Amazing hotel. If we ever come back to Krakow we will stay at this hotel again. The only bad thing was that we had to go home. 🤣 Amazing location, the tram/bus stop is in front of the hotel. Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. This is my second time staying in this hotel it looks alot better on the inside than it does outside nice big rooms the only thing that let's it down is the shower is tiny you can't turn around without nocking and adjusting the temperature but it it's location is brilliant it's very close to the old town

About a fifteen minute walk from main station. Friendly staff with good English. There are water dispeners arround the hotel, as they have gone plastic free.

When we arrived the water thing was broken in the bathroom and we had to call for mechanic to fix it. Additionally the window did not fully close , kinda bad when outside it is -10 c. The location of the hotel is very convenient to both the city center and the cobblestones. There is a lot of food nearby. There is a supermarket downstairs 15 minutes walk to the Jewish area. Overall very clean but no toothbrushes and slippers provided remember to bring your own

This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery. The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner.

The room is quite nice with the staff really friendly to help you. Close to the bus station which you could take and arrive to city center for 15 mins

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. Modern well presented hotel in Good location for exploring city centre. Was particularly impressed by the way one of the reception staff handle a complaint from a very rude self centred client. The client showed persistent agressive behaviour but they were handled politely and patiently by the receptionist.

Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. Nice and very new hotel, well located. But the bedding leaves a lot to be desired: the sheets are small and don't cover your whole body, neither in length nor in width. The pillow is tiny and flat. It's a shame and it really detracts from the hotel.

Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden. 4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. A constant scent was sprayed into the room from somewhere and it wasn't exactly subtle....

Not for solo travellers The only couple of advantages to stay here-1.Location(close to airport) 2. Free parking. This hotel and its staff are clearly focused on group travel only. If you’re traveling alone, you won’t be served in the restaurant after 9 p.m. And that annoying midnight noise in the room… feels like a diesel generator.

There was unfortunately a lot of noise in the corridors at night and the breakfast room was exceptionally busy due to a few coach tour groups staying but overall highly recommended.
