I had a very pleasant 5 day, 4 night stay at lyf Bugis Singapore, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The location is incredibly convenient, it is right near the MRT station, and there is amazing food everywhere you look, making it so easy to get around. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

But what truly stood out was the customer service, it is absolutely 5-star and tip-top! A special shoutout to Hilman, who went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and very polite throughout my entire stay. His outstanding hospitality made me feel so welcome.

If you are looking for a place with great vibes, perfect convenience, and genuinely amazing staff, I highly recommend lyf Bugis. I will definitely be back!

The room is unbelievably spacious and comfortable, a true haven of relaxation. Even with light cleaning every 3 nights, it has remained in a flawless state, which is truly impressive. The bed is super comfortable, and the pillows are plushy yet supportive, providing the perfect night’s sleep. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here!

Excellent service right from the start. Fifi, was the staff on duty when I checked in. She was extremely helpful and courteous with me. I requested her for an early check in because I was at the hotel by 9.30am.
She said she would do her best to help me with a room as early as possible. She let me leave my luggage at the desk and I went out to brunch. She said she’d send me an email when the room was ready. When I was back she helped me get a good city room close to the elevator since I preferred that.
She has been very helpful and her standard of service is exemplary. She is very proactive. She offered me an umbrella when she saw it was drizzling as I stepped out.

The hotel location was very convenient and easy to travel, can walk to shopping mall, convenience store, and night street. There was also a restaurant downstairs, which made everything even more convenient.The bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a small issue during check-in, but the staff were very helpful and resolved it quickly. There were also staff members at lobby level 2 who gave me very useful recommendations and assistance during my stay.

The room is rather smaller in size, but overall conducive. Service can be better.

The location is very accessible to Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Bugis + and other tourists attractions and there’s a lot of affordable restaurant around the area

Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location with mrt n bus stops, very accessible; Complimentary luggage service after checking out makes my stay in Singapore much easier.

This is my second stay and I really like the room and amenities! Staff is nice and everything just clean .

Basic hotel which is comfortable to stay, near to Bencoolen and Bugis mrt. Convenient to get around in SG.
