The triple room we stayed in was quite spacious for Singapore standards. The bedding felt very clean too. Overall, it was a good experience.
We got upgraded our room into a loft apartment. It was huge and full of amenities, the location is very near to Farrer MRT station.
I did not realize that this is an Indian hotel. Even the breakfast is filled with Indian food. There is nothing wrong to be a Indian style hotel but I wish I knew that before booking. I am not a fun of Indian food
This room in Singapore is incredibly spacious, especially for Little India. We generally didn't go out at night, but the location is super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The room feels very new, likely recently renovated. A huge plus is the executive lounge offering three meals a day, and the staff are all very friendly. Six months ago, when I stayed...
The hotel is very big and grand. It appears a very large part of their business is functions including weddings.
One unfortunate downside is that the rooms are poorly soundproofed which means the adjoining rooms allow guest voices to transmit through.
We had to complain to reception on our first night’s stay as the noise from next door kept us awake. This was promptly dealt with and did not happen...
Smooth and fast process in checking into the hotel, room is clean and spacious, love staying at One Farrer.

Had a great time with my family here in W Hotel! The service are tip top and the room and toilet were very good!
Beautiful hotel environment, delicious food, and a tidy room.
The pool is fantastic, especially the slide – kids could spend all day on it. My only comment would be that they could do with more kids' life vests, so the little ones can play even more freely.
This hotel is located in Sentosa Cove, Singapore's prestigious residential area. I absolutely loved the surroundings – a yacht club is right here, and the vast, open sea is just a stone's throw away. It's a truly reliable hotel.
Pretty good. You can relax and enjoy a vacation on the island. The ecology is great, with a rich variety of flora and fauna. There are many beaches, and the recreational facilities are popular with kids. The cable car and Skyline experience were also excellent.
The room was spotless, and the hotel offered a great variety of activities. I noticed it was a child's birthday during check-in, and they thoughtfully sent up two small cakes. It's also super convenient to get to the beach.

Had a great experience of staying. The property 'looks' old on picture, but it's definitely well maintained when you see in person. Stayed at newly renovated room with balcony. Room is spacious, clean & nice, for elderly might found difficulty of having to climb the bath tub for shower since it's quite high. The staffs are helpful & friendly which is a plus point. The breakfast option is quite limited...
A very unique hotel with a very strong UK heritage vibe. Suppose to be a staycation but it gave a feeling of being oversea.
Conveniently located at the Orchard Road prime area and offer great value for a 5 star hotel.
Hotel is kind enough for us to buy our own food & drinks & used their outdoor swimming facilities for our dinner. Thank you
The staff here are really friendly and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable . The hotel is like an old colonial building and sometimes the room numbers may be abit confusing . But it was still not so bad finding our way around the corridor ! Lol !
The location is good along scotts road right next to far east plaza .
Overall a nice and cosy trip for me and my family !
This was my first stay here, chosen for its Orchard Road location due to a business event. My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 2 AM, but someone was still there to help with my luggage, and check-in was very quick. The breakfast was great, a good mix of Eastern and Western options. The hotel also offered afternoon tea, which I unfortunately couldn't enjoy this time due to my busy schedule. I...
If you enter this hotel through the side entrance, you'll need to carry your luggage up a short flight of stairs. I highly recommend finding the main entrance for easier access. The hotel actually has relatively few rooms, which means many shared facilities are very convenient to use. For example, you'll hardly ever see other guests when using the elevator or the swimming pool. Although the hotel doesn...

2nd time to stay in this hotel, friendly staffs and their chicken rice are out of this world! Love the cleanliness too. Very chilled hotel and lobby, breakfast buffet were good too
The room was clean, and the toiletries were L'Occitane, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, right in the city center. The room was also very spacious with a decent high-floor view. No complaints there. However, I noticed the overall rating for this place isn't very high, so I'm wondering if my experience was just exceptionally good. Next time, I'd like to try out The Ritz-Carlton or...
This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Singapore. It's super convenient with shopping malls nearby, great for shopping, dining, and exploring the park.
Great service from the moment we enter the lobby. Breakfast was meh, dry pastries (imagine dry butter cake), maybe I expected too much from a 5 star hotel breakfast, given the premium room rate. Overall still a good stay, but you may want to opt out breakfast if you prefer to have a good breakfast to start your day.
Everything was great, good location, metro just right next to the hotel, Starbucks, cafes, Japanese restaurants, Korean restaurants, Italian restaurants, bakeries, bubble tea, just right below the hotel. Maxwell food court, local food court all 5-10mins walk, lau bak sat 20mins walk, china town 20mins walk, so convenient. However hotel not able to provide in room dining menu for pre order, need to...
Traveled during the latter half of the Chinese New Year holiday and stayed for three nights. I was originally torn between the Ritz-Carlton and this hotel, but ultimately chose the Sofitel. It exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is standard Ascott, you can never really go wrong! We’ve stayed at Ascott hotels multiple times, but this time the staff was not as accommodating as the other times. Usually we’re always allowed earlier check in, but this time the receptionist simply declined us. She was probably lying about the availability and made us wait “for just one more hour” - 4 hours in a row. AS SOON as her shift...
Amazing location in Orchard road literally, great space quiet and clean room
great space n ambience, high quality service!
Great location but not good service. No extra blanket , only give bed cover as blanket. Breakfast not great too.
Hotel at a great location, Paragon and Ngee Ann City are just walking distance, there is also a link bridge from level 4 to Paragon. The hotel using Appelles brand of hair and body care, good for everyone hair and body needs! the only 1 negative feedback about the room is that noise on the air con vent is too loud, not easy to sleep on the 1st night. The room was great, and the service was excellent. Plus, there were peacocks to see! Quite satisfied.
The room was very clean and spacious, offering a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. There's a staircase behind the pool that leads directly to the island's free bus service, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also provides a shuttle to Universal Studios, making it great for sightseeing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
This is a great hotel. It's located close to the beach and offers a free shuttle bus service. There's also a unique experience where little fish can help exfoliate your feet. The hotel grounds are lush with trees and plenty of birds. The breakfast spread is particularly rich and varied.
The hotel was clean and the shuttle service was convenient. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Our whole family had a wonderful time and we hope to stay here again next time we visit Singapore.
Email Sofitel for a complimentary birthday cake/ deco thank you accepting requests. Room was decorated with simple balloons and a slice of chocolate cake which was delicious!

A very quiet and nice hotel with good food. If you like planes, this is a good place as we can see planes flying so low as they come in for a landing.
But the sound insulation is super and you cannot hear the planes sound inside the round. Definitely a very quiet hotel to rest and relax.
But there are no shopping or convenience stores nearby and you have a take a cab or drive out.
Overall, a great...
The room facilities were excellent overall, and the decor looked very new. Even though it's not far from the airport, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The hotel pool was also very good. The only downside is that all the shopping and dining options around the hotel are quite far away.
We loved it SO MUCH especially the Clear skies, view of the golf course, away from hustle bustle of the city, enjoyed the pool and service! Lovely!
Had a relaxing time on business trip. It’s a secluded space and I booked for the peaceful and serene environment it offers. Ambiance was great facing the pool/gild area, except for the building and construction outside facing the lobby area and on the way to hotel. It was not advertised on hotel but not a pleasant experience, feels like staying on a construction site. Not the hotel’s fault but just...
The breakfast was nice, especially the nasi lemak and smoke salmon. A decent stay, should have categorised as 4 stars instead
It’s inconvenient to get to as there aren’t any bus stops or mrt station nearby. However there is shuttle bus service provided but it ends at around 7pm.
There were lots of construction happening in the area too.
Went on my birthday and was hoping to receive some complimentary cake or to walk in to a decorated room. However did not received or experienced any.

The location is great and very quiet, with several hotels grouped together. The room wasn't huge, and we stayed on the pool-facing side. The pool on the 3rd floor was just okay, nothing special, but the infinity pool on the 7th floor was a huge letdown – it was tiny and only good for photos. Breakfast had very limited options and wasn't very tasty. The hotel smells lovely, and the shower gel and room...
The location is convenient and they have a Chinese-speaking butler. Luggage storage is free, and the rooms are quite clean. However, the breakfast isn't very varied, and the congee wasn't the kind we usually eat; it seemed more like instant rice cereal.
I spent a night at Outpost Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming. The swimming pool is lovely, and while the room is rather small, everything was clean, modern, and felt brand new. Overall, a comfortable stay.
We arrived on an early flight and respected the hotel's 3 PM check-in policy, so we left our luggage and went out. We came back after 4 PM, and they gave us an absolutely terrible room, like a mezzanine room on the -1 level. The hallway already smelled, and the room was even worse. The air conditioning was making strange noises. When I called the front desk to complain, she just said 'just English...
Nice location, good facility, professional staff. The outdoor pools are very good and can see the fireworks on the beach at 19:40 and 20:40PM.
We made a last-minute decision to stay on Sentosa for three days and two nights, and didn't hesitate long before choosing The Outpost. I'd read reviews saying the main entrance was a bit hard to find, so we took a taxi directly to the island. If you set the GPS accurately, it's actually quite easy to find; you'll pass The Village Hotel, then drive a little further into the car park, and there's The...

We chose this hotel because there are three adults in our family, and rooms in Singapore are generally small. This room type comfortably accommodates three people. It's also super close to the MRT station; you just cross the road after getting off, so transportation is very convenient. Everything else was pretty standard.
After booking the hotel, I saw a lot of negative reviews on a certain app, which made me quite worried about my trip. After a family experience, here are my thoughts:
1. **Check-in**: We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. I didn't see any bellboys (there were steps but no ramp, which is not luggage-friendly). There were a few customers at the front desk checking in. I waited for two people before...
The zink faucet is clogged, and the water will not go down for an hour. We are dissapointed during our stay in Oasia Sentosa. The room number is 51
The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right next to the Imbiah Station on the Sentosa Express. It's just one stop to Beach Station, two stops to Vivo City, and Universal Studios is within walking distance. However, the hotel's steps are a bit inconvenient; if you have a large suitcase, you'll need a bellboy to help carry it. The room facilities are a bit dated, but still clean. The main building...
Booked this as their suite was going for an affordable price and we needed a separate space for our 10 month old. Requested ahead of time for a cot and got it. Check in was smooth and service was excellent.
Location was just beside train station hence very convenient.
Room itself can be improved. There were many areas of wear and tear. The bifold doors leading to the bed area cannot be closed. There...
It is a convenient location, as it is close to Imbiah Station. However, the in-room facilities are disappointing — the USB ports are out of order, the water flow is slow, there is no rainforest-style shower, and the shower holder cannot be adjusted. The level of maintenance is not acceptable. Lastly, the smell of the air freshener is so strong that it makes my wife feel uncomfortable.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I personally found the location very convenient; it's just a 1-2 minute walk to the light rail station and Universal Studios. What I appreciated most was that there aren't many rooms...
We stayed in a suite, which is not small in Singapore, but it is a little different from the room price of more than 4,000. After all, breakfast is not included. Of course, the mini bar is free. The service is not timely, and there are no slippers for children. Fortunately, the staff is warm and friendly. The swimming pool is not big, but it can meet the needs. The advantage is the excellent location...
The room is very old, the door gap is very large, the light from the corridor penetrates the door gap and affects the sleep. The front desk service is morning and evening shifts, some services are good, some services are very average, very indifferent, the room of more than 4,000 is not cost-effective, it feels the same as the domestic express hotel. The mini bar in the room is full of dust... The...

My stay at Capitol Kempinski felt like an experience in 'mindful management' of an old building. While the historical structure places some limitations on the hardware, the design is excellent, striking a perfect balance between vintage charm and modern comfort. The hotel's location is convenient. The breakfast spread is rich and delicious, and the staff are very polite. It's also easy to find places to eat downstairs, especially the crab at Holy Crab, which is definitely worth trying.
Overall, the hotel was great. The cleanliness, ambiance, and service all exceeded my expectations, making for a very pleasant stay. The only minor drawback was the showerhead, but everything else was excellent.
The room facilities are complete and comfortable. It's in a great central location, making it easy to get to major attractions by taxi or subway. There are dining options right downstairs from the hotel and a mall nearby, which is really convenient for tourists. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic building. The hotel's buffet is also excellent, offering both à la carte and buffet options. The...
The showerhead in the bathroom, which is built into the wall, was moldy and hadn't been cleaned. The biggest issue was the air conditioning vent in room 340. This 'family room' was basically a king-sized room with two single beds awkwardly crammed by the window. Overall, it's a pretty standard hotel, nothing particularly impressive. 📍Raffles Hotel Singapore🇸🇬
˜☺˜ Named after Singapore's founder, Sir Stamford Raffles, this hotel has stood for 140 years. The butler service was perfect for introverts like me; it was so pleasant to just sit by the room door, sipping tea and reading. The breakfast was noteworthy, and the service at the Yi Chinese restaurant was excellent. Overall, the guests were high-quality and very friendly.
Let's not even talk about value for money when staying here. The ambiance is top-notch, an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle, with a large courtyard. The hotel is teeming with greenery, and it's connected to a shopping complex – you'll get lost without a map if you wander aimlessly. Beautiful building will historical background. Room is large with excellent bathroom.
Staff/service underwhelming due to current changes in management.
The location is good in the park. Room good too, same as photos. But the service is really bad. I might have lost something at the room and tried to reach them via email and even called them. But there was no response from them after 4 working days. Very disappointed at their service.
Got the deluxe garden and enjoyed the bathtub in the room. Just that my room was right next to the entrance so it was very convenient. Room size was great.
However maybe due to the hotel going to close down soon alot of things are not available. Buffet too expensive. No food available after 3pm. It’s quite a far and dark walk from the hotel to the city.

Location location location. The hotel is in very good location for a tourist to go around. Walking distance to many food spots. Room size is ok. The staff are super friendly and solve problems in a sec. Only you can see the maintenance of the hardware within the room needs more attention and improvement.

The hotel itself is a historic building, dating back to 1929, and it's part of the Marriott portfolio. Setting aside the Marriott brand for a moment, the overall experience is quite good. For an average price of 1500 RMB per night, including breakfast, and considering its location and the fact that it was during Chinese New Year, this is an excellent value.
It's conveniently located next to Maxwell...
This is probably the cheapest Marriott 5-star hotel. It's great for travelers who prioritize sightseeing. The room is a bit small, with only a small desk and a chair, and no sofa. The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub, but the layout is well-designed and spacious, and the shower pressure is strong and comfortable. The minibar is very nice, though I didn't use it, haha. The public areas are also small...
Beware of the ongoing construction now right beside the hotel. You may get a room with window but totally no view at all. We were fine with it.
Room was pretty small, not 24m sq, you will have difficultly getting across the other side of the bed. There’s a musky smell in the room too.
Service was just average for a 5star hotel tbh.
Good location to Maxwell food centre and train stations.
The hotel is great, with the charm of classic old world elegance, rooms are maintained and clean. Staff was friendly.
Everything was great. It's a shame the elevator doesn't go to the top floor. I had to carry my luggage down.
+ The hotel is perfectly located in Chinatown, within walking distance of two metro stations and many Michelin-starred cafes and restaurants. It's quiet, despite being next to a construction site, and feels cozy, welcoming, and friendly.
+ Staff
+ Breakfast is à la carte, with 4 sections, served from 7 AM to 11 AM. It's fast, tasty, and sufficient.
+ The room has everything necessary: an ironing board...
