The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. As the descriptions tell you, there is a safe available but you have to pay extra.
There is a games room which my sons used at an additional cost of 10 Euros per hour.
The swimming pool is small but sufficient as we only used it for an hour each evening. The reception gives free towels to use for swimming.
Breakfast was plentiful if you are a meat eater. Was limited for vegetarians, although my children were happy with the cereal options. Let staff know if you are a vegetarian when booking as we had not.
We would happily stay again if we returned to Madeira.
If you want to avoid such a problems and disrespect from staff I highly recommend you booking some other place and just enjoy your trip :)
