Krakow, Grodzka 63 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Absolutely stunning hotel and located in the heart of Krakow! Upon arrival I was offered coffee, a soy latte to be exact which surprised me. Any help I needed from reception, they were attentive with maximum effort. Eg, I was unaware that the 100ml restrictions had been uplifted via many airports in Europe, so therefore I could do more shopping before I left. Everything was super clean, very sweet...
All staff were very polite, all spoke excellent English, the rooms were visually appealing as well as being clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was from a fixed menu which offered a good choice and was served freshly prepared.
The whole experience from checking in to checking in out was amazing. This trip was booked last minute. Had no time to plan. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast 10/10 everywhere walkable. The room amenities was amazing. Tea, coffee, molton brown toiletries. Huge comfortable bed. Spotless. Would definitely stay again. 5*
Amazing hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfectly cosy. The staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful, efficient - feom the check in, to room service and every member of staff you meet, the service is second to none. An amazing stay, and highly recommended hotwl.
Had a fantastic break over New Years Eve. Spent 4 nights there and enjoyed every second- from arrival to departure. Stayed in a Deluxe double and the room was a perfect size, not huge but very nice and comfortable with everything you could want. Breakfast was SPLENDID! Put an hour aside as it’s not your normal eat and run, it’s an experience in itself and the choices are top notch. We only had dinner...
This place was amazing! I was so excited to stay here and we weren't disappointed. I traveled with my teen and younger child. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so beautiful. Heated bathroom floors, fireplace, dining table, bathroom hygine amenities. Everything was perfect. Location was amazing! Make a right out the door and there is Wawel castle, make a left and walk a little way down the main street...

Very good affordable hotel, also good variety in breakfast. Nothing bad to say. I really enjoyed it. We did the check in at almost 1:30pm and it was really easy.
Amazing hotel, excellent location, very attentive staff, super clean, spacious pools. I truly recommend it.
Is good hotel for 2 days max.. Swimming pool are small + sauna is fine .. Rooms are ok but old TV 📺 and only in polish . I don't want to show pictures, but the sofa was very worn and burnt. It needs to be replaced or at least repaired. This is a 4-star hotel; at least respect those stars. Also the card dont works in the next day so you need to visit the reception for fix it .. it happened twice before...
This is a 4 star hotel but in reality like 3 stars max. We ordered a room with king bed but it was two beds put together which were splitting apart. Breakfast there is ok. The pool is small but it was warm (28 degrees) someone here in reviews mentioned it was freezing cold so fortunately this was not the case. Other negatives are that the rooms are definitely not soundproof, you can hear and really...
Since we were traveling as a family, we needed a triple room, and this hotel happened to have one. An Uber from the airport cost about 62 PLN, and from the hotel to the Old Town, it was around 27 PLN. There's a bus stop called Mehoffera a 6-minute walk from the hotel, where you can take bus 130 directly to Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall, the main station, and the Old Town, taking about 20 minutes...
Anything from £18 -£20 for a taxi from hotel to main square, so if thats where your heading most days of your trip this hotel isn't close. Staff very helpful. Rooms pretty good beds and linen, first room Air-conditioner wasn't working on the heating side of it and room was a tad cold. Second room was fine until we realised the shower head holder was broken, so showering was a bit of a pain. 4th floor...

I had booked a trip to Krakow through Wowcher and the Hotel Dwor Koscuiszko was the hotel chosen for us. when we arrived at the hotel a bit earlier than the check-in time it was not a problem for them and we were checked in and we went to the room. the room was very clean and tidy with a great bathroom, safe, minibar etc and a great view outside to the front of the hotel which was made even more great...
Very comfortable and cozy place. Small rooms, but warm. Plenty of different kinds of power sockets. Enjoyed our 4 days stay there! Breakfasts were limited and kinda boring, but everything else was great
This is by no means a 5 star hotel, but its charming and very old school and traditional which maybe suits others.
Stopped here for just a few nights some weeks ago.. first visit to Poland yet alone Krakow. My impressions are that it is a first class hotel that I thoroughly enjoyed. Reception area is tastefully decorated and a warm welcome was given by all of the different receptionists we encountered. On the main floor there are corridors leading to some of the bedrooms as well as a small but sufficient dining...
We were there for 4 nights. Its a little bit outside of Krakow but easily accessible by tram which is only a 10 min walk away. What a lovely hotel with lots of character. All staff helped when asked, rooms cleaned every day. Food was so good and I have never had such a lovely breakfast every day.. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.x
Great hotel. We’ve been there for about 7 days. Room 203 was always clean, thanks nice cleaning lady, her name is Halyna. We leave you 5 stars and I hope we’ll come back here

Great location for the Christmas market and old town. Lovely, helpful staff. Smashing breakfast.
Perfect personal The room went out to back yard - no sight of light
Friendliest staff I have encountered for some time. Room was big and clean, quiet hotel but right in the centre of the old town. Definitely recommended

We were so impressed with this hotel it surpassed all expectations we had. This hotel really does go above and beyond, ensuring your stay is pleasant, you feel welcomed and even that your valuables are safe! All staff are helpful and kind, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the bed was absolutely enormous! Definitely recommend.
The room was small, the bathroom smelled- most likely from the drains. The location was ideal thought, and quite nice breakfast. Overall, i believe it was slightly overpriced, but served the purpose- and most importantly- it had 12pm check out- which was hugely appreciated.
Just back from a lovely weekend away, room was comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful. My only negative point was the lack of English Breakfast Tea available at Breakfast and I know I'm not the only one who mentioned this to staff this weekend. We were told that as generally Polish people do not drink Tea hence why there wasn't any but I went to Zabka and bought my own, problem solved. Will definitely...
Stayed here with my daughter while we visited Krakow. The hotel was fantastic and the staff are all wonderful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was perfect. Went there with my class, and overall it was a nice stay! Has a great Bowling/Kicker/Billiard area, but nothing much else in terms of activities.. I stayed here for almost a month for business so I think I've fully experienced the hotel. My experience was very good here. It's clear the hotel serves both groups and regular guests. So if you are a regular guest, don't worry, you are not sharing the restaurant with a large group, they have their own area. What I really appreciated was when a large group was in the other area, the waiting staff let...
Rooms are clean and large, with good AC in them. Food is excellent and the hotel is conveniently located for the Kazimierz area of Krakow, although a slightly longer walk to Rynek Glowny (about 25 mins at a slow pace, but with plenty to see along the way). I would stay again.
This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff team were very helpful and friendly. If we come back we will definitely stay here
We arrived as a group of about 60 of us, for a University trip and when I tell you we were knackered after travelling all day on zero hours sleep, the staff were so quick and easily got us checked in before our check-in time! The hotel was nice and some staff on the welcome desk were very polite, helpful and friendly. The older large, bald guy was a bit grumpy when we checked in and checked out Didn't ask whether we had a good stay or be welcomed at the start. Conveniently located for our case. Otherwise not really a place worth visit or a romantic stay. Room layout ok. Shower way too small. Breakfast forgettable. Generally one can feel that facility is not getting maintenance investment it deserves.
Hotel looks very good, receptionists were very polite. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Distance between hotel and old city was around 3 kilometers, but buses went very often. Only one mínus which have hotel is very small bathroom.
A very comfortable triple room with the double and large single beds in different sections of the room (U shaped room), meant we had a good separation and yet family room. Amazing customer service. Awesome breakfast meant we started our days off on a full stomach!
Was clean, quiet, breakfast was great - travelling for business purposes and had an early start, they provided us all a lunch to take with us on our journey - would thoroughly recommend
Our room was large, clean and quiet, breakfast was great with a huge selection of stuff, and the checkin and out process was easy and quick.
