The hotel is standard Ascott, you can never really go wrong! We’ve stayed at Ascott hotels multiple times, but this time the staff was not as accommodating as the other times. Usually we’re always allowed earlier check in, but this time the receptionist simply declined us. She was probably lying about the availability and made us wait “for just one more hour” - 4 hours in a row. AS SOON as her shift ended a nice man gave us a room instantly, very appreciated.

Ascott never disappoints! I've stayed at several of their hotels and have always been impressed. 😊Spacious rooms, equipped with everything you could possibly need. They've got it. It's like another home. :)

The front desk and housekeeping staff have been absolutely amazing so far. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. We'll be staying here for the next few months, and thank you for making us feel so welcome.

At first, I didn't expect much because I hadn't read any reviews about the hotel. My first impression was great because there was a long line at check-in, which means many people like the hotel. We got a room from booking.com, and the check-in process was a breeze. The only disappointment is that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The room is huge, with a bathroom, and my son loves running from the living room to the room, and the bed is also very comfortable. It's just that the automatic light in the closet can be a bit intimidating at times. :) As for the pool, it's quite difficult to navigate when booking for two days. But the reception managed to resolve the issue for me and confirm my reservation. The water temperature in the pool could be better because it's very cold. Overall, our stay at Ascott Orchard was great, and we may try Ascott Raffles in the future.

Great location but not good service. No extra blanket , only give bed cover as blanket. Breakfast not great too.

Hotel at a great location, Paragon and Ngee Ann City are just walking distance, there is also a link bridge from level 4 to Paragon. The hotel using Appelles brand of hair and body care, good for everyone hair and body needs! the only 1 negative feedback about the room is that noise on the air con vent is too loud, not easy to sleep on the 1st night. Other than this, the rest is all good! Highly recommended for shoppers who plan to stay in the heart of Orchard road.

Came at 3pm and it was very empty, so the ambience was really nice and the view of orchard is quite good too. Food was standard sushi tei fare. Tried the unagi with tea rice and that was not bad, but wouldn’t try it again as the unagi serving was small.

I will say this outlet has the best ambience. Not too sure if the food also taste better due to the ambience. Many regular staffs around. They can be understaffed at times but the food and ambience make up for it.

Selection of food would have been good if they had been restocked timely. Seems like the chef's couldn't keep up with the patrons.

Eat there at your own risk. Worth less than a star. I got food poisoning after consumed the food there. Not worth for your money. The worst buffet I ever had. Still have to queue eventhough reservation has made. First and last time to be there.
