Clean, excellent location, and complimentary water, coffee, and tea. Towels are available for an extra charge.

Make sure to keep your personal belongings secure; one of my jackets was taken during my stay, and the hotel didn't offer any solutions or assistance. Also, be prepared with your own slippers, towels, and toiletries before checking in, otherwise, it's quite inconvenient. The location, however, is good, being close to the subway.

It's easy to get lost because it's only about a minute's walk from BEAT1932, and the reception closes at 7 PM. Although there's a kitchen space, it doesn't even have a microwave. I don't think it's suitable for long-term stays.

Consider good but only the thing is no privacy haha as compare to other hostel, and it is very cold during nighttime due to aircons + fans and I get flu on 1st day 🥹

It’s a well kept hostel, the cleaners are working around the clock. There are loads of people in and out. The man at reception was great and was able to sort out my room change quickly. If you have a later flight, you could use the luggage storage area until 7pm and go about sightseeing. The only downside is the early check out and later checking. 11am/3pm. They do give you a lovely itinerary though.

I came back from work to rest and feel so disappointed to know that my bedsheets n pillow have been cleared by one of the long-term staying guestsvhere who thinks she can do whatever she pleases.first day ,she talks so loud on the phone and then,this. I HAVE paid for my bed so it does not matter if I come back or not.She does not work here and have no right to meddle with my bed.
OVERALL, very clean and staffs are friendly,from housekeeping to frontdesk.THUMBS UP! Halal food is available about 5min walk.(beside the StateCourt) or just grab from 7-11 at late night when tummy calls for food.

The room that I booked is actually mixed with everyone so I asked to the receptionist to put me in all the girls I add a bit but it's worth it coz that time 2 of us only in the room not too much noise...just suggestions about off and on of aircon I hope next time it should be on time because it's hot inside without aircon but I had a nice stay thank u soo much for the very approachable receptionist good job...🫡🫰

The calamari starter was a bit overpriced for the portion served.

The pasta was done well and pricing reasonably.

Did not appreciate that the guests at the table by the door was allowed to smoke (arsh tray provided) and the fresh cool breeze blew the smell and tarnished the experience.
