Stayed here with my partner for 5 days, the food was amazing, great service and atmosphere. The entertainment isn’t loud so more for people who want the quiet tranquil experience rather than party holiday although it’s a short walk to Magaluf if you want the best of both worlds. It's good in all aspects, but it's not directly on the coast and there are no beaches. If you want to experience the island atmosphere, staying in the city center would be more convenient.

Just left this hotel after a 2 week holiday. Can’t fault the staff at all, bar staff Maria, Blanca, Toni and Jose all very friendly and helpful. Excellent apartment room 20 me and my wife stayed for 1 week from the 1st October lovely sea view and all the staff throughout were very helpful and super friendly will definitely be going back again.

From start to finish Ana was just so amazing and helpful she went above and beyond for my stay, she is the main reason I would stay there again, the rooms are gorgeous and loads of space the shower is lovely too, all the staff at the poolside bar are just brilliant too, I honestly couldn't recommend these apartments enough!

Agree with other comments that the apartments are basic but spacious. 2 things lacking for us , no bedside lights and the shower pressure is very poor. Fantastic location and other facilities good. Fantastic apartments for the money you won't get any better in Parma Nova. The location is probably one of the best spots you could get for the money. The rooms were clean and tidy. Is grateful if you want a little base to go out and eat at night and have to lunch you and there. We didn't try the food there but we don't anyway. Would definitely come back.

Staff top notch! Rooms run down and bathroom old and we had a 2 room suite with kitchen. Too many kids that were poorly behaved and loud. Should NOT let kids in the spa area. They destroyed the atmosphere and were wild. Beautiful setting!

No one ever there , went 4 times every day to get wifi which has to be paid for, but reception always locked.
