VIVA Eden Lago in Alcudia

Just checked into this gorgeous hotel, rooms are stunning and spotless. The team are so friendly and helpful! Great location on the beautiful lake and 3 mins from the sandy beach. It's my mums birthday and they helped me surprise her with cava and cake and even placed a bottle of cava in the room with a lovely letter.
Now just checking out, the food was fantastic and we just had a cold breakfast before our early flight home. Excellent entertainment and tasty drinks at a good price. Day 2 we got a courtesy call to check we are all happy. They really go above and beyond.
Reception were very helpful showing us local bus routes and they are so convenient to use and the first night they called us a taxi which arrived in 5 minutes.
Rooms are spotless and all public areas are clean including toilets.
Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly and helpful staff, tasty fresh food and drinks.
Safe to say we had a ball and will be back!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. On arrival our room was upgraded and very generously we received a free evening meal. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. Hotel was spotless, great view across the lake. Our board was B&B which was excellent. A good effort to provide entertainment each evening with various acts from acrobatics to singers. Great location away from any noise, and literally 2 mins to the beach. A wonderful stay.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, today and pleasant. The food was superb a the pool experience was superb. Great bike storage facility too. Booking to go again.

We have just returned from a short stay (4 nights) and we loved every minute. We got a real bargain and we were blown away by the quality of the drinks and choice of food for the price we paid. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach and shops/supermarket. We travelled as a family of four (8 year old and 2 year old daughters) and the one bed apartment was excellent - a kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge was a real added bonus for us. I definitely recommend a pool view - the balcony was a suntrap but it was noisier in the evenings due to the entertainment and stage (luckily it didn’t bother us as our kids are deep sleepers!). Mosquitoes weren’t an issue for us but we did take deterrent bracelets as id read previous reviews. The hotel wristbands with the room key fob is a great idea - there was no panic about locking the key card inside and our 8 year old felt super grown up letting us in the room! The hotel was clean, the staff were so helpful and lovely (special shout out to Monika who made fantastic cocktails at lightning speed!) and the entertainment was great, even though it was nearly the end of the season. We had a brilliant stay, great weather and would recommend to anyone looking for an Autumn break.

We bought 1week stay via VING and this hotel was one of the options.
The pictures presented in the brochure do not make it look like much, but my oh my this place was amazing!
The 'room' we received was in fact a studio apartment suitable for up to 4 persons, own kitchen, balcony- with view to the pool, AC in both living room and bedroom, and a large bathroom.
We did not buy All Inclusive as we like to explore, but drinks at the hotel were very good.
Personell available 24/7, helpfull and very easy to talk to, regardless of languaage.
Towels for the beach and pool were available in the room, for free.
Gym, tenis court also available.
Beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel.
On departure day, we had plenty hours left after check out, so after going to the beach, we were allowed to shower at the gym facility- which usually is not something hotels allow!
I was very happy all in all with this place, and it was worth every penny!

We enjoyed our stay at Viva Eden Lago overall- the location is nice, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. However, I had the impression that our room was designed for two people rather than three. On the terrace there were only two chairs, the kitchen also had only two chairs, and the sofa in the living room was not a folding one, making it less comfortable for an extra person.
The biggest issue was the unpleasant smell coming from the shower/bathroom which unfortunately also reached the dining area in the room. The bathroom had no shelves under the sink, do it was hard to store toiletries.
In general, I think the hotel and rooms could benefit from renovation. The bar area feels dated (like from the 90s), and our room was located in the block opposite the main hotel - something guests should be informed about in advance. The room was also quite dark throughout the day.
Overall, stay was ok but with some updates and better preparation for guests the experience could be much improved.

Another Fantastic Family Holiday – Even Better the Second Time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, after having such a great time last year, and once again it didn’t disappoint! We stayed in August as a family of four and had the most amazing holiday from start to finish.

The entertainment team were simply outstanding. Emilie, Marco, Ramon, Rosa, Mira, Vera, xxx and Juliette are absolute stars – they work incredibly hard, with long days, yet always have endless energy and big smiles. They were fantastic with our kids, making them feel truly special every single day. Our children loved joining in with the games and kids club activities, and we always felt completely confident they were in safe hands, being cared for as well as having lots of fun. They would always take the time to stop, say hello, and check in with the children, which really meant a lot to us.

The variety of entertainment throughout the day was fantastic for both kids and adults, and the evening mini disco was a daily highlight for our daughter – she’s still talking about it weeks later!

The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of choice for everyone, and the drinks selection was excellent. Our room was spotless, with a beautiful view of the beach, and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay.

Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made the whole experience even more special.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel, especially the incredible entertainment team, for giving us another unforgettable holiday. We’re already looking forward to booking again for next year!
