We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The amenities were excellent and everything was very well maintained. There was a fantastic variety of food options available, and every meal we had was absolutely delicious.
A special mention goes to the team at the Sanctuary Tea Room — especially the lovely Filipino lady who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warmth and attentiveness really made our experience extra special.
The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to Universal Studios and the Oceanarium, which made our trip so convenient and stress-free.
Overall, a superb stay with great service, delicious food, and an unbeatable location. We’ll definitely be back again!

This 'family room' was basically a king-sized room with two single beds awkwardly crammed by the window. Overall, it's a pretty standard hotel, nothing particularly impressive. The facilities are a bit old, but thankfully well-maintained. Breakfast had limited variety, on par with what you'd find at a typical chain hotel in China. The environment was decent; they even have a few peacocks on the property. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant; guests get a 20% discount, so it was reasonably priced.

Was so surprised to see peacocks displaying their feathers! And they even upgraded us to a pool suite for free, so overall I'm quite satisfied.

the hotel is truly high class and atmosphere is very relaxing and tranquility, the rooms are big and spacious, clean and quiet, the bed and pillows are just nice and comfortable, give us a really good sleep, bathroom is nice and clean, full amenities provided, lots of greenery environment, lots of endemic trees and shrubs surrounds the area, which make us feel peaceful, location within sentosa is great and accessible, quality service provided by the friendly and helpful staff, really value for money and recommended.

The room looks exactly like the pictures online, no photo trickery here, in fact, it's even better in person! If you head down the slope and turn right, there's a bus stop where you can catch BUS A directly to Universal Studios and the aquarium area. The complimentary S$30 voucher is great for ordering a pizza or a big burger at the restaurant. My tip: if your flight lands around 4 PM, skip eating at the airport. Go straight to the hotel after taking pictures with the 'Madagascar' vortex for a delicious and well-priced dinner. For breakfast, you'll need to find what suits your taste, as some of the Southeast Asian options weren't quite to my liking. The front desk had two staff members who spoke Chinese, and one intern who spoke Chinese was particularly patient and lovely.

Decide to try this place because of the entertainer 1-for-1 promo. It’s a quiet and romantic place with views overlooking to the pool.

Food wise I’m glad I made good choices, ribeye was good and cod was fantastic. Though the ribeye was smaller than expected, but I really like the thinness of it and how the flavours are rich and infused.

The starter bread and spread was awesome! We had mushroom soup and fries to share as starters and they taste delicious.

Desserts were good as well, love the fondant cake and churros.

Ultimately the food price was very reasonable considering we had a couple of starters and desserts. We did not order any drinks but they serve complimentary water.

Had Sunday brunch. Aren’t many varieties but quality of foods are good. The desserts such as dark chocolate cheesecake, macrons, strawberry shortcake and dark chocolates pieces are delicious.

Hands down my favourite buffet and weekend brunch in Singapore. It's not cheap but you pay for what you get. $128++ inclusive of free flow mocktails, tea, juices and soft drink. Quality food ok Sunday 12.30 to 3pm, with a live band.

Good atmosphere with a variety of food. They usually have a set menu. It is reasonable price and good quality :D

Only one word to describe the food - heavenly!!!
Although I haven't tried the a la carte menu; went for a special occasion and had a vegetarian menu reserved in advance. The food and service were both impeccable!!
I was so delighted with the freshness, flavour and presentation of every course! Will definitely be back to try some of the dishes off the regular menu!
