The pool is fantastic, especially the slide – kids could spend all day on it. My only comment would be that they could do with more kids' life vests, so the little ones can play even more freely.

This hotel is located in Sentosa Cove, Singapore's prestigious residential area. I absolutely loved the surroundings – a yacht club is right here, and the vast, open sea is just a stone's throw away. It's a truly reliable hotel.

Pretty good. You can relax and enjoy a vacation on the island. The ecology is great, with a rich variety of flora and fauna. There are many beaches, and the recreational facilities are popular with kids. The cable car and Skyline experience were also excellent.

The room was spotless, and the hotel offered a great variety of activities. I noticed it was a child's birthday during check-in, and they thoughtfully sent up two small cakes. It's also super convenient to get to the beach.

Very nicely renovated. The staff are very detailed, courteous and helpful. Food has wide variety and tasty. The shower is great! Except the glass shower door is heavy and the knob is too tiny. Overall we have enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all who served us.

Great experience at W hotel, newly renovated.
The Wet Pool atmosphere was alittle disappointing on weekends. Food came late after an hour as their steak required time to defroze.
Breakfast price is not up to its value.
Overall, it was still a great experience and will visit again if I am staying in Sentosa.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel upgraded our room directly. The view from our room was great and very comfortable, and the room was super clean. The staff were also incredibly patient. The huge pool has a nice view, and my daughter cried because she didn't want to leave...

I have to say, the buffalo wing's here were AMAZING. EVERYTHING I ATE HERE WAS EPIC, DO TRY THE CHIPS N SALSA , CHICKEN PESTO PIZZA, SHIRLEY TEMPLE, CHICKEN FAJITAS AND THE STAR OF THIS BAR WHICH ARE THE BUFFALO WINGS. SPICY AF, SHIOK!!!

Slow, bad service and awful food. Had a steak for $44 that was worse than Astons. Realised why the server didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked when it turned up and was hammered flat just to be vaguely tender. Vegetables were mostly raw, including the 'roast potatoes' which was actually a parboiled baby potato cut in half with the consistency of a bullet. Pepper sauce tasted of nothing. Maybe the old adage 'too many cooks spoil the broth' is true here - they've got two chefs and neither can cook as far as I can tell.
