Cheap cheerful however in summary if you've watched the inbetweeners film i'd say this sums up the room no aircon shower was cold extremely basic ceiling fan was wobbling about all night making a write old racket however room was clean and staff were very polite and helpful despite confusion booking in you have to visit the big hotel opposite from what i gather it is the same owner or is manahed by them and this is also where breakfast was served

Awful experience, smelly rooms, old furniture, nothing was in the toilet not even soap no bath gel.
Worst experience ever. Can't imagine this kind of hotel service exist in a place like Mallorca.

I nearly fainted when I saw the state of the room. It hadn't been cleaned at all. The floor was covered in dust and suspicious stains, so much so that we didn't dare walk barefoot. The beds were so filthy that I had to sleep on my bath towel (hair, orange/red stains on the sheets...). And what about the bathroom? Well, it was impossible to wash. The bathtub was dirtier than it would have been in an abandoned house. Hair everywhere, disgusting stains... In short, washing in the sea is much more hygienic. Oh yes, and an important detail: there's no reception. This hotel is a ghost town. You have to go to the 4-star hotel across the street, which couldn't care less about our complaints about the state of the room. Not to mention the room itself, which inspires anxiety and claustrophobia. Conclusion: run away, even for that price, you're better off sleeping on the beach.

The whole hotel smells very badly. You cannot flush the toilet properly, the shower and the sink tap are spraying water all over the place and you don’t even have a clothes hanger in the bathroom. There is only one outlet in the whole room. The better option is to stay at the hotel right over the road.

The only thing that is halfway "good" is the location, the rest leaves a lot to be desired; the room looked very old and run down, the shower looked like it was from the last century and the worst of all was the cleanliness of the room. We had a very bad experience because my partner left his headphones in the room when we were returning to the airport due to carelessness, we called while we were still at the airport and the hotel completely ignored us. Terrible management on their part.

The hotel is located across from the main hotel, where check-in and breakfast take place. The room is truly minimal, in line with the price paid. Cleanliness is reasonable, though the towels smelled damp and the tub drain had a foul odor. The rest of the room was in line with the low price paid. I recommend this place for its location and the excellent breakfast buffet included. Very friendly staff.

The worst accommodation I have ever seen. A cockroach was crawling in the bathroom. toilet dirty and bathroom rusty. there was mold built into the cabinet. The ceiling fan was full of dust right above the bed. All very very worn. I do not recommend this accommodation!

Located near the centre this hostel is a cheap place to stay. Unfortunately the interieur and services are not really up-to-date. Warm water will only be available for around 30 seconds - if you visit Mallorca in March be sure to keep that in mind. Otherwise it is ok - you get what you paid for...

Friendly staff.great atmosphere in bar area which seemed popular with locals who were enjoying the outside barbeque facilities cooked by staff the food looked and smelt great although didn't sample it myself.What let the place down was the lack of air-conditioning.Our room was small with a ceiling fan but it did nothing 2 cool the room and had a sleepless night because of it 😟 we booked for two nights but only stayed one.
