The hotel is clean and well laid out the staff friendly and attentive The hotel is just a few minutes walk to a great beach and shops.. The food is very good with lots of choice. There’s a spa but you have to change in your room I guess because there’s no changing facilities at the spa.

We came for a cycling training camp with the family. Rooms are very spacious and the buffet is really good value. Compared with other places we had being in Europe, this is so good! Full of variety and healthy options available. The pools are clean, and the beach is near. Recommend for all type of families. The best of the hotel - though - is the staff. All of the staff are great! They always their best. Special mention to Saray Munoz, her smile is contagious. Nothing is too much trouble and make sure we felt at home!

Very nice Hotel. Great service, great pool area. I liked the easy access to the pool bar and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice kids club. Rooms was also nice. We stayed in block 3 which I can recommend.

Very nice (all inclusive) hotel near the beach and main road with all shops in Alcúdia. Great staff that make your stay pleasant, specially the bar staff (Sarah (Malibu special!), Nico and others). Good food (bit crowded inside, better sit outside ) and spacious rooms, a bit old but well kept clean (thanks Lola).

We have just returned from a 5day stay from this hotel. We stayed on the third floor, and went all inclusive. The staff were friendly upon arrival. As soon as we entered the hotel room there was an awful smell that was repulsive. We told several cleaners but from start to finish of our stay the smell got worse and lingered. The children mentioned that there wasn’t much food selection.

Firstly, let me say I don’t normally return to the same hotel more than once or twice — but Zafiro Tropic has become a rare exception. Since our first visit in 2022, we’ve now stayed three times, and I’m already looking to book again for October for half term. Travelling as a solo adult with a 10-year-old daughter and elderly parents, it’s not always easy to find somewhere that feels safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all of us — but Zafiro Tropic ticks every box. Each visit has been consistently excellent, and our most recent stay in August 2025 was especially meaningful, as we celebrated a family birthday after a difficult year. There’s a full program of daily activities for all ages. We went as a package like hundreds of others as a family with children, grandparents & friends with their family. This hotel is geared up for family,s & associated entertainment they do this very well. All inclusive gave us a great choice of drinks and food. Every day you could always find something to your liking from the buffet. Guests were down early to put towels on the sunbeds you had to do this or you simply did not get a sunbed, its dissapointing to see grown ups arguing at this when they dont get their preffered spot. The pools were good and catered for everyone just make sure you get a towel on or you will not get a sunbed. The rooms were cleaned every day we only had one day when they didnt. The concierge service was very good and there was nearly always more than one they were very friendly polite and knowledgeable. Restraunt & bar staff were superb and a credit to the owners it was all well managed great staff. The children thought it was brilliant and engaged in all the activitys they loved the bubble pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. A special shoutout goes to Miguel, the waiter in the lounge bar. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Miguel made us feel welcome every evening and always remembered our favorite drinks. His service added a personal touch that really stood out during our stay. Highly recommended – especially if you're looking for great hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere.

Just back from a week here and we were very fortunate with the weather and it was hot for most of the week. We had a top floor penthouse room with the added bonus of a large roof top terrace with a hot tub-also had an outdoor shower, seating and tables with a glass balcony providing stunning views. For anyone with mobility issues this room may not be suitable as there are steep stairs up to the rooftop terrace. The living room/kitchen had a couch (did have a pull out bed underneath, tv, table and chairs and a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, pots and pans and crockery/glass wear- all the basics were met. There was also a small balcony with table and chairs off this room. The bathroom had a great walk in shower with toiletries and plenty of towels to use. Main bedroom had a very large bed and wardrobe but no tv which was a bit strange. The restaurant/bar was good with decent food being served and good drinks and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff with the service being quick and efficient. You can use band to put drinks/food onto your room and settle this on check out. The pools were quite decent. The small children’s pool with inflatable was great fun and the pool next to it got the sun most the day. We also enjoyed the ‘chill out’ pool which had amazing sunbeds and great water therapy areas. A good place to go to read a book or sleep. The kids pirate ship and play area is great for younger kids. Beach is literally 5 minutes walk down the road and there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel in either direction. Plenty to do. The not so good.. We asked for the air conditioning to be on as it was really hot in the rooms during the night but we were told that because it was pre season they would not knock this on and needed plenty of complaints for something to be done- does customer comfort not count if the hotel is under occupied and it is pre season? If it is hot the air conditioning should be on! Asked at the front desk if there was any entertainment on during the week to be told Friday (that is when it starts) however it was on for the two nights before and the animation team had started their program during the day but there was no program etc so we didn’t know what was on and when. What a shame! The large main pool was used from dawn until dusk by triathletes with no availability for holiday makers. This should have been communicated by jet 2 and by the hotel prior to anyone’s stay as it was the largest and warmest pool at the hotel. I felt quite sorry for the guests staying right beside the pool as it was quite noisy even at 630-7am every single morning and we could hear it right over in our room. Hotel rules were also not followed ie no bikes allowed in lifts. It was also a bit strange when cleaners and hot tub maintenance let themselves in through a door on the upper terrace, irrespective of whether you were sleeping/sitting/eating.. maybe a knock on the d
