault. Bathroom was well appointed and large. All in all wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
It was very quiet, super cozy and just a pleasant time. The breakfast buffet was really good for being such a humble establishment. The staff was great and welcoming. The hotel was tidy. The beds however were quite worn and hard

Great location for walking into the Old Town, Jewish Quarter and to the castle. Room was beautiful and spacious, beds comfy, body wash and hairdryer provided.
Just returned from a 3 night stay here. The hotel is in a good location for the Jewish quarter and there’s a tram stop nearby. We were on the 3rd floor. Our room was very large. My husband and I had a separate bedroom and our son slept on the sofa bed. Good sized bathroom. Yes, the towels are small and thin so got soaking on first use. We didn’t feel we could reuse them. We weren’t located on the...
Hotel is in a great location and very clean. The room we had was massive but did look a little austere. The zip link beds had been put together to make a double, but they could not provide a double quilt!! Probably the biggest complaint was the state of the towels. Whilst they were clean, they were threadbare. We did see this on an earlier review, but clearly they have done nothing about it. ...
Very clean, spacious and airy apartment, friendly and courteous staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent location with all the points of interet in walking distance and plenty of restaurants around. A very comfortable and quiet hotel, perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from the old town. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very pleasant, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Whilst the room was spacious and clean, it was extremely noisy. We had room 203 facing the main road. The traffic and trams rumbling by all night didn’t make for a decent sleep and I didn’t sleep properly the whole 3 nights I stayed at this hotel. As a Spanish traveller, I have to say that my experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent: great quality, delicious options, and honestly impressive...
I tried to check in at 7pm, but there was no staff. I rang the bell several times, but no one came. 😭 I checked in after 10 minutes. A clean and nice hotel near the airport.
Very good, nice and clean environment. The receptionist was also very helpful.
Stayed here as a family of four (2 rooms) before a morning flight and it was such an easy way to end a long trip. The hotel restaurant is actually VERY good and the hotel breakfast is great. Short Uber ride to the airport and also on a local train line. Convenient, clean, and quiet.
The location is not in downtown. But the place is great to have a rest before/after flight. Some shortage of the room decorations is covered with friendliness and openness of the staff.

To confess I didn’t know about the free breakfast. 🙃 But the flat was very nice. Good value for money too. I was able to do two weeks of washing, then dry everything inside the flat on the drying hooks inside. No oven, but everything else. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Pleasant staff too. Just a shot walk away from the centre and the castle.
Great hotel, lovely and clean, Zabka shop a minute walk away, train station about a four minute walk, excellent location, very helpful staff and good breakfast
Clean, quirky and fully functional room, seamless check-in and -out, exceptional price and great location which is walkable from main train station and Old Town. Definitely recommended.
Location is good, room is big, declaration is nice, bed is not clean, I found some hair on the cushion in the bed. In front of the tramway, very noisy.
Krakow's Best The reception is not at the entrance of the building, & no clear indication of where it is. It is in the bar around the corner & should be clearly marked at the enterance of the building. Otherwise location is excellent as the hotel is within walking distace from main square, Wawel castle & Jewish quarter.
Modern and new Very new and modern rooms. The girl at the reception/bar is super friendly. The location is a 10 min walk from the main square. Around are nice coffee places. And good they have this bar so it is not this anonymous appartments!

There's also a choice to order waffles or crepes or poached eggs or omelettes. The staff are nice and friendly. Location is ideal, right next to the Rynek Platz. Great place to stay, nothing to complain about!
Good stay in the heart of Cracow. We had big room, which was very comfortable.
OK place to stay right in the centre of Krakow. Maybe a bit more dated and tired looking than some other hotels but for PLN200 (£40) per night it was good value. Visited for lunch whilst visiting the Jewish quarter in Krakow. The sky bar was well sheltered despite the winds and the food was delicious!
We stayed at the Rubinstein Hotel for three nights and loved it. It’s very conveniently located for exploring Kraków—halfway between the Old Town and the former ghetto, right on the main square of Kazimierz. We really enjoyed the sky bar and the views. Beautiful and new hotel. Very nice looking rooms equipped with tea and coffee making capabilities. Very clean, spacious bathroom. Very reach breakfast (included in price) Professional and friendly staff. Parking for free around the hotel. A little far from the center; on the outskirts of Nowa Huta. - interesting area to have a walk. 15 minutes to tram and around 40 min ride to the center. Will return

The location is excellent, right on the main square. We were in the adjacent building and had to go outside for breakfast, but it's just next door, so it wasn't a problem. The only downside was the noise at night; they provide earplugs on the bedside table, which suggests it's quite common. Otherwise, the room was very nice and the bathroom was renovated.
The hotel is right in the city center, so it's in a very convenient location. The staff were very welcoming, but unfortunately the building left a little to be desired. It's a bit dated, and the room was cold. Fortunately, things improved a bit when they turned up the radiators. The room was cleaned very poorly and seemed rushed.
The room was located in a different building than the reception. But it was side by side so it was ok.

Located right in the heart of the old town, it was very convenient for visiting tourist attractions. However, it was noisy outside, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night.
