excellent facilities with bike garage, 3 pools, bar and excellent staff.

Good sports hotel. Some services are a bit below 4 star standard. Breakfast is more like 3 star. Safe in room is extra charged. Room isnt cleaned daily. No towels awailible at pool.

Nice big rooms. A bit out of the way. 17 mins brisk walk to the port. No kids food at all, everybody gets the same. Nice for adults. Come prepared with mosquito defences as the complex has ponds within its grounds. Forget staying in the evening for entertainment as you would be eaten alive. Hence you are forced into town. 5 euro in a taxi. Taxi back pointless as the waiting time is far longer than the walking time. Air conditioning failed in the restaurant, bit of an issue when it's been 40 degrees all week. Taking them far too long to get it fixed. Would not return anytime soon as other resorts offer far more for our two young children. I hate people who complain about hotels so take this as an advisory rather than a customer complaint. We will still enjoy the holiday. ?

Pretty good. As a family summer hotel it was too far away from the beach and center although it was nice with the free beach shuttle. Limited tours and to the very end of the beach farest away from city. 15 minutes walk to the beach or city center. Small shop close to the hotel and a big one 10 minutes away. Taxi 5-6 euro to beach or center. Nice city and beach in East end.
Room was okay but had ants in every room as well as on the terrace. Hotel had tennis and padel which was nice (12-20 euro) . Also nice fitness room. The pool was okay but not clean the first 4 days. Bike rental was not open in summer time. Rental at 2gocycling was not good. When delivered more failures that had to be fixed before I wanted to ride it. Among others a very cracked front tire so remember to check the bike very carefully before taking off to the mountains. Fantastic ride to the light house and the tower which you as well can bike. Look after goats on the road going down hill in high speed!!!
By the way, you can walk over the hill to Cala Sant Vicenc but it's very rocky walk up hill and not gravel road before you reach the top. Expect one hour walk without small children. Airport is 80 euro.

Nice staff, nice pools, rooms practical but a bit tired looking. Food good and plentiful if a bit repetitive. Great for families with young children.
