2nd time to stay in this hotel, friendly staffs and their chicken rice are out of this world! Love the cleanliness too. Very chilled hotel and lobby, breakfast buffet were good too

The room was clean, and the toiletries were L'Occitane, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, right in the city center. The room was also very spacious with a decent high-floor view. No complaints there. However, I noticed the overall rating for this place isn't very high, so I'm wondering if my experience was just exceptionally good. Next time, I'd like to try out The Ritz-Carlton or Mandarin Oriental, which also have a 4.7 rating, for a comparison.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Singapore. It's super convenient with shopping malls nearby, great for shopping, dining, and exploring the park.

Great service from the moment we enter the lobby. Breakfast was meh, dry pastries (imagine dry butter cake), maybe I expected too much from a 5 star hotel breakfast, given the premium room rate. Overall still a good stay, but you may want to opt out breakfast if you prefer to have a good breakfast to start your day.

Everything was great, good location, metro just right next to the hotel, Starbucks, cafes, Japanese restaurants, Korean restaurants, Italian restaurants, bakeries, bubble tea, just right below the hotel. Maxwell food court, local food court all 5-10mins walk, lau bak sat 20mins walk, china town 20mins walk, so convenient. However hotel not able to provide in room dining menu for pre order, need to ask for serval help until someone send a tablet with menu but not able to leave it behind, I have to take photos of the menu from the tablet and order later on the phone for them to send on the next morning, so not friendly.

Traveled during the latter half of the Chinese New Year holiday and stayed for three nights. I was originally torn between the Ritz-Carlton and this hotel, but ultimately chose the Sofitel. It exceeded my expectations!
We stayed in a top-floor room, which was quite new and spacious. The location is super convenient, right above a metro station, and within walking distance to Chinatown. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.
All the staff were very helpful and nice.

The hotel's public facilities and rooms are great, very new, spacious, and comfortable. However, there aren't many amenities nearby, so walking everywhere is a bit far, but taking a taxi feels too close. On the plus side, it's right next to a subway station.

Loved the food. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower heads have some leaks but still worked fine.

Cozy little Korean restaurant serving authentic Korean food with Korean servers to boot. Price is slightly steep but you'll be paying for quality food and service.

Feels like you are dining in Korea. Ambience, setting and staffs are mostly Koreans. Menu has a good variety. Taste is also pretty authentic

Good service. Honey chicken wings were delicious and so was the ramen tofu soup. More worth it at lunch time for the discounted prices.

I thought the food was OK. When I seek out Korean fried chicken, I expect crunchy, crunchy chicken, even when it’s drenched in whatever sauce you choose. It was a bit on the soggier side. I ordered a half portion and got their spiciest flavor. It was pretty damn spicy so it was hard for me to finish.

The hype bout Korean fried chicken isn't my cuppa tea. This outlets chicken to me was far off the ok tangent. Ok there is some flavor but too commercialised and canister like feel to the cooking. No heart in the cooking..

Love this place! Lovely coffee and matcha latte. I had a waffle and ice cream here as well and it was delicious. Really nice atmosphere and interior deco.

Came here for a nostalgia of American brunch. And it was definitely worth the visit. Also happy to have their coffee, highly rated by the community as well. I had the coconut latte piccolo and the long black my friend ordered was like the good kind of good specialty coffee. The bagel was very authentic and satisfying and is now on my must-have list for this place :P

Good pumpkin pancake with smoked salmon. Very filling. One waitress was quite rude - "what do you want?" When looking for tissues. Or "table for?" "Table for???" When I just wanted to check with a friend if we booked.
