Very comfortable stay within walking distance of the old town.

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds tea and coffee provided. A good shower unit and towels provided. Good location with a 20/30 minute walk to main square.

The room in photo and in real was completely different. It should be like 2 separate areas with 2 double beds. In reality, the room was an attic room, completely different from the photos — with a low ceiling and separate beds. The room was on the very top floor, on the fifth floor, and we had to carry our suitcases all the way up, which was very difficult and inconvenient.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. It's just over 1 km from the train station, and the price was very affordable.

Everything was wonderful, with very clean and comfortable rooms! What was especially pleasant for us was that the staff were kind and welcomed us with a smile. Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing. If I manage to visit the area again in the spring, I would definitely stay there again.

There are several streets in Kazimierz district with "Józefa" prefix and luckily a Polish gentleman (while walking his dog) led us to the right place. Great location in the Jewish Quarter. Lots of maintenance work currently going on so there are some issues with workmen using the lift. We stayed in a refurbished room which we could not fault. Bathroom was well appointed and large. All in all wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location is not in downtown. But the place is great to have a rest before/after flight. Some shortage of the room decorations is covered with friendliness and openness of the staff.

To confess I didn’t know about the free breakfast. 🙃 But the flat was very nice. Good value for money too. The property is clean and well-maintained, although it’s older and showing its age. The internet was down for a good portion of my stay and difficult to get a quick connection when it was running. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and polite.

OK place to stay right in the centre of Krakow. Maybe a bit more dated and tired looking than some other hotels but for PLN200 (£40) per night it was good value. We spent business in Kraków and stayed in that hotel. It was cosy and nice. They have some office space, quick Internet but what I remember the best is the breakfast which were excellent. As it's winter it's important it was warm. They have also parking places at site, it was very convenient.

There were comparable or cheaper options in Cracow but knowking how busy and loud the city center is during the weekend we looked for smth a bit off Old Town hoping for more quiet stay.. I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I stayed at the Blue Swan Hotel, which shares the same entrance, reception desk, and rooftop restaurant (same breakfast for guests of both hotels) with the Niebieski Art & Spa Hotel. I had a look around, and as they mentioned, they offer rental bikes, a pizzeria, a spa, conference rooms, and a fitness room. If I come back to Kraków, I’ll definitely book a room here...

We have recently stayed in this amazing hotel. This is a very lovely hotel,located on the Vistula river bank ,has an amazing view of the rivwr from tehir Vanila restaurant. They had excellent selection of breakfast items with a great quality of coffee. All the staff was very helpful including Justin and Piotr.They have a kids play area which my little one loved most ❤️

I would highly recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. Location, breakfast, staff and large rooms. For our room it was a shower over the bath but very difficult to get in and out. The hotel is fairly new, so the quality is very good. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is okay, though the scrambled eggs were a bit slimy and the bacon was inedible, but the rest is great. The evening menu is very varied, with Polish dishes and burgers. Everything is very tasty. The only downside is that the staff is unfriendly and not very attentive.

The location is excellent, right on the main square. We were in the adjacent building and had to go outside for breakfast, but it's just next door, so it wasn't a problem. The only downside was the noise at night; they provide earplugs on the bedside table, which suggests it's quite common. Otherwise, the room was very nice and the bathroom was renovated.

Located right in the heart of the old town, it was very convenient for visiting tourist attractions. However, it was noisy outside, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night. The hotel was aware of this, so earplugs were provided as amenities. I was concerned about the weak water pressure in the shower. The room itself was fine!

I was very satisfied with my one-night stay at Hotel Wentzl for New Year’s Eve. This was the last available room I could find for December 31st after all other platforms were sold out. I only requested a room with a nice view, but was pleasantly surprised to get Room 23 with a perfect, direct view of Rynek Square, ideal for watching the fireworks. Beautiful hotel located on one corner of the main square. We stayed in room 41 (the one with the large mirror behind the bed), and found the room to be of an exceptional standard, with a wonderful view from the balcony. All floors are lift accessible.
