Zafiro Tropic in Alcudia

Excellent location, 5 min from the beach and shops/restaurants/bars . We were there with our 2 year old, and extended family and the staff couldn’t do enough for you the whole trip. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. Great value for money. Great atmosphere with the kids entertainment too each day. Would highly recommend

Excellent hotel overall for families with young children. The Zafiro Tropic provides a great mix of well sized rooms, good quality buffet meals, a range of pools and other activities, including a well run kids club. It's well located, close to the beach and nearby to other restaurants if needed. The staff were excellent and the hotel is well maintained. The only thing a family might fault is the large groups of triathletes using the hotel for training camps who dominate the vibe. Overall, highly recommended.

Have been staying here every year since 2013 and always had an excellent experience. The Staff in particular are an absolute delight and cant do enough for you. The hotel has improved greatly in its facilities over the last 5 years or so with some nice upgrades inside and out. We had a pool view apartment which was very well equipped with everything you could need and a very good shower and super comfy bed. We will be back again in the Autumn as it feels like a home from home in Mallorca for us.

We had a great week staying at the Zafiro Tropic, especially as we got a great deal on the price . The hotel is well located , not too far from the beach and port area. We stayed in a penthouse room with a hot tub on the roof terrace . Room was clean and a great size with all the necessary facilities. Despite being out of season we used the outdoor area and hot tub everyday. The main pool area outdoors was in constant use by training groups and the hotel appears to be a base for athletes and many cyclists. We didn’t use the hotel bar or restaurant so cannot comment on them. There are lots of areas and activities for children but as it’s March few were open or in use. There is also a supermarket on site. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel and I would recommend it.

The hotel is clean and well laid out the staff friendly and attentive The hotel is just a few minutes walk to a great beach and shops.. The food is very good with lots of choice. There’s a spa but you have to change in your room I guess because there’s no changing facilities at the spa.

We came for a cycling training camp with the family. Rooms are very spacious and the buffet is really good value. Compared with other places we had being in Europe, this is so good! Full of variety and healthy options available. The pools are clean, and the beach is near. Recommend for all type of families. The best of the hotel - though - is the staff. All of the staff are great! They always their best. Special mention to Saray Munoz, her smile is contagious. Nothing is too much trouble and make sure we felt at home!

Very nice Hotel. Great service, great pool area. I liked the easy access to the pool bar and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice kids club. Rooms was also nice. We stayed in block 3 which I can recommend.

Very nice (all inclusive) hotel near the beach and main road with all shops in Alcúdia. Great staff that make your stay pleasant, specially the bar staff (Sarah (Malibu special!), Nico and others). Good food (bit crowded inside, better sit outside ) and spacious rooms, a bit old but well kept clean (thanks Lola).
