Hotel THB Gran Playa - Adults Only

The room was clean and tidy, I really liked it. We had bathrobes on the bed and a wonderful surprise of free cocktails. Incredible. The sea view is better on the top floor. The food is great but it's bad that they don't serve drinks with dinner, you have to buy them.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! All the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help.

The buffet offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was well-stocked, and clearly prepared with care. The dining area itself was always very clean and well-organized, with a calm and civilised atmosphere that made every meal enjoyable.

Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed every 2–3 days, which we appreciated. The location is also a big plus—just a 10-minute walk (at most) to the bus station with direct connections to Alcudia and Palma. There are plenty of souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful—nothing like the chaos we dealt with last year in S'Arenal.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, quality getaway. We’d happily return!

Rooms are a bit small but for a couple they will do. I loved how clean the hotel was, always had a nice smell when passing the front doors and the location. Being on the central street I expected noise but we slept like a baby, very good isolated. Staff are amazing and so nice and helpful, only thing I disliked was the check in as it took ages I understand is the new Spanish law , but after a long flight you just want to sleep. I stayed here 4 nights for a solo summer getaway and it was absolutely perfect. My room was lovely, I had a private balcony, and the swimming pool was lovely. I was surprised by how good the buffet breakfast was too, with lots of choice and good quality products. When I next come back to Mallorca, I know where to come.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile.
We will be coming back soon.

A beautiful vacation!

If someone is interested in Hotel THB Gran Playa, here are some of my considerations about the location at the end of my 7 day vacation.

The THB Gran Playa Hotel is excellently located, in the center of the Can Picafort and very close to the beach and within easy reach of the most important points of interest, by walking.

Very good accommodation, impeccable cleanliness everywhere, extremely professional, kind and friendly staff, from reception, restaurant, bar to maids, without exception.

Food was excellent cooked, fresh, tasty, many choices for both breakfast and dinner. Everything is very well organized, they pay attention to all details!

My room no 147 was a bit small from my point of view...always bumped into the desk being positioned so close to the bed.

I would maybe have liked the closets to be a bit more extensive....the space inside is a bit insufficient for 2 people.

The Jacuzzi on the 4th floor unfortunately is not efficient at all as it is no longer working at full capacity, it only has 4 working jets left that makes it inefficient.

Nice pool place, well maintained, very clean water in the pool.

I didn't exactly feel comfortable on the metal sunbeds by the pool as they are extremely stiff and you are always bumping into them but also narrow for some of the more plump people.

All in all, it was a very nice vacation here, I will definitely come back.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I'm very pleased with the hotel, room was spacious and had all the things needed. It was cleaned daily and had air con. It's located close to the beach and entertainment center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We were really satisfied with our stay at THB Gran Playa. The service was very good and they give attention to your needs. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and they get cleaned each day. The breakfast was great and they even had other options for us because of the lactose allergy, like a lactose free yoghurt. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July and were not disappointed at all. Rooms smaller than we expected, but it was no problem for us. The added bonus of the umbrella and beach towel was great. We had half board, dinner was varied and acceptable although we preferred to dine in local restaurants that were recommended to us at reception.

The location is exceptional, right next to the beach and bars where you can go for a drink. On the corner there is a wooden bar which is part of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy the nightlife of Can Picafort and the staff is very friendly.

The staff speaks perfect English (although not all of them).We enjoyed it very much!

Special mention to Ana at the reception for her friendliness, helpfulness and approachability. Thanks to her we were able to discover little gems of the island and for your warm welcome!

And to Marlon at the bar for his dancing during the entertainment days and for preparing the best strawberry daikiri in the area for my wife. Thank you!
