Aparthotel Playa Dorada in Sa Coma

We stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the only positive things I can mention are its location and the beautiful view from the balcony. Everything else was a real letdown. When we arrived (2 adults and 2 kids), we were greeted by a very rude woman at the reception who didn’t even allow the kids to take a candy from the bowl on the counter. The Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area. We live in a modern world where free Wi-Fi should be accessible everywhere, not just in the lobby! If you wanted Wi-Fi in your room, you had to pay separately for each device, which is absolutely unacceptable. Beach towels were also charged at 5 € each, and if you wanted to change them, you had to pay another 5 €. Of course, we didn’t take them and used our own. In the room, there was only one small piece of soap for everyone, and it was never replaced. We had to buy our own liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo - that was shocking for a hotel of this price range. The hotel operates on an “all-inclusive” basis, but the food was very simple and became repetitive after a couple of days. There was no quality alcohol, the cocktails were terrible, and the coffee was awful instant coffee. The kids’ club was open only for one hour in the morning, and the evening “mini disco” lasted just 15 minutes. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It is overpriced, and for the same money, you can find a much better place to stay!

Nice place and location. The food was horrible and the entertainment in the evening was so so loud thus I would not call it family friendly. The music stopped at 23 but this hotel and the neighbor hotel simultaneously had so loud music for hours that you couldn’t fall asleep or relax at the place doing the evening. If you don’t have kids and expect to go to bed after 23 it is okay.
