The room is rather smaller in size, but overall conducive. Service can be better.

The location is very accessible to Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Bugis + and other tourists attractions and there’s a lot of affordable restaurant around the area

Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location with mrt n bus stops, very accessible; Complimentary luggage service after checking out makes my stay in Singapore much easier.

This is my second stay and I really like the room and amenities! Staff is nice and everything just clean .

Basic hotel which is comfortable to stay, near to Bencoolen and Bugis mrt. Convenient to get around in SG.

Great stay at lyf Bugis Singapore! The location is very convenient, just a short walk to MRT and cafes. Room was clean, comfy, and stylish. Staff were helpful and the overall vibe was young and vibrant. Perfect for a fun, central stay in the city!

I purchased the Lady Gaga Package choosing this hotel for one night, and I ordered another night in this same hotel.
【SERVICE】The staff was very welcoming and he arranged a room for me even they were 2 different orders. It was very helpful and I appreciated it.
【Trick】When the Lady Gaga concert package on sale, the room fee went up to a double compared to normal weekends (800 to 1600) and it was not allowed to canceled, no breakfast included!! However, the room fee went back to normal price and allowed to cancelled, with breakfast later. Here I appreciate that C-trip afford the price difference and refund the extra cost to me!! I am really a big fan to C-trip!I wonder if the hotel management is playing a trick to visitors, so the buyers from KLOOK would have a misunderstanding that KLOOK don't earn too much!! However, KLOOK earn about 40% marget if we calculate the hotel fee in normal price!! So foxy!!!
I was happy with my 2-night stay in the hotel, I would like to choose this hotel if I have chance to go to Singapore again.
But I personally suggust that NO COOPERATION TO KLOOK any more. They will bring lfy Bugis only bad influence!

【服务】员工很好，虽然是两个订单，也给我安排了一个房间。很感谢他。
【诡计】Lady Gaga的演唱会票开售的时候，酒店放假对比平时的周末翻了一倍，800到1600，还不能退单，不含早！！但是，后来房费就回到了平时的价格，允许退，还含早！我这里真的很感谢携程，他们承担了差额给我退了我多付的房费。我是携程的忠诚粉丝！ 我都有理由怀疑酒店管理层是不是在跟套票的客人玩套路，那些买了KLOOK套票的人会有一个错觉他们没有赚很多，但其实如果按平时价格算，KLOOK的利润高达40%。好奸诈！
我对我两晚的居住是满意的，如果我还有记住去新加坡，我也会选择这个酒店。
但我个人建议不要跟KLOOK这种流氓平台合作，只会给贵店带来负面影响。

Nice location accessible to 3 MRT stations. Across the road from Fortune Centre with good food. Satisfied with stay.

Hotel is easy to locate. Please note there’s no shelter when coming from the MRT
Room is small but ok for 1pax
Shower is ok
They gave toothbrush and disposable slippers upon check in.

Nice hotel with a cozy design and a convenient location. Wish amenities were provided without having to ask.
