We enjoyed our stay very much. All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the kitchen staff (Chi, Wang and Loan).

The room was clean, and housekeeping was provided every day with fresh towels and amenities.

The included breakfast was very good, and the menu changed daily, which was a nice touch.

The location was perfect, close to shopping centres and public transport — approximately a 5-minute walk to the Somerset MRT station.

Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Singapore.

This is definitely the best choice if you're looking to shop on Orchard Road, but the room is quite small. The breakfast is decent. If I had more options, I probably wouldn't pick this place. It's connected to the back of a shopping mall.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Orchard Road. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Orchard Road, just steps away from shopping malls and MRT stations, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips.

The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with smart design and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with a good variety of options.

The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it offers excellent value for money in such a prime location in Singapore. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again! ✨🇸🇬

Newly renovated room, clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to move around. The bathroom is clean, and the shower has great water pressure.

The breakfast offers a good variety, especially the yogurt and coffee selections. Freshly squeezed juice is also available in abundance.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop just a few steps outside.

The air conditioning works well and provides ample cooling.

The windows cannot be opened freely; you need to sign a disclaimer, but you can request them to be opened for ventilation. The front desk staff can communicate in various languages, and the service is professional.

This is a budget hotel, and I felt the comforters weren't very clean. We booked two rooms, and in both, we felt itchy on our necks after sleeping. The comforters also looked a bit dingy. There were a lot of Indian guests. Also, the rooms were too noisy; the air conditioning was incredibly loud. On the first night, I slept in room 701, which was right next to the elevator and also very noisy. We didn't get any good sleep at all. It seems trying to save money isn't always a good idea! Today, upon returning to Singapore from Malaysia, we checked into the Pullman next door, and the room facilities are much better!

Holiday Inn Express Orchard Singapore is a very highly recommended hotel with an amazing location. It’s located just behind the Apple Store on Orchard Road, right across from a mosque, and only a few steps away from Paragon Mall Orchard. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it very convenient.
The check-in process was fast and smooth. The room is not very big, but it’s comfortable and well-equipped, including an iron, a work desk, and free WiFi. One great plus is that all room rates already include breakfast.
The breakfast selection is quite varied and satisfying. The hotel also has a gym, and there are self-service washing machines conveniently located next to the gym. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money. Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the Holiday inn Express in Orchard Road in Singapore with my family. The location was perfect, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful during our checkin. Somerset MRT was just a stroll away and easy to access. Shopping was amazing, and we were spoilt for choices. I would definitely stay here again. Dani was an amazing help in the front desk, we were looked after very well. Thank you

Located on Orchard Road, the hotel's position is decent, about 600 meters from both Orchard and Somerset MRT stations on the Red Line. The room was incredibly small. When we checked in around noon, our Queen bed + sofa bed room wasn't ready, so they gave us a twin bed + sofa bed room instead, which felt even more cramped. My extra bed was sadly squeezed into a tiny corner. The soundproofing in the room was good, but there was no ventilation, which made me wonder if they were trying to mask a smell? There was an overpowering naphthalene (mothball) scent. On the brighter side, the breakfast was quite good and very generous.

The room was quite small, and my husband initially thought we'd been given the wrong one. However, the location is truly excellent. It's tucked in an alley between the large Apple Store and Nike store on Orchard Road, making it very easy to find. From the airport, we took the MRT to Somerset station, and Gaode Maps navigated us right there. There are tons of malls and food options nearby, including Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, and Coconut Club. Getting around was super convenient, always starting from Somerset MRT and then using navigation for transfers. Most people there speak some Mandarin, so we didn't have any communication issues. A special shout-out to an older Chinese lady working at the hotel breakfast. She was small in stature, incredibly warm and attentive. Every morning, she helped us find a table and was just so friendly.

The location is absolutely fantastic! There are all sorts of eateries right downstairs, and it caters to all your shopping needs. The front desk staff were very nice too. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of English breakfast options. It's really superb! Although the Hilton next door is pretty good too, haha.

Came at 3pm and it was very empty, so the ambience was really nice and the view of orchard is quite good too. Food was standard sushi tei fare. Tried the unagi with tea rice and that was not bad, but wouldn’t try it again as the unagi serving was small.

Eat there at your own risk. Worth less than a star. I got food poisoning after consumed the food there. Not worth for your money. The worst buffet I ever had. Still have to queue eventhough reservation has made. First and last time to be there.
