Great boutique hotel in great location! Walking distance to all attractions in center - 2 small blocks from Aleksandrovsky Sad, Kremlin and Red Square. Streets with lights also very close. Cozy and clean rooms in hotel, super friendly and welcoming service, additional thank you to Alexander on reception and managers Alexey (dyadya Lesha) and Sergey (kapitan 2 ranga), who made my stay easy and memorable. Great cafes around. Definitely try cafe Severyane which is 1 min away from the hotel. My next time in Moscow I won't look for anything else, I'll definitely stay in this hotel.

Normal hotel. Polite staff. There is food delivery to the room from the restaurant. Underground parking at the hotel is a separate issue ....... The center of Moscow, of course. I advise you to first inspect the entrance on foot ......

Hotel in the center of Moscow. The service is good. Underground parking is free, it is better to call in advance. Inside is cozy and clean. The price for the rooms, in connection with the Coronovirus, is half the price. You can order delicious food to your room from the Ugolyok restaurant. Expensive?. Walk to Red Square - 10-15 minutes

Great experience here. Stayed for one week. Comfortable, large, clean room and bathroom. Very friendly staff who were very helpful since I don't speak a lick of Russian. Great location near Kremlin and Conservatory. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. They are not greedy, will provide with help free of charge - water was complimentary, allowed late checkout w/o charge. Helped with registration of tourist without charge. The rooms have a strict no smoke policy. The only improvement I can suggest is breakfast as the menu was same everyday, which I think is common in Russia(?).
Definitely recommend staying in this place, however you must note this is not a 5star facility and set your expectations accordingly. The staff is amazingly helpful.
Location wise it’s best as red square is at walking distance and so is Arabat street. Metro stations are on walking distance.

Stayed in this hotel in the first week of May 2014 with my wife. For some reason, with no explanation or warning, the front desk chose to give us a room with a disabled bathroom. Since we've never been in one, we didn't realize that it is a disabled bathroom. So for a week, we've suffered in the toilet and while having bath in the 80cm X 80cm shower cabinet. I've uploaded the photos, if you'd like to have a look at... Only while checking out, the representative told us that that particular room is the only one in the hotel and couldn't tell us why we were given that room. Ignorant attitude, made me feel.
The staff of the hotel is kind and helpful, no complaints there but the rooms' floors are covered with thick carpets, which are almost impossible to clean properly. So you can imagine what happens when you step on the carpet after having a shower.. Some other visitor's hair stick to your foot... And the same carpet of course causes a bad smell in the rooms... I say roomS, because we've been in more than one room.
The WiFi coverage is weak and the access points are hard to connect but once you get to connect, the bandwidth looks reasonable.
I'd give a two-star only but the kind hotel staff deserved one more. So there you go, three stars... It's okay...
