Had a great time with my family here in W Hotel! The service are tip top and the room and toilet were very good!
Beautiful hotel environment, delicious food, and a tidy room.
The pool is fantastic, especially the slide – kids could spend all day on it. My only comment would be that they could do with more kids' life vests, so the little ones can play even more freely.
This hotel is located in Sentosa Cove, Singapore's prestigious residential area. I absolutely loved the surroundings – a yacht club is right here, and the vast, open sea is just a stone's throw away. It's a truly reliable hotel.
Pretty good. You can relax and enjoy a vacation on the island. The ecology is great, with a rich variety of flora and fauna. There are many beaches, and the recreational facilities are popular with kids. The cable car and Skyline experience were also excellent.
The room was spotless, and the hotel offered a great variety of activities. I noticed it was a child's birthday during check-in, and they thoughtfully sent up two small cakes. It's also super convenient to get to the beach.

2nd time to stay in this hotel, friendly staffs and their chicken rice are out of this world! Love the cleanliness too. Very chilled hotel and lobby, breakfast buffet were good too
The room was clean, and the toiletries were L'Occitane, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, right in the city center. The room was also very spacious with a decent high-floor view. No complaints there. However, I noticed the overall rating for this place isn't very high, so I'm wondering if my experience was just exceptionally good. Next time, I'd like to try out The Ritz-Carlton or...
This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Singapore. It's super convenient with shopping malls nearby, great for shopping, dining, and exploring the park.
Great service from the moment we enter the lobby. Breakfast was meh, dry pastries (imagine dry butter cake), maybe I expected too much from a 5 star hotel breakfast, given the premium room rate. Overall still a good stay, but you may want to opt out breakfast if you prefer to have a good breakfast to start your day.
Everything was great, good location, metro just right next to the hotel, Starbucks, cafes, Japanese restaurants, Korean restaurants, Italian restaurants, bakeries, bubble tea, just right below the hotel. Maxwell food court, local food court all 5-10mins walk, lau bak sat 20mins walk, china town 20mins walk, so convenient. However hotel not able to provide in room dining menu for pre order, need to...
Traveled during the latter half of the Chinese New Year holiday and stayed for three nights. I was originally torn between the Ritz-Carlton and this hotel, but ultimately chose the Sofitel. It exceeded my expectations!
We stayed in a top-floor room, which was quite new and spacious. The location is super convenient, right above a metro station, and within walking distance to Chinatown. There are also...

Great location with many nice restaurants nearby. Easy access to Public transports.
Overall, it's a very refined and quiet place. What really left an impression was the beautiful scenery along the river near the hotel.
The air conditioner was noisy, and the hotel amenities were very limited; there wasn't even a comb. However, the hotel's location is good. Although the hotel is older, it doesn't feel outdated overall.
It was a good stay overall but there was a glitch for the room lights, which meant we slept with the lights on theoughout the night. We were compensated for it though and the service was good.
Cleanliness: Nothing much to say about cleanliness, as it's a basic requirement for a five-star hotel, something that must be there.
Facilities: The facilities are pretty standard. My main complaint is the central air conditioning. It's supposed to adjust the temperature, but it's basically just for show. It's either too cold, or if you try to turn it down a bit, the fan just shuts off completely...
The hotel facilities are very new, the room is clean and tidy, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff are also very friendly.

Thanks for the birthday cake!
Spacious room, responsive staffs, perfect location. It was the perfect stay.
I had the pleasure of staying at Orchard Parksuites in October, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience for me and my family. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Iffah at the reception. She was so kind-hearted, patient, and always smiling — her hospitality made our stay feel very special. 🌸

Very clean n nice hotel to stay
As always, the spacious room and prime location surpass all others.
Very very good place for family! Very convenient to orchard road and many other places
I stayed at Orchard Parksuites for approximately three and a half months during a work assignment in Singapore. Based on a recommendation from Mr. Shao Han, I selected this Far East property for its reputation and convenience — and it exceeded expectations.

The hotel is standard Ascott, you can never really go wrong! We’ve stayed at Ascott hotels multiple times, but this time the staff was not as accommodating as the other times. Usually we’re always allowed earlier check in, but this time the receptionist simply declined us. She was probably lying about the availability and made us wait “for just one more hour” - 4 hours in a row. AS SOON as her shift...
Amazing location in Orchard road literally, great space quiet and clean room
great space n ambience, high quality service!
Great location but not good service. No extra blanket , only give bed cover as blanket. Breakfast not great too.
Hotel at a great location, Paragon and Ngee Ann City are just walking distance, there is also a link bridge from level 4 to Paragon. The hotel using Appelles brand of hair and body care, good for everyone hair and body needs! the only 1 negative feedback about the room is that noise on the air con vent is too loud, not easy to sleep on the 1st night. Other than this, the rest is all good! Highly recommended...

The room was great, and the service was excellent. Plus, there were peacocks to see! Quite satisfied.
The room was very clean and spacious, offering a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. There's a staircase behind the pool that leads directly to the island's free bus service, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also provides a shuttle to Universal Studios, making it great for sightseeing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
This is a great hotel. It's located close to the beach and offers a free shuttle bus service. There's also a unique experience where little fish can help exfoliate your feet. The hotel grounds are lush with trees and plenty of birds. The breakfast spread is particularly rich and varied.
The hotel was clean and the shuttle service was convenient. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Our whole family had a wonderful time and we hope to stay here again next time we visit Singapore.
Email Sofitel for a complimentary birthday cake/ deco thank you accepting requests. Room was decorated with simple balloons and a slice of chocolate cake which was delicious!

The location is great and very quiet, with several hotels grouped together. The room wasn't huge, and we stayed on the pool-facing side. The pool on the 3rd floor was just okay, nothing special, but the infinity pool on the 7th floor was a huge letdown – it was tiny and only good for photos. Breakfast had very limited options and wasn't very tasty. The hotel smells lovely, and the shower gel and room...
The location is convenient and they have a Chinese-speaking butler. Luggage storage is free, and the rooms are quite clean. However, the breakfast isn't very varied, and the congee wasn't the kind we usually eat; it seemed more like instant rice cereal.
I spent a night at Outpost Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming. The swimming pool is lovely, and while the room is rather small, everything was clean, modern, and felt brand new. Overall, a comfortable stay.
We arrived on an early flight and respected the hotel's 3 PM check-in policy, so we left our luggage and went out. We came back after 4 PM, and they gave us an absolutely terrible room, like a mezzanine room on the -1 level. The hallway already smelled, and the room was even worse. The air conditioning was making strange noises. When I called the front desk to complain, she just said 'just English...
Nice location, good facility, professional staff. The outdoor pools are very good and can see the fireworks on the beach at 19:40 and 20:40PM.
We made a last-minute decision to stay on Sentosa for three days and two nights, and didn't hesitate long before choosing The Outpost. I'd read reviews saying the main entrance was a bit hard to find, so we took a taxi directly to the island. If you set the GPS accurately, it's actually quite easy to find; you'll pass The Village Hotel, then drive a little further into the car park, and there's The...

We chose this hotel because there are three adults in our family, and rooms in Singapore are generally small. This room type comfortably accommodates three people. It's also super close to the MRT station; you just cross the road after getting off, so transportation is very convenient. Everything else was pretty standard.
After booking the hotel, I saw a lot of negative reviews on a certain app, which made me quite worried about my trip. After a family experience, here are my thoughts:
1. **Check-in**: We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. I didn't see any bellboys (there were steps but no ramp, which is not luggage-friendly). There were a few customers at the front desk checking in. I waited for two people before...
The zink faucet is clogged, and the water will not go down for an hour. We are dissapointed during our stay in Oasia Sentosa. The room number is 51
The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right next to the Imbiah Station on the Sentosa Express. It's just one stop to Beach Station, two stops to Vivo City, and Universal Studios is within walking distance. However, the hotel's steps are a bit inconvenient; if you have a large suitcase, you'll need a bellboy to help carry it. The room facilities are a bit dated, but still clean. The main building...
Booked this as their suite was going for an affordable price and we needed a separate space for our 10 month old. Requested ahead of time for a cot and got it. Check in was smooth and service was excellent.
Location was just beside train station hence very convenient.
Room itself can be improved. There were many areas of wear and tear. The bifold doors leading to the bed area cannot be closed. There...
It is a convenient location, as it is close to Imbiah Station. However, the in-room facilities are disappointing — the USB ports are out of order, the water flow is slow, there is no rainforest-style shower, and the shower holder cannot be adjusted. The level of maintenance is not acceptable. Lastly, the smell of the air freshener is so strong that it makes my wife feel uncomfortable.

Stayed at Crockfords Tower at RWS, and the experience felt luxurious and private. The room was very well equipped, with a good coffee machine, a very big bathtub, and even a steam room next to the shower, which really stood out and made the stay extra relaxing.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I personally found the location very convenient; it's just a 1-2 minute walk to the light rail station and Universal Studios. However, its convenience truly depends on your itinerary; if you're planning to visit the beach area, you'll need to travel an additional two stops. What I appreciated most was that there aren't many rooms...
the rooms were really nice and spacious! everything was really clean and tidy! celebrated my friends birthday in one of their rooms and everything was super pleasant since it was clean and tidy!
We stayed in a suite, which is not small in Singapore, but it is a little different from the room price of more than 4,000. After all, breakfast is not included. Of course, the mini bar is free. The service is not timely, and there are no slippers for children. Fortunately, the staff is warm and friendly. The swimming pool is not big, but it can meet the needs. The advantage is the excellent location...
The room is very old, the door gap is very large, the light from the corridor penetrates the door gap and affects the sleep. The front desk service is morning and evening shifts, some services are good, some services are very average, very indifferent, the room of more than 4,000 is not cost-effective, it feels the same as the domestic express hotel. My stay at Capitol Kempinski felt like an experience in 'mindful management' of an old building. While the historical structure places some limitations on the hardware, the design is excellent, striking a perfect balance between vintage charm and modern comfort. The hotel's location is convenient. The breakfast spread is rich and delicious, and the staff are very polite. It's also easy to find places to eat downstairs, especially the crab at Holy Crab, which is definitely worth trying.
Overall, the hotel was great. The cleanliness, ambiance, and service all exceeded my expectations, making for a very pleasant stay. The only minor drawback was the showerhead, but everything else was excellent.
The room facilities are complete and comfortable. It's in a great central location, making it easy to get to major attractions by taxi or subway. There are dining options right downstairs from the hotel and a mall nearby, which is really convenient for tourists. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building. The hotel's buffet is also excellent, offering both à la carte and buffet options. The...
The showerhead in the bathroom, which is built into the wall, was moldy and hadn't been cleaned. The biggest issue was the air conditioning vent in room 340. This 'family room' was basically a king-sized room with two single beds awkwardly crammed by the window. Overall, it's a pretty standard hotel, nothing particularly impressive. 📍Raffles Hotel Singapore🇸🇬
˜☺˜ Named after Singapore's founder, Sir Stamford Raffles, this hotel has stood for 140 years. The moment you step inside, Singapore's heat instantly vanishes. Listening to the swaying fans, you finally arrive in...
This is an established hotel with a rich history, offering a rare peaceful retreat during the New Year period. The butler service was perfect for introverts like me; it was so pleasant to just sit by the room door, sipping tea and reading. The breakfast was noteworthy, and the service at the Yi Chinese restaurant was excellent. Overall, the guests were high-quality and very friendly.
Let's not even talk about value for money when staying here. The ambiance is top-notch, an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle, with a large courtyard. The hotel is teeming with greenery, and it's connected to a shopping complex – you'll get lost without a map if you wander aimlessly. The hotel itself has a historical charm that's quite fun to explore. We were given two complimentary Singapore...
The room door is quite thick, so horizontal soundproofing is decent. However, due to the old building structure, the floorboards creak loudly when there are guests upstairs, which can be disruptive to sleep. Overall, it's acceptable and worth experiencing.

Honestly, not much more to say, it definitely deserves 5 stars! The price is absolutely justified for the overall environment and service, which are certainly above standard. The semi-buffet breakfast was also really good. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Some things that can be improved:
Air conditioning (too hot)

Amazing hotel. Different vibes from all typical hotel room in Singapore. Toilet was huge and clean! Bed was comfortable too
Beautiful building will historical background. Room is large with excellent bathroom.
Staff/service underwhelming due to current changes in management.
We held a wedding dinner banquet here at the Glass House and it went splendidly. Our banquet managers, Amanda were all so professional, kind and patient with all our requests. Amanda guided us through the whole wedding preparations. So, really kudos to the team. Not to mention the food is amazing!
Held my wedding here with one night stay. One waitress at the banquet really impressed us by helping with my wife's very long dress during the march in and champagne pouring. I understand the hotel will be rejuvenated soon.

Room is a bit small however it is a very interesting hotel with a lot of characters. Love the vibe.
The location is excellent with Maxwell food court opposite the hotel, 5 Metros stations nearby.
The hotel itself is a historic building, dating back to 1929, and it's part of the Marriott portfolio. Setting aside the Marriott brand for a moment, the overall experience is quite good. For an average price of 1500 RMB per night, including breakfast, and considering its location and the fact that it was during Chinese New Year, this is an excellent value.
It's conveniently located next to Maxwell...
This is probably the cheapest Marriott 5-star hotel. It's great for travelers who prioritize sightseeing. The room is a bit small, with only a small desk and a chair, and no sofa. Beware of the ongoing construction now right beside the hotel. You may get a room with window but totally no view at all. We were fine with it.

Booked for the underwater suite, but aside from that highlight, the other facilities felt run-down. The room entrance being in the underground parking garage was a major drawback. The only way in and out was via shuttle, and the shuttle staff, while politely smiling, were cold and unhelpful throughout, which was also a big minus.
Excellent service and the views are incredibly soothing.
A Wonderful Family Getaway at Equarius Villas
Our stay at Equarius Villas was truly wonderful, especially as a family getaway. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Both the room and the private pool were huge, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy quality time together in complete privacy.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful...
The environment is great, and the butler service is excellent. It's also super convenient to get to the water park.
