Got a nice view!
I booked this room for my parents to stay whilst vacationing for holidays. The hotel location is conveniently situated in the city. Walking distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT, Lau La Sat and a lot of other hawker areas. If want to walk further, Merlion Park and MBS can be reached as well. Having said that, it was a convenient trip back to hotel after spending the countdown at the Lawn.
Since my parents are both seniors and not so familiar in Singapore, these conveniences brought by the hotel was really worth the money. We got a discount for each person for breakfast when I decided to add it upon check-in because I didn’t booked the room with breakfast originally, so it’s another win.
The room is spacious with a big sofa. The kitchen is also well equipped. The toilet is clean with bidet, and the toiletries feels luxurious too!

Stayed with my 7 years old kid during the new year eve for 3 nights. Wonderful location !! But front desk staffs unprofessional. Totally messy when you check in, as you have no idea where to go and who to talk for the check in process, also no one mentioned the COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE until we checked out. I left important script medicine in the fridge, and tried to call many time never got answered! ! !!! Needs Mould killer for bathroom tile grout!!!

When I arrived, I found a used toothpaste cap in the shower which might belong to the previous guests. The shower gel was also completely empty & I was already in the middle of a shower.
I also noted that I wish to be away from lift but was put to be directly facing the lift. (Didnt bring up as I was rushing so I just dealt with it.)
The curtains are too thin for the room, by 6.30am the sun was shining into my eyes. I hope there was a way for me to blackout the room instead as I was having a hangover and needed rest.

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the pool is quite large and comfortable for swimming.

This is a decent hotel. Prices can be a bit high during peak season, but it's conveniently located, which is a plus. Singapore has plenty of hotel options. I booked this for a friend, and overall, they had a good experience. Worth considering.

Brought a friend who was going through a rough patch for a short break and requested quiet room for that purpose in advance with the management. They were accommodating and send the below to cheer up our friends as well. Nothing fancy but its the thought that count. Would be good to top up with more coffee capsule and tea instead of 4 and had to keep calling. Other than that, we will be back for xmas gathering 😊

Decent food and a round of golf!

A nice bar and restaurant that also doubles as a themed place with a golf stitch. Had an enjoyable time and if I was in the area more often I would surely frequent it more often.
The bar itself is quite nice and looks great indoors. The golf simulator was super fun and it's refreshing to see a bar doing something different. The beer was cold and refreshing and the wine acceptable, but nothing special. Also tried the meatballs and they were cooked great and just the right kind of spicy (for my taste anyways).
The service overall is quite good and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Definitely pricey but not too much.

Popular pit stop and coffee joint that turns into a golf-themed bar in the evenings. Often frequented by the bankers and finance professionals that work in the area. Classy and laid back vibe, with a few little nooks for tucked away business meetings or private coffees.
Not exactly cheap, but not overly pricey either. Coffee and finger food is decent, alcohol selection is acceptable.

My personal favorite Italian restaurant in Singapore.
Wagyu beef carpaccio sliced to ideal thickness so that the texture and flavor in your mouth gives you an excellent balance.
Livorno seafood soup was good with a light tomato broth.
The squid ink tagliolini with the prawns, bacon and leek was to die for.
The flavor of the beef tenderloin was enhanced by the bone marrow and porcini mushroom sauce.
The millefoglie completes the meal perfectly especially with a nice touch of the peach coulis.

Went to Otto for what turned out to be a disappointing lunch. The food was served cold, and was dismal compared to when they first opened shop. Pasta sauce was diluted and the pasta was not even al dente. As for the service, the servers appeared disinterested and distracted. It took some effort on our part just to get their attention. Server was also rude.
For the prices they charge, you are better off going to another fine dining establishment. Will not return.

Disappointing experience. Extremely slow service but more upsetting is that when we gave feedback, the waiter was rude unapologetic. He claimed the set lunch takes 45 minutes but we waited that amount of time for the main to come. He then blamed us for not letting him know in advance we wanted the food to come in a timely manner.
Would not recommend - expected decent staff training/service for the price paid. Better before :(
