Not recommended
TV speaker is broken, a lot of weird noises, can’t hear anything. Air-con is not cold, and it blow dust out. Bathtub blinds is moldy. Insect found in the toilet entrance. No box tissue provided. Room not fully matching with the picture post. Quite a disappointing stay.

Pls do not stay in this hotel, u will regret. What u see in the picture is alll liar, I book the most expensive room, premier king, they say got all amenities include slippers n minibar, when I enter the room there is no slippers, no shampoo, no razor blade no hand towels no min bar no snacks n o drinks, is all bloody bull ****, I question them with the confirmation letter from trip.. Com they say is trip. Com error, bloodhell, pic show this n clear cut edvience from trip. Com, they try to push away, best part they said King premier end up a smsall dirty room with queen bed n no shampoo the only things they provide is not two towels n tooth brush I am a diamond plus user I will not lie, I have been travelling around n visit hundreds of hotel this is the worst n a scam hotel. Do not stay in this bloody con hotel, trust me u will regret. N they can tell me mini bar is call fridge, they really think I m retarded, to smoke their way out, anyway I m going to file a report to claimed my loss to case under Singapore lemon law

I think hotels need to work on early check-in and check-outs. I reached the hotel by 10am, and asked for early check-in however was told rooms are occupied and the earliest that can happen is at 2pm. There was another traveler almost at the same time and he directly walked in to check-in to his room, same happened for another family the next day (I cannot say for sure if they had previous night booking and checked-in late or agreed to pay the hotel for the early check-in hours (if this was the case then this option was not presented to us to think about). I also believe I overpaid for this booking, please generate profits but not by manipulating prices.

Very cramped eating space and food is only average. The refill for food is very slow and the food you order using the clips also takes forever to be given to you. The service is also very bad, when waiter wants to clear used plates they just take it without asking you or whatsoever. Never coming here ever again.

The food variety was so-so only and the taste was not too bad. But the refilling of the spread was disappointing slow.

Great for beer lovers as there's free flow of Sapporo beer but note only for an hour only. Dinner: 6.30pm-7.30pm.

Amount paid was about $50 after all the taxes. Would I recommend? Only if you like beer and can stomach lots of food. Else, I believe there are more cuisines to try for $50/pax.

Expected more variety at $53/person. We came at about 7pm, and a lot of the food were already running out and not refilled. Food tag says "Cereal Prawn" but the dish was soy sauce prawns instead. The raw crabs were fresh but the raw prawns were not. I think the high price is due to free flow Saporro beer and they have hagendaaz ice cream for desserts.

Very disappointed. Table not clean and there is a smell from cloth used to wipe table. Little variety in ala carte food and picture in menu does not reflect how the food actually looks. Bento sets, especially the Katsus are not hot. Waitress is rude and they served the wrong drinks.

Food was bad and cost came to about $53 per person. Salmon wasn't fresh and even though there was shabu the wagyu wasn't all that good. Actually tasted more like pork.
