Where to stay in Krakow

Will visit again. Love the setup of the hostel.

I loved the location, so easy to navigate! I booked a twin room (shared bathroom), everything was super comfortable and clean amd safe. I also loved the 24/7 reception as had a late flight. Throughly enjoyed Krakow amd would definitely recommend the Dizzy, especially for the price you cannot go wrong.

The room was very spacious, with a hall and kitchen, halfway between the city center and the train station. The hostel was very attentive.

I arrived late at night, found the hotel easily and the receptionist was so friendly. Also, they allowed me to stay in the hotel later (not in the room) but in the lounge and work nearly whole...

Perfect location but overcrowded with lot of different weird people staying in . Beds are very uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep on . Kitchen is ok and sharing area . Stuff half sleep but friendly . Overall good to stay for max one night . 10 min from old town !

Great location and a nice room. Unfortunately, the elevator was under renovation, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs by myself...

It was a cosy hotel . Clean and rooms were wide and tall.Although the doors there is nothing to block the noise from the corridor and we can hear people walking and talking all night.

While the accommodation was perfect, a few toiletries would have helped. Also a provision for hot water for tea or coffee would have gone a long way.

Basic rooms but clean and safe

The facilities weren't bad, clean, and everything was working. The location was great, with a nearby tram and a Carrefour Express just around the corner for groceries. The bed could be much better, and one thing I didn't like was that the bathroom didn't have any soap or shampoo or anything. It wouldn't have bothered them at all to provide soap.

Excellent value for money for a short stay. Good location: 20 min to the railway station, 25 min to the Wawel Castle on foot. We stayed in a double room with amenities (shower, toilet + hair dryer, TV, blackout curtains). The room and hostel were clean, room cleaning upon request. Important!: there is a room for storing luggage before and after your stay, there is a kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator...

Location was good, staff was excellent. The only issue was the shower, which you had to press every 15 seconds for water, and the fact that there was construction happening on the building in the early morning, which wasn't great for sleeping in.

Very good hostel, the bed is comfortable and not a bunk bed. Very spacious room, and adequate amenities. There is a bus stop nearby to get to the main train station in 10 minutes, so it is convenient.

Great service, room and location. However other guests made the stay unpleasant. There was a supposed curfew after 10pm to stay quiet however other guests blasted music and were heard shouting every night of our stay until 2-3am.

That entrance is scary, and so is the street the hotel is in. It's close and walkable distance to most important places, including Wawel. Room is ok. clean, but mattresses are very thing and my windows was broken and wouldn't lock. I'd recommend this hotel, but not if you're a solo woman traveling.

Overall it's pretty good. The location is a bit hard to find, but the service is very good. The room is clean. There is a separate shower area. The bathroom and bed are cleaned well.

This was the first hostel I've ever been to, but it was a fine experience. I was in a 6 bedroom...outlets next to the bed was nice. Beds are meh. Clean bathrooms and showers. The free breakfast isnt huge (cereal, cheese, tomato), but you can cook your own if you want. Would have stayed here for my whole trip in Kraków if I could!

Location is a 10, right on the middle of the main square. Free breakfast is wonderful. Staff is nice! No stopcontacts at every bed, but I could charge my phone at another contact in the room. 2nd stay in this hostel and I would go back for a 3rd stay!

It was a good stay and I especially loved the common breakfast, which is also the time where you get to socialize with other travelers. The location is okay - but definitely at least a 10 minute walk from old town. You should be aware that the hostel is hidden with basically no signboards so it might be a challenge finding it the very first time. I think the quality of the rooms could’ve been better...

The staff is excellent, the girls are so young but so good at what they do and extremely professional and hospitable. They are extremely proactive and ready to help you however possible. I think everyone writes about the breakfast which is true, it's a lavish buffet meal, the guy at the reception made crepes that were the best I've ever had. Me and my fiance stayed in a private room for 5 days, breakfast included. The employees were always very friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms always well stocked and clean, warm water for showering always available. One of the best hostels we've been to! The staff is great and the rooms are nice cool and clean. Same goes for the bathrooms. The rooms are themed after different countries, very nice touch! Great location, within walking distance of the Old Town and Kazimierz. Reception was quick and friendly. The building is old and has high ceilings. Tea and coffee in the room are very convenient when you've just arrived and don't have the energy to go anywhere. This is my second stay here.

The hostel is good, the location is near in the tram accessible if you want to eat outside or if you want to buy some groceries

Very warm room. The doors are a bit poorly soundproofed. The windows are great at muting outside noises. In summer, street noise (trams) may be a bit bothersome. The restaurant is a few minutes' walk from the main square and, of course, the whole of Kazimierz.

The location was great that is near to the city centre as well as accomodation when taking into consideration moderate prices.

It Is a kind of comfortable and economic place to stay in town. Position Is perfect and near to the centre.

We went to this hostel looking for last minute accommodation and It was wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner was very helpful allowing us late booking and late check out. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by very friendly staff providing exceptional service! We stayed in Apartment nr3 that was flawless. Nothing i could really pick on! Basic but clean, cheerful and affordable rooms with fast free WiFi in a conveniently located hostel in central Krakow, although the route from Krakow Market Square is a little confusing, especially for first-time visitors. Take note: - the key to each room can be collected from a number-coded little box outside the room, and can simply be left in the door lock on checking out - towels are not provided...

Splendid place right by the heart of Krakow. Reception was very nice and helpful, gave us some recommendations for a late evening outting. Room was clean and plain simple for a good night sleep. Shared bathrooms were tidy but there was a tiny problem water not going down the shower drain fast enough. Parking available near the premises if you can find a spot or you can pay the hostek to host your car...

The room was very clean. It’s in Old Town Krakow. I loved that it was so close to the Easter market. I’m also glad this place provided ear plugs for sleep. The only thing that would have made the stay better is newer sheets. The bedding was clean but so worn, there were several holes in the sheets and duvet covers.

Location is the biggest positive point for this hostel. The staff is also very helpful. The only issue is that it is on the first floor and there is no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage or you have any issue climbing stairs you need to think twice before booking.

We booked a private room and were offered an upgrade for extra 10zl to a larger one, which turned out to be very large indeed. The hostel is nice and clean, and right in the middle of the action.

The owner of the hostel was a very kind woman. It is located in the center of Krakow, about 15 minutes by bus or tram from Krakow Central Station. The owner is also at the facility, so there is no need to worry about anything.

Very nicely placed in the middle of the city and close to the station. I had a single room, it was very comfortable and clean no complaints. The self check in was easy to understand and use. Toilet was alright but there was no soap in the containers. Overall good visit, would go again.

I had an amazing experience staying here. Great location, close to the bus station and Old Town. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and stores within short walks. The hostel was really clean with friendly and attentive staff. You could make tea or coffee anytime you want for free. It offers everything you need for a travel rest stop. 👍🏽👌🏽

The Best Hostels Have the Best Managers. When I arrived I had a strange request. I collect coins. I was not only given an example of each Polish coin, I got a whole heap of other currencies. This is a hostel with a hotel vibe. You check in and pick up linens from the desk. The room I had was 2 twin beds with standard duvet covers for blankets. There was also a small oven with 2 stove burners and a large wardrobe. Bathroom was spacious. Great water pressure and super hot water. I liked it a lot.

U'll get free beverage (coffee and tea) and two bar of wafer chocolate during your stay. The room is clean, the receptionist is helpful and willing to inform you appropriate information even he doesn't speaks English well. But thanks to technology, we could communicate each other.
