The trip was canceled and the same complaint about writing off the full amount for accommodation on the day of booking, they promise to return in 30 days, but why, if no prepayment is required, they use other people's money for 30 days. After such an attitude, I do not want to contact this hotel at all on future trips. The booking support service has not yet resolved the issue with the hotel, despite the fact that when making a reservation it was clearly written that no prepayment was required.

I don't know where the good reviews come from. Our room is noisy (you can hear the neighboring room as if you were there) and every service has to be asked for. Breakfast was ordered for 8 o'clock after consultation, it only comes when you call (after a delay of well over 1:15)
Room service does not come despite the service lamp switched on, but only on request sometime in the afternoon.
The interior tries to be hip but looks unfinished.

We wish to work on the service, punctuality and cleanliness. Next time we will look for another hotel.

I write - they say within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Okay too. It takes 30 days - there is no money. I called - accepted, we will transfer the information to the reservation department, they will call you back. Don't call back. I write to the mail - do not answer. We will continue. In general, the question can be solved, but why was the prepayment removed from me when it was stated that it was not required? Why keep my money for 30 days? Why don't they return after this period? Unprofessional.
