Conrad Singapore Orchard Hotel, Singapore1 / 27Offer
8.9
Singapore, 1 Cuscaden Rd (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's service was excellent, and the rooms were very well-designed. The location is also great, very close to Airenjie Shopping Mall; you can get there by just walking down the street.
Overall, it's pretty good. It has that old money vibe. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, which isn't super convenient. The buffet was good too, but it wasn't cheap.
The hotel is very elegant, although the pool is a bit small. The rooms are excellent, and breakfast is fantastic. The elevators are quite unique, and the hotel's decor has an old-money aesthetic. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful.
I learned something new when I came to Singapore: don't throw away your mineral water bottles! The complimentary drinking water in the hotel room was so sweet and delicious! The room itself was quite spacious, more than enough for my sister and me, making it great value for money. The only downside was that I got a connecting room, and the people next door were still having a loud party at 1 AM. The...
1. The location is excellent, very close to the subway, making travel convenient. 2. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's exceptionally beautiful, and every angle is perfect for photos. 3. The room is also spacious enough, clean, and has a great view. The only drawback is the lack of a bathtub. 4. The breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, with options on both the second and first floors.
This is a great hotel! No need to bring a travel adapter, and the room was very quiet. Both the hotel and its surroundings are lovely, with convenient transportation right outside. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, and the staff were all incredibly friendly.

Hotel ..need a make a renovation..a bite old style .. In China Voco is quite new and modern
The hotel's location is super convenient, right on Orchard Road. It's surrounded by shopping malls and all sorts of facilities. The hotel staff, especially the 'aunties', are incredibly friendly, and everyone else is really enthusiastic too. Breakfast is plentiful, and you can even watch the Singapore Airshow from here.
Great location, close to the subway station, making daily commutes very convenient. I stayed for 4 nights, and on the last day, the staff didn't replenish anything. I'm not sure why.
The front desk service excellent and the server- Christine who serve us breakfast is professional as well. Location is good, but the door lock is no function. The dust drop from the air con in the during shower.
The bed and blanket were so comfy, I slept really well during my stay. I love the TWG tea bags too. Breakfast was good with various choices, mostly Asian cuisine.
A good hotel and location, near to orchard road, the breakfast is excelent

Nice environment and friendly staff.
My stay at the Sheraton this time far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The doorman proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff meticulously asked about my preferences and arranged a quiet, high-floor room. The room view was amazing, overlooking the city's beautiful scenery. The branded bathroom amenities were of high quality, and...
When I checked in the reception guy by the name Vasu looked at my Sri Lankan passport and have a strange look. I have witnessed this from Tamils at times at some other hotels. This usually happens when these people look down on Sinhalese people due to the dark past that happened in Sri Lanka. Also the other fellow at the reception raised his voice and I told him to stop that. Apparently according to...
The location is excellent, very close to Newton MRT station, which makes getting around super convenient. However, the hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are dated. Even though the air conditioning runs 24/7, there's a strong musty smell. But then again, this hotel opened in 2011, so it's understandable. It's a classic five-star hotel.
It was pretty good overall, but the front desk service attitude was really bad.
I'm staying in Sheraton Towers Hotel for my 40th birthday. Elly the reception kindly offered me a birthday cake for my birthday. Hotel is spacious and clean. Location is excellent, 3 minutes to the mrt, 1 Station away from Orchart. Breakfast is alright with different of variety. The ***** noodle is excellent. It was great stay . Good service and well maintained room . Good location .
The hotel boasts a prime location right by the bay, offering unbeatable views. It's connected to several other Fullerton buildings and is just a stone's throw away from major landmarks. The architecture itself is a beautiful example of Nanyang colonial style, making it a treat to admire.
The hotel had a great view swimming pool and the surrounding was beautiful.
This is a hotel that makes you remember and want to return to. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Fullerton Hotel. Was there for Christmas and the decorations and atmosphere were beautiful. The heritage building was also a delight to wander around in. The front desk team was friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel boasts excellent service and a superb location. Room service is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are comprehensive. Any issue can be resolved with a quick call. Best decision on location so far! Great for when all your planned activities are focused on the central region of Singapore! Marriott’s stay is amazing as always, despite the dated decor. Comfort is still impeccable and service is immaculate! Will always return again anytime I’m in Singapore to meet up with friends
This hotel is located in the bustling Orchard Road shopping district, with numerous malls and restaurants of all price ranges right downstairs. The room has a unique diamond shape, offering ample space, and the bathroom has excellent hot water.
This hotel was unexpectedly great, comparable to a four-star hotel in China. The location is superb, right above the Orchard Road MRT station, so you're literally steps away from the subway. Next to it is a shopping mall with plenty of food options on the basement level. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The twin room was spacious and very clean. The hotel offers...
Good location & good service…but The elevators are not clean, they are noisy, sometimes the room cards don't work very well in the elevator, they need to be fixed.
The facilities are a bit old. Also, there was no one to help with the luggage from the car upon arrival. The service definitely doesn't meet 5-star hotel standards.
Room is small and decor looks dated. Booked a room for daughter and friends, to enjoy after school graduation at the hotel.

Facilities: The room is spacious, and while the amenities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The pool is small. Service: After checking in, I didn't really notice any particular service from the front desk, but they were polite and helpful when I had questions. Environment: The location is very convenient! However, there aren't many dining options on the island itself, so I recommend going...
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent – just a two or three-minute walk to the aquarium and Universal Studios. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and most of them spoke Chinese. My child loved it!
The breakfast in the morning was decent, but you have to walk to another area. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a bit of a walk to the Universal Studios entrance, but there are shops and restaurants nearby. It was also very convenient to take a taxi back from the airport. You can also ask the hotel to call a taxi to the city center. The hotel provides slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste,...
The hotel's location is unbeatable! It's super close to the Sentosa Express station, Universal Studios, the S.E.A. Aquarium, the shopping street, and even the Harry Potter experience – perfect for hot weather since you won't be exposed to the sun! The only downsides are that the pool is a bit small, and breakfast is shared with other hotels and is a bit of a walk away.
The location is unbeatable for families, just a short walk (or monorail ride) to Universal Studios Singapore, the beaches, S.E.A. Aquarium, and other attractions. The room was spacious, with an elegant, art-inspired design that feels upscale yet welcoming, the mini bar was fully stocked and free.
Nice hotel but with problems. Our stay was ok but we were kept awake by building work close to hotel which was going on for 24 hours every day, we was not informed of this when we booked, all information should be given when booking. This is a great hotel it is very close to public transportation, hawker markets, restaurants and Chinatown. Hotel is just 3 minutes walk Tanjong Pagar Station with lots of food options nearby. Hotel is veryclean and nice, staff are amazing. Will definitely come back
Enjoyed a 4 night stay here in late January. It was good value, we booked a Deluxe room and it is as you would expect, clean and decent size but nothing special. I enjoyed using the pool and outdoor gym in the morning, they were never busy. Rooftop bar is ok - good view but the drinks are quite expensive, around 20SGD for a beer.
Excellent service from the minute you stepped in to the hotel. They accommodate early check-in if the room is available. Awesome location to CBD. Supermarket and 7-eleven are close by.
After my business was done, I deliberately stayed an extra night to enjoy Vietnam's 'Little Paris of the East,' but honestly, I was a bit disappointed! A little pricey but I’ve no complaints about the hotel. Complimentary drinks (3 soft drinks + 1 beer + 2 water) and snacks (2 small packs) in the hotel room. Booked a sea-view twin room. First, upon check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number. Then the elevator card wouldn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to sort it out again, which was really annoying. But they did give me two drink vouchers for the 25th-floor bar.
