The view is amazing. You can watch the sun go down over El Gomera, as the swifts come to nest in the cracks between the rocks that make up the walls. The area around the bar is pleasant, we found the staff very helpful and friendly. There are loads of sunbeds, it was lovely and quiet and very relaxing. We stayed in a three bed apartment. We knew it was 3 stars and weren't expecting much, but we were disappointed. Staff were really good at getting things sorted (we complained about a broken door and it was sorted really quickly), but we would have been over to reception several times if we'd complained about everything that wasn't right. Broken chairs, broken toaster, no toilet roll holders, only 1 towel rail, a shower screen that was far too small to stop water going on the floor, the list goes on. The rooms were really big and the wardrobes were massive. Despite all this though, I'd love to go back.

This is by no way a three star apartment/ hotel. The beds were the worst we've slept on , my back's in bits. The rooms are really run down & in need of a total refurbish. Theres very little cuttlery or glasses & our room 116 was filthy dirty when we got here. The furniture is falling apart & theres cockroaches running around the bathroom & kitchen. The only good point is the view.

A nice quiet hotel with what is needed for a decent stay. Good points *hotel restaurant and bar , food is good, reasonably priced. *plenty of sunbeds , no one fighting for them. *gorgeous view *pool is nice. Bad points *our room was on the road side and was so noisy we barely slept all week *most staff seem unhappy, friendly but unhappy *it is no good for anyone with mobility issues *Bed in rooms uncomfy and pillows terrible. Minimal entertainment for kids. It’s a good 25 min walk down to the beach etc. Taxi back up is best advice. This hotel could have more going on but I suspect they’re up against other hotels that aren’t so far away from the centre. We would come back here but I’d be requesting a room away from the main road.

The rooms were very basic and, unfortunately, we found cockroaches. The bed was so hard that I barely slept the entire week. Our bed sheets were not changed once, despite us leaving the “clean my room” sign out. The staff were extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in interacting with guests. The food was absolutely disgusting and ended up giving us upset stomachs. Everything was also extremely overpriced. This place is basically just a room and a pool — there is no entertainment at all, and it is definitely not suitable for children. Another issue was around the pool. We left our towels on the sun loungers for 10 minutes after being there all day while we quickly popped to the shop, leaving behind our drinks too (1L water and 1L Fanta Lemon). When we came back, the lifeguard had thrown all of our things in the bin. One of the worst experiences happened when the Muay Thai club downstairs finished for the day. Around 20 men and one woman came running up to the pool while we were swimming and jumped straight in. They were dripping in sweat and were clearly using the pool to wash themselves off. Only one of them showered before getting in. It was absolutely disgusting, and we got out of the pool immediately. The location also isn’t great. It’s miles away from everything. Walking down takes around 25 minutes, which is manageable, but walking back up is not something you’d want to do — even taxis seemed to struggle. The only positive thing about this apartment was the view at night. Other than that, I definitely would not stay here again.

We booked this holiday for 1 week as. Family , we stayed in room 202, well what a waste of money , the room ws dark and miss matched, the furniture was damaged broken and old , the sofa bed was broken and kept folding in whilst sleeping on it , reported to reception and the staff were rude and unprofessional. Entertainment was advertised, but nothing was on ever. Asked for fresh towels were 2 euro , 10.00 euro deposit.

We stayed here from 12 /2/26 for a week. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. We loved the place. Accommodation was little dated, but had everything we needed for our stay and more. The complex was really clean and the staff nice and friendly. The pool area was lovely and the pool bar reasonably priced. The food was great for breakfasts, snacks and evening meal. The view is fantastic. If you like being a bit further out, with the calmness and views this afforded, then this place is a great value option. You can't avoids the hills! Do not underestimate them and if you have poor mobility this is not the place for you. I do feel that there should be a way of getting cases bought up from the barrier to reception. It was fine for us but we did end up helping out some guests who were struggling. The walk in to resort was fine, (if a bit hard on the knees) and we walked back up a number of times. it was easy enough to grab a taxi back up.

We had a really disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel in Costa Adeje, mainly due to the attitude and lack of help from reception staff, poor housekeeping, and the complete lack of action from management. On the second night (a Sunday), our room was not cleaned, which we understood. However, we had no clean towels at all to shower with. When we went to reception to ask for towels, we were told we had to pay for pool towels, even though towels are a basic necessity. We were then told there were none available and were advised to reuse our dirty, wet towels, which was completely unacceptable. The following morning, our room still was not properly cleaned. Only the bin was emptied and a few towels were left. Throughout our stay, our beds were only made twice, and on multiple days we were not provided with clean towels, meaning we had to go to reception just to be able to shower. We also had ongoing issues with our key card, which constantly stopped working. We were repeatedly told not to keep it near our phones, but even when we didn’t, the card still failed every time we returned to the room. On one occasion, we were locked out with no shoes on and called reception to ask if someone could bring a key. The response was rude, and the staff member told us we had to go to reception ourselves and then hung up while we were still speaking. The room door itself was also broken, which only added to these issues. One morning, a cleaner entered our room while we were sleeping, started shouting at us, and said she was not going to clean the room because it was messy, waking us up. This was extremely unprofessional. We were later told we should have used the “do not disturb” sign; however, we were never given one at the start of our stay. The cleaner later threw it on the floor to show us. Even without the sign displayed, basic respect and professionalism should still apply when guests are clearly asleep. We raised all of these issues with the manager and reception staff during our stay, but nothing was done to resolve them. After returning home, I also emailed the hotel to formally complain and have received no reply at all, which further shows the lack of care for guests and their concerns. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, repeated key issues, rude staff, poor housekeeping, and the complete lack of response or action from management completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Although I would like to add the staff at the pool bar were lovely and had great food and drinks! And the amount of staff I have contacted about the issues have been no help at all. it’s been 2 months since emailing about the problems we had during our stay We have had no response so I then contacted on instagram and they told me they would look into this and never got back to me!

Can't fault the place for the money we paid, big spacious apartment we had with amazing views, lovely pool area and bar, friendly staff, and a onsite supermarket for everything you need, it's a 25min walk to the beach and we only paid 5 Euros back up the hill tho we once walked to los cristianos and back and walked to los americas twice to meet friends so we ain't frightened of a little exercise, would definitely recommend, I stayed in a 5 star hotel last year in Costa adeje and enjoyed this much more would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

stayed for one week in feb in a studio. I rented a car from autoriesen at the airport and this saved the transfer costs. the car rental was reasonable and there is plenty of parking at the Hotel. the studio was spacious and convenient to the excellent value on site supermarket. Speaking of value, the Happy hour each evening 6-8pm meant that drinks could be had at very very cheap prices. the food was also good value and a varied choice available at both breakfast and dinner. the apartments are up a very steep hill but we walked down into Adeje on several occasions and a taxi back was less than 6 euros. some other guests did put us off a bit with their late night noise but otherwise this was a great place to stay. the pool was warm enough to swim in the public areas were all super clean. everything worked well in the studio and I would gladly return
