Relax and relax
I like to stay here. So close to the beach, nice pool area, close to the A32 bus stop to/from the airport or to Alcúdia and to Palma.
5 mins walk to Can Picafort shoping and food street. Friendly staff, good food. The rooms are clean but they need new and more comfortable beds. I stayed here for the 5th time. And I will come or the 6th. Perfect stay for an relaxing vacation.

Firstly, this is not a four star hotel. 2-3 at best. Double rooms are very dated. No room to swing a cat, TV is minuscule, water from the shower spills out all over the floor, beds are singles pushed together, no kettle etc, fridge was very small and dirty. We went as a family of five and there was limited space for storage of suitcases and clothes. On the plus side, the pools are great and the location to the beach is excellent. Breakfast was poor and catered towards the majority of German guests. We spoke to our rep and were moved to an apartment which was much better, although we had a brief infestation of ants and the air con kept tripping and going off! The hotel needs a lick of paint and modernising. Not a good stay!

Had a lovely time, hotel right on the beach, staff extremely friendly and polite. The hotel was also kept spotlessly clean. Would highlighy recommend. Right on the edge of town 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants.

Ok, but not great… As a solo traveller I was looking to upgrade to a sea view room. I emailed six weeks before I travelled and again a week before arrival to request an upgrade, which I was happy to pay for. I received a reply saying that was possible but it’d be a charge, which was fine. When I arrived I was told as I was a single traveller they wouldn’t use a sea view room on just one person, even though I was prepared to pay. The bathroom was very worn, cracks in the tiles and the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. However it was kept very clean, the housekeeping were brilliant. At breakfast one of the chefs was constantly coughing in to their hand, it was very unsanitary, and then when they were using their hands they were just openly coughing. The housekeeping staff were lovely, however the rest of the staff were not very polite, rarely greeted you as you walked in and out of reception or breakfast, and when I was querying the room upgrade option with them, they were very curt and not apologetic or understanding. The pool areas is nice and well maintained, however every morning they put crime scene type tape around the area to stop people reserving dinners before 9am. I am an early riser and like to be actually by the pool at around 8am, so this was a little frustrating, but understandable given that it gets very busy. By 10am you couldn’t get a sunbed. It was the last week of June, so I dread to think how busy it will be come July/August. This hotel and resort was largely full of German guests, I only heard one other English couple at the hotel and all the restaurant and menus at the hotel, and in town, were German, French and then British translations I was rarely greeted/spoken to in English - which is not an issue for me, but some travellers may find that intimidating.

The hotel and staff are very friendly. The evening food was the only slight disappointment . The hotel is located so close to the beach perfect for us.

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. So much that I’m returning in 2 weeks for another 14 nights. Great position away from the main *****, lovely food and excellent staff. I agree with some other reviews that perhaps the rooms could do with a slight refresh. But that to one side the rooms are kept clean and tidy daily by the excellent hotel cleaners.

Lovely location and service was excellq t from everyone . The place is showing signs of age especially around the pool with loose boards and the breakfast was amazing but a lot of the meals lacked seasoning …The place is very much guided for the German cycle industry but wasn’t an issue for us apart from the lack of English tv channels However The place was surrounded by road works which made it very difficult getting in and out Visit to Alcúdia is a must !
