1. **Delayed Check-in:** Even though I arrived after 3 PM, they made me wait, claiming my room wasn't ready. When I reported this to Trip.com, the hotel lied and said it was a system glitch.
2. **Noisy Room & Unhelpful Staff:** They assigned me an incredibly noisy room. Even with the balcony door closed, the pool pump was very loud. My initial request to change rooms was denied. After persistent asking, they reluctantly moved me, but with a terrible attitude, telling me I had to move immediately and return the old key card.
3. **Poor Condition of New Room:** The new room was still in bad shape, both in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The bathroom walls were moldy, and a light fixture was broken.

Receptionist Henn was extremely rude. I forgot to bring my physical ID but i had my Singpass (nation wide recognised government identity app with my digital ID). I can’t remember her exact words but my friend and I were both shock at how sarcastic and rude she was. I booked a family room with balcony and Henn then told us that they did not have a room for us (?) They had a family room with no balcony or they can add in extra bed in their deluxe room with balcony. We opted for the second option but the extra bed was uncomfortable and there was blood on the pillo. Usually if the hotel does not have what the customer paid for i believe the customer should be upgraded and not downgraded. After the first night i made a request to change room and they did allow us to change but i still feel the entire experience here is just bad. I hope you can be more nice and polite next time Henn.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, quiet, and had a lovely view. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location made it easy to explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return for another visit.

This hotel was really nice! The staff was super friendly and the food was quick and tasty. It’s a bit of a walk from the shops and malls, but the lobby is huge and there are plenty of food options.

Really liked the bed and the toilet in this room. It was very nice and clean! Really appreciate the room service as they helped to change my bathroom floor mat into a thicker version which helped with the water residue.. I did not really like the transportation though as there were no flat traffic lights nearby, only an overhead bridge to clarke quay and the floor had alottt of branches and wood which made walking difficult.. otherwise, thanks !

The hotel felt dated and damp, with the sheets and duvet covers constantly feeling clammy. There was a loud, rumbling noise from some equipment directly below our room all night, making it extremely noisy. There was no Chinese-speaking service at the front desk, which made communication challenging when issues arose. Dining options nearby were very limited. However, public transportation was quite convenient, with easy access to buses and the subway to get anywhere.

Loved my chicken sandwich was nice and tasty but a bit messy to eat. Pricing is average. Only has outdoor seating; the tables are a little small and the chairs are slightly too high for the tables. Was quiet when I was there which was at 1145am (Wednesday).

Delicious coffee, the muesli is also very good. The only down side for me was that they serve it with very little yogurt so you have to add milk, and also few strawberries (a couple more would be perfect). But the muesli tasted very good so 4 stars still.

The service quality at Robertson Quay has gone down tremendously. Had a very unpleasant experience today with service staff who couldn't be bothered to check the orders before serving. We had ordered two drinks and even that couldn't be delivered without checking with us twice. Won't be returning.

This is a biased review. This restaurant/bar allows fans of US college football teams to attend screenings of games that are broadcast live on Sunday morning. So 4 times this past fall found me up early sipping decent coffee and eating an omelette. If only my team had done a little better.
Great widescreens and a very decent brunch. We drew pretty good crowds of very civil, well-behaved fans (although a bogus penalty call, a fumble or interception elicited an occasional loud yell). But the point is the staff puts up with our crew and really takes care of us. Have taken business lunches there that were quite good and reasonably prices. Also attended an excellent wine tasting event in their upstairs room which is ideal for a banquet ... dark, cozy, lots of space.

If you're looking to enjoy an American football game, this is the spot. We stopped by to see the Steelers play, and had a few drinks. Nice outdoor patio with shade along the water. Not the cheapest place, but get a bucket of Coronas for the closest thing to a deal.

A great place for watching sports, huge TV screens everywhere. Food choices can be improved. I had breakfast here and if you don't eat pork then there aren't much choices except for non-meat omelette. Most dishes either contain sausage, ham, bacon or pepperoni. I was lucky that there was a choice of adding salmon to the omelette. I will only go back if I need to watch a match.

The only reason to go to Boomerang is to watch a game. Can be good fun with entertaining partisan supporters, but invariably a few 'over-indulgers' get out of hand, making it unpleasant. Definitely not a place for families on game days. Outside of the big screens, there are countless better options around the river for food and drinks.

The food is good, definitely better than average. Service has been excellent and the location at Robertson quay is really quite nice. I think prices are higher than they should be for what you get which is the reason I rate 4* instead of 5. I will go back

The chilli sauce is a bit more tangy than other places but the crabs were fresh and tender nonetheless. Great riverside vibes and a great place to chill after work or on a lazy weekend evening. Good, fast service!

This place nickel and dimes the heck out of you. They put out peanuts, give you towels- you’ll see those on the bill later. The smallest chili crab was $78. Find a different place to try it.

Enjoyed the unique taste of both the chili crab and pepper crab. Chili crab was less spicy than expected, so no need to hesitate if you’re worried! The bread that comes with the crab is amazing for dipping in the sauce.

Only minus was that the staff would not split our bill without significant effort on our part (party of 10, split 3 ways).

Was here on a Tuesday evening for business function. Good quality food especially the seafood such as chili crab/ salted egg crab etc. Very good service as we were attended with wines/cleaning of plates very frequently. There weren't many guests on this particular evening probably that's why we received more attention. Overall very satisfying experience - food, wine, service. We spent on average $100+ per person including a few bottles of wine. Can be considered pricey but given the prime location/excellent seafood and attentive service, it's decent.
