Despite the room being basic. The service was very sweet and warm service. There are beach towels available upon request if you wanna go to the beach. There are a few within walking distance. We loved the little town. Also, as many said - the breakfast was AMAZING! The lady helping us was so nice and friendly!

We stayed at Hotel La Goleta in Llançà, Spain, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is family-run, and that really shows. The care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from all the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. We arrived in late November 2025 and were delighted to find the hotel beautifully decorated from top to bottom for Christmas. The lights, Christmas trees, and festive decorations created a lovely atmosphere. Even Santa’s grotto elves would have been impressed 🙂 We stayed for three weeks as we were in the area for the arrival of a new baby and a christening at the local church, which made the trip extra special. Llançà itself was quiet but festive, and a very pleasant place to spend time. Our thanks go to the family owners and all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and memorable. We would happily return. Ps Recommend taking a Spanish extn lead with a few outlets as the hotel room might not cater for all your powered items i.e. laptop, phone(s), iPad, power banks e.t.c.

The room is a bit small, apart from that, everything is perfect!!! Especially the reception and waiter in the restaurant!! They helped us a lot and so kind!!!!! Highly recommended this hotel!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. It is an older property with old fashioned keys to each room and the like. I think it fits the character of the town and is a nice alternative to modern industrial hotels that lack character.

Lovely hotel close to the restaurants, beach and port. Only stayed for one night. Kind and attentive service, clean rooms, reasonable price with good breakfast included. Loved the checkout until 12.

Rated as a two star, except for the noise it would be three star, staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the sea and good parking around, quite area, only the inside of the hotel can be noisy (echos) very good breakfeast very clean hotel, enjoy.

A cute and unique hotel in the heart of Llançà's port area. We stayed in a budget room for two nights. There was a lot to like about the hotel. Nicely decorated throughout, comfy beds with good quality linen. Immaculately clean. Generous breakfast which was served in a nearby restaurant overlooking the harbour. (This was due to renovations to the hotels terrace area.)Lots of hot water and powerful showers. Good WiFi.
The negatives were very dated furnishings in the room, a bathroom door which didn't close properly. The bathroom was very old fashioned and ready for an upgrade. We were on a lower than ground floor level so the window had no view. There was often a bad smell from the drains in the corridor leading to the room. No bar or room service available, Just a coffee machine which you had to put 1 euro into each time and it wasn't great coffee.
The staff leave at 9 and you have a code to enter the hotel after that time.
I think it would be a great place to stay if paying a little more for an upgraded room.
