Hotel Florida in Tossa de Mar

Hotel Florida has been our family favorite for 10 years!
We can always trust that the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We love seeing them every year. We love that it is family owned.
We really like the rooftop jacuzzi after a day at the beach.

Great value! Great staffs, great location. Rooms have balconies and clean. On the roof there are two great jacuzzi with a fantastic view of Tossa De Mar. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast buffet was always well stocked, and the room was always clean.
The hotel was generally quiet at night, but the walls between the rooms are a bit thin so I guess it depends on your neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay in hotel Florida again in the future!

As the title says, it was a wonderful experience, not only for the customer service but also for the room, the breakfast, the jacuzzi, the location, etc. Price was also reasonably okay. I highly recommend this hotel because of that. Thank you.

We stayed here for almost a week, with my girlfriend. It was amazing! The hotel is literally 100meters away from the main beach! The room is your typical hotel room with a bed and a bathroom, but the balcony we got was spacious. The hotel staff is really, i mean really nice and attending! Anytime we had a question about where to go, what to do etc, they were happy to help with a smile! Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was really great and fresh every day. The price of the stay was also fair! Absolutely recommend staying here, if you’re coming to Tossa De Mar!:)

This place was amazing. The room was super clean, the beds comfortable, steps away from the beach, and the morning breakfast was full of fresh fruit, fresh pastries, and assortment of meats and cheeses. More than anything the staff were gracious and kind, you really felt the family run vibe, resulting in attention to detail and a pleasurable stay. We will return for sure.

We took a couple of days here as it was near to Girona Airport, on our way further down. We wished we had stayed for a lot longer. Everyone smiles! We had a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Chill jazz or ratpack music plays in the background for a very chill vibe. We relaxed immediately. Our room faced the back of the hotel, overlooking the parking lot behind, which was just as well as the building opposite at the front was being renovated. We could see our car was secure behind electronic gates and under cover, and the parking cost of E20 a day, although high, was worth it as there is very little in the ancient town. Our room was spotless and the bed comfy. The only little niggle was that the shower hose over the bath was too short to reach the clip on the wall so standing under it was not an option. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar and a luscious breakfast each morning. The hotel is right in the middle of the action, with everything in short walking distance. We were very sad to leave. Some days after we left, I realised I had left my watch behind. Contacting them, they made a search and found it, so we are currently organising its return. Nothing really is too much trouble! We will certainly be going back. Enjoy!

Really good hotel for the price! Close to the beach and pretty clean and nice rooms. I will come back again for sure!

Only bad thing about the hotel was the the sound insulation. You could clearly hear when someone walking outside the door.

A lovely hotel situated minutes from the beach and the heart of the town. If you are travelling by car there is a on site car park which is quite rare in this area. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean but not modern , the beds are comfortable and you have everything you need . The balcony is a great place to people watch . There is no pool but a rooftop area with sun loungers and 2 hot tops. The views from there are lovely . The breakfast is continental style with good quality coffee. You are surrounded by many good restaurants with many offering fixed price menus which are very good value. If your looking for a chilled out place to stay in typical Catalonian town then you will be very pleased to stay here. Everything is within walking distance and if you fancy visiting Barcelona for the day the bus station is a 10 minute walk .

Great hotel! The lady working in the lobby was wonderful and welcoming. Hotel rooms were perfect and breakfast was amazing. Location was also great. Highly recommend this spot.
